Detailed Half Up Half Down Using Tape Ins Extensions Body Wave With Highlights | Ywigs Hair

Hey guys welcome back today we're going to be doing half up half down using tape in extensions, so this is my model: we're working with soft fine hair texture. Today, we're going to be installing some body wave tape and extensions, and for tapings you want to make sure that the hair blends perfectly with your natural hair. So what I'm doing right now is just making the part for the half a cup down um we're going to have some leave outs and um yeah I'll, show you how I install it step by step foreign, I'm going to be using the body wave, taping extensions. I currently have two colors color 1B and I have a blonde 27, so I'm just going to give it some highlights. So the lens that I have is 24 inches, and this is their body wave texture. So they give you extra tips um in case you need to reinstall the extensions I'm going to show you how to remove the tapings and how to reinstall the tapings at the end of this video so make sure you watch this video all the way to the End, but this is what the tape, the tape in extensions look like and um yeah, so we're just going to make small parts and start to place the tapes like a sandwich, foreign foreign, all right. So before we proceed, I'm going to leave some hair out on her edges like this and also on the down part of the half up, half down and um you're going to see me um checking to make sure the tapes is not going to show. So before you proceed to place the tapes on the leave out area just make sure you check just so it looks nice and seamless foreign foreign, so I basically placed the tapes without leaving any hair in between, because I wanted this half a pop down to be Very you know full like nice and full on her head, because my model has her. Hair is a little bit thinner, so I wanted to make sure that this hair looks nice and full so um. Now I am going to add some of the blonde just to give it some highlights, and I really like this blonde color, it's a very beautiful blonde, color and um yeah, so I'm just going to place them in different areas just keep on watching foreign foreign. So we're basically done with the back um before we proceed to do the half up, I'm going to make sure that this leave out that we have for the back is covering everything to make the tape seamless. As you can see, some of the tape is showing right there with the blonde, as you can see, so we don't want that. So I ended up taking a little bit of hair out from the top just to hide that and to make it look more seamless, um yeah. So if you're working with someone's hair, that is a little bit thinner, so you're going to have to do more. Leave out um but yeah after this we'll then proceed into doing the half up: foreign foreign, foreign, foreign, foreign, foreign, foreign, foreign. Thank you, foreign foreign. Thank you, foreign. Thank you. So at this point I realized that I made a mistake. I should have removed the front edges to prevent this little triangle thing going on, so remove the front edges in front right there um just to avoid that. So I redid the ponytail again just to remove that little separation that was going on and to just make everything nice and you know, seamless and then just go ahead and take a little strand from the ponytail spray. The got to be sprayed and just wrap it around. Thank you, and now I'm just doing a few crimps on top just to give it some waves and that will be it foreign. Thank you, foreign. I absolutely love the finished look and I love the blonde highlights. It came out really really perfect, so make sure you try out this taping extensions um if you have the same texture that she does and check out why wigs hair um! I really like that hair. I'Ve used their hair multiple times, so I recommend it and um I'm going to show you guys how to take down the tapings at the end of this video and how to put the tapes back in and you just reuse them. Thank you to take it down. You'Re going to use rubbing alcohol, I currently have 70 percent, but it's best to use 90. It'S going to make it easier, so just dab some of that in the cotton wool and put it in between the tapes and the tape is going to start getting loose. You could just slide it out very easy, so use 90. It will make it even more easier and quicker so now to reapply a new tape, so we're gon na peel off the old used tape, okay and then we're just going to apply the new tapes um to reuse.
