Half Up/Half Down Tutorial On Short Hair (No Glue No Needle & Thread Needed) | Eva Williams

Hey everyone welcome back to my channel, as you guys can tell by today's title all this stuff. Today'S just going to be about this hairstyle. I have right here this half up, half down hairstyle that was requested, but i was going to do it anyways, but i'm glad i requested it when y'all requesting to. Let me know that hey eva they want to actually see this. So this is just a close up on how it looks and all that stuff um, which i will say um you don't need any glue for this hairstyle. You don't need any needle need any thread or anything like that. All you need is your clip in. So if you have your clip-ins, you can go ahead and you know go ahead fast forward and all that stuff, but um yeah, i'm gon na start rambling. If you're interested in this look keep on watching. So the first thing i start off doing is detangling my hair. I have my hair up in a ponytail for like two days, y'all, that's why it looks like this. It looks a really hot mess um. The second step you want to do is what makes is the first step if your hair is already tangled, you just want to go ahead and part. Your hair, like it like. Halfway like half of half down style um, the party was a little hard for me because i had to do it on my own. I didn't have nobody here with me. All i have is a dog, so yeah, but if you need help or something like that, you can ask somebody, but what i do realize you could ring it because to be honest, nobody sees your part like i realized. I once heard how i was done. Nobody saw my part, like you, can't see the part, because the hair be hanging down. I'M going to you know, put everything up in the ponytail and all that stuff. Now, i'm going to show y'all what well, how can i put it? I didn't put the part in the video where i went in and party see right now, i'm going in with my jackie's to slick the back down, but you see where's another part and y'all see the hair. That'S like stuck out on its own makes. You take out another layer of hair from the back, so you can flip down over your um. What are they called clip ends? I didn't insert that part of me doing it because i thought it was kind of relevant and you know, but maybe that wasn't relevant, but what i'm doing right now is just sleeking my hair down going in with my pants, i'm going to flip my ponytail up This is what it looks like in the back now. I'M gon na go in with my um clippers and all that stuff, and this part is just sped up, so i'm just gon na hush and i'm gon na come back once we get into the other steps of the hairstyle. So once you have your clippings in that layer of hair that i was talking about you're going to go in i'm well, you don't have to straight well, yes, you do. You want to straighten what am i talking about, i'm going to go in and just straighten that hair, so it can blend and match and all that stuff i went in with some cheese you guys could see in all of that, so yeah make sure y'all leave Y'All here, hopefully, i think, okay, i would like to listen to the audio in the beginning. I think i was talking like way too fast, i'm probably talking fast right now, but y'all. That'S just really how i talk. So it's just like i'll be trying to slow down for you guys. So i can understand what i'm saying and all of that, but i'm just a fast talker in general, but as you guys can see, i'm just going through straightening i burnt myself. That'S how i made that face, but other than that, like once it's straight it actually blends really good. I don't know what failed, but i must have dropped something, but um yeah you just go through straightening. It straighten it stretching it. It'S crazy look at how my look how thick my edges are. Y'All, like my hair, looks like when it's dry compared to wet my hair looks nothing like that. Like my hair look kind of nappy y'all, i'm not even cap, he looks nappy um, but right now, i'm going in with my i'm jackie's again, so i can smooth my hair down and actually i shouldn't have went in with no wet like no. What is it water-based gel? I should have went in with some like. Actually, i have to go with water-based yeah. I should use my eco styler gel though i shouldn't have went in with the unjackies, because i'm not going to use on jackie's for like hairstyles like this. No more i'm going with my style factor right now, and the style factor really makes the hair like sleek and shine as you guys can see. If you want some sleek, if you want to sleek a nice sleek back girl, get you some edge, booster okay, because it really works wonders now, i'm going in with another hair tie, but i'm going to slide the other hair tie out the way. So i only have one hair tie on my head because you don't want to be too tight if, for some reason, when i put the ponytail up there, it already felt kind of weird because i'm not used to wearing my ponytails up there. I don't wear my ponytails on top of my head, like oh some people do, but you know you know it's really up to you, but now you want to go in and braid your um, your ponytail. If your ponytail is not long mine's long and i still braided it, but if it's not long, you can um just like add some weave to it and braid it and, as you guys can see, i'm going to my clip is i'm just clipping it on to The braid, i hope i did a good job explaining this, because this video is kind of sped up kind of fast, but i feel like if you pay attention you wound it or something like that. Then you could probably understand it. You know what i'm saying: we use no thread, no glue, no needle, and i will also link these clip-ins down below that. I am using in this video, so i'm just fixing to go ahead, clip it in and y'all know like after you clip it in you want to go around. It got to be glued with the spray and all that stuff. So i'm just going to hush - and you know let y'all finish watching how i style it now that i have my ponytail ready, i'm just going to go in and do my edges and all that stuff. So i'm using my um bump collection, as i always use on my edges. I don't know why i make them faces, while i'm doing my edges, y'all like that is so embarrassing. Like i just been looking at my videos, i'm like dang, eva you really like getting into it. Huh like you're, very like what's the word dedicated, you know paying attention, you know trying to get these edges right. I have to because sometimes it'll take me forever to do my edges and it's just like i don't understand, but um yeah once i have my edges done, i'm just going to flip the hair up and all that stuff. I'M just going to lay my um edges. Hair and all that down, so it cannot, you know, sit right now. I had moved the scarf. So when i moved the scarf, i had to go back in and lay the edges back, so it could look right when it's tied down and all that stuff. So yeah this is basically how it turned out, but the video not over yet y'all, because it's not really over. Until i do my makeup so yeah i'm going to go ahead and go and then y'all can see me once my makeup is finished all this stuff, because i'm going to look really cute. So i'm doing my makeup and all that stuff - and this is just how the look turned out - i did go in and add some little body wave curls off camera. I didn't feel like that was necessary on camera, because everybody know how to curl their hair but um. This is just the outcome all that stuff. I think this is really cool. I'M actually glad that i tried this because um at first i was like i was skeptical about it. I was like eva. Do you want to try it out now, because i only have one half of a half down video on my channel. It is with curly hair. This is my first time doing it with some straight hair and i just feel like i'm glad i did it because this look just gives barbie professional sexy box.
