Hello, my name is Jacinto French on and I'm gon na be talking about a cap weave versus a sew in weave the only difference between a cap weave and the sewing sew in weave. It'S just that a cab weave. You would use glue. A lot of 27 pieces are used with the cab. You still can braid the hair down. You know to worry about a bunch of pressure on the hair, but you have to worry about the glue on your hair. If I had to choose, I would choose a sewing with the so end. You can still kind of use the cap method, but it's not a cap. It'S a net. The net takes the pressure off the braids, so the clients hair doesn't you're not too worried about the client it hurting as much I'm it lays flatter. They can do a lot more with their hair with the cab week, you're kind of stuck, as you know, how it's put on, but with a sewing weave, you can wear it up. You can wear it down. You can win on the side, it's very versatile. So I definitely would prefer a sew in weave over a cat weave
