Kids Individual Braids/No Weave

Hey y'all welcome back to my channel um. So today i'm going to be coming my daughter's here into individual braids with beads, so the first product that i'm going to be using is my african pride um growth oil treatment, this product. I didn't realize why new, but i guess i just never realized that i haven't seen it on my channel, but you can use this um as a hot oil treatment as well. I'M just going to get that distribute throughout her hair and this is on freshly washed hair. So i ended up parting, her hair into two sections, and now i'm going to be using the carol starter, hair honey. I want her hair to be able to last for two weeks, so that's the main reason why i am doing this hairstyle now that i'm just going to um get my first section parted off, i'm not looking for extra straight parts, i'm just looking for parts to Be um clean, but they don't have to be like perfect. I normally don't see it until the end of the video but um, because i have time during this video i'm gon na just try to say now, but please don't forget to like comment share and subscribe on this video. Now i'm just applying the um carol's daughter, hair honey throughout her scalp and a little bit on her hair itself. Now, when i do her braids or when i do my braids, i try to underhand now. If i was to put put weave in our hair, which i don't um, then i would just spray regular but you'll see when i'm braiding her hair, even on any of my videos that you see me doing individual braids, i always underhand. My reason is because if i don't then um the braids will stick up, no matter how many beads i have on there so yeah. Now that i got her hair parted and detangled um, i'm going to show you so i just take three pieces of the hair, and then i just go under now. If i was braiding over, my hands would go in the opposite direction. I'M just going to braid this braid all the way down i'll show you about maybe one or two more braids on here and then um i'll show you the rest of her hair. So now that i have her hair braided. Normally i take the beads and do um um after i finish like the whole head or just like a certain section, but for some reason this day i just wanted to like braid, be brave instead of just bray, bray, braid and then beat and um. I'M only going to be putting about three no more than four beads on her hair because um, i don't want her hairs to feel weighed down and i have personally seen someone fall and like the bead go into their scalp. So i'm scared of that. So i try not to do a lot of beads just in case something does happen. Um so just take note moms that put like a thousand bees on your kid's hair. Although that's cute, you got ta think about how much this weighs on their head and um yeah. It'S yeah, okay! So now that i got the first row done, i'm trying to get about four rows out of the back of her hair, and here i'm just parting. I'M trying to make sure every thing will be kind of, even and again i'm just going to be doing the same thing: applying the um, carol's daughter, hair honey to her head and then i'm going to underhand braid it okay. So this is what the second row looks like: i'm just going to go ahead and apply the beads and then i'm going to start on the thorough. I have completed the back of her head, so i ended up getting four rows in the back and now miss missy is going to help me put the beads on her hair. My sweet girl is just such a big helper. Pretty much anything. I ask her to help me with, or do she's always down for it. As you can see, i don't have the audio on, but she's pretty um, independent and bossy and knows what she wants as well. So now that we got the back finished, we're just going to go ahead and work on the front um for the front. I do know i want a middle part and i'm just going to be doing the same thing that i was doing in the back. Just underhanding her braids, applying the grease and detangling whatever i was watching. It must have been a good show because i'm all into the tv, i honestly don't even remember what we were watching or what we were even talking about in this video um. I normally, when i record for her or with her um, i have the audio off, so it would have been interesting to see what we were saying um, as you can see, um right here, where i'm doing it. I'M gon na leave her edges out. You'Ll. See me scoop them off yep, just right. There um, and the only thing that i do in the morning when it's time for her to go to school, is just brush them or either calm them up um. I don't apply gel or edge control to her edges. Um mainly because they're really sensitive, no matter what i put on them. So until i find a product that doesn't i try not to now i'm just applying the beads and i'm just going to finish her hair off camera and then i'll show you guys what it looks like when i'm doing the last braid and when her hair is Completely finished now that i am on the last braid as you can see um this took me the recording, say a hour and 22 minutes, so this took longer than i wanted it to, but i don't have to comb my hair for another week and a half Two weeks now this is what her hair looks like all complete. She is so happy with her hair. As usual. She always says wow every time she is excited about something or gets a gift or anything like that. But this is um just like a 360 view of her hair, i'm trying to turn her and hold the camera at the same time, but she doesn't care all right guys thanks so much for watching bye,
