Unsponsored Unice Hair Review 2022 | Diy Quick Easy Sew In On Very Thin Edges !!| Tamithecreator

What it do ya’ll :D

Today we’re doing a sew in on my thin edges. They were already thin but now they’re even worse due to a mishap. I did get some braids installed and they were WAY too heavy (14 packs of hair), but I kept them in because I did not want to waste $250. I’m doing a series of hairstyles as I prep my wig collection so I can officially shave my hair off. PLEASE be mindful of your comments and leave some product recommendations/advice in the comments. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for watching and let me know what hairstyle you want to see next.

Quick UNSPONSORED Review- 10/10 recommended

The hair is THICK and true to length. Three bundles are enough but you may need more if you go longer than 22in. It barely sheds other than regular shedding when brushing/combing but keep in mind I did cut the tracks. There is barely any odor, I wash my hair every 2 weeks.

I can respect when a company sends quality hair to their customers regardless of sponsorship.

You'Re probably wondering how did this happen? I'M just kidding y'all what it do. Y'All welcome back um. I know y'all confused because my hair looks a little different, but let me go ahead and give y'all a very long story short. I got some braids and then braids tore me up. First of all, the braid was the raise was cute, i'm not even going to say nothing about the person that did them. This is all on me. They were cute, but when i got them done, i could already tell you they were too tight like it was to the point that where i couldn't blink, i could not wash my face without being in pain, but i kept embracing and not only did i keep Them in i wore them in a ponytail, pulled back slicked back every day for work, knowing they were too heavy, and this is the outcome. So let's go ahead and do this install from start to finish. I just want to show y'all that, even with thin edges or a receding hairline we got this. We can still be cute. So let's go, let's get it. I went ahead and started by parting out my leave out and then i did two anchor braids on each side of my leave out so that when it was time to sew in my hair, i could sew it in as close as possible to that leave out. So that i wouldn't have to use that much glue or any black spray, or anything like that, i added some braiding hair pieces just to relieve some tension off of my natural hair. So, with this side of my head, i went ahead and did five braids going straight down and i went and left my little edges at the little edges that i do have. I left them out because i wasn't trying to braid them or add any tension or try to you know increase the breakage. So i just left that little bit out now this side of my head, we were struggling. There was barely any hair in that first braid. So i went ahead and just braided it down as far as it could go and then i continued to braid, and then i connected that first braid to that second braid. Just so that i could have some type of a braid, because i'm not going to use a knit. I wanted some type of a braid so that i could sew the tracks onto. I took my time when i was baiting the front pieces just the first. Probably four or five braids on each side, just because i wanted to make sure i wasn't adding too much tension on my head and i wanted to braid my hair in a way where i wasn't causing any more breakage than there already was. As you can see, my hair is going through a lot and i do plan on going bald at the end of this year and please be with me guys. I want everyone to just comment below all the products that you use any advice, any recommendations. Please help me because i want to start all over and i want my hair to flourish this time, so i'm ready to go on my natural hair journey, but go ahead and comment. Anything that you guys have to say and i'll take all comments into consideration. Don'T worry about my kitchen, okay, but all in all we had 17 braids. I know it looks like a lot, but i just braided all the braids down and then i would connect them as i went along. I know my braids are not the best, but this is how we step in after paying 250 to get my edges ripped out. I wasn't gon na, let nobody play in my head. So that's why i went ahead and get this on my own onto the hair. Okay, we bought this hair with our own money. This is not sponsored. It'S a real review, actually, i'm still making payments on this hair. I got the lengths 18, 20 and 22.. When i tell you this hair is thick. It'S thick, it's true to length and it's it doesn't have those straggly ends that most bundles have like it's very true to length these curls that you're looking at the curls dropped. This is body wave. I should have mentioned that, but the curls did drop because i washed it. I always wash my bundles before i put them in my head. It didn't necessarily have a strong odor, but it did have a slight factory scent to it. I just wanted to explain this real, quick, so the way my setup is, i have a mirror in front of me and a mirror behind me, and even though i have those two mirrors, sometimes my tracks end up being a little crooked. So what i do is, i have a clip i fold my tracks over. I don't cut them until i get to the top of my head, but i fold my tracks over and then i clip it on one of the braids and then i go ahead and just follow that track and make sure it's straight, and that helps me. It'S something that i've used for a while. It'S the best technique for me, my tracks don't end up being crooked anymore. It'S just perfect! It'S a little trick that i have in my system, so going a little slower. I go ahead and fold that track over and bring it up to the other side of my head. I measure with my fingertips to make sure there's a even space in between the track that i'm placing down versus the track that i already did and then now i'm getting that clip and i clip it onto one of my braids and then i ensure everything is Nice and flat, and then i doubled my tracks, so i'm just making sure they're all connected and then i go ahead and start sewing. When i sew i go ahead and triple knot. Everything either triple or double knot. Just so i can make sure everything's sturdy and that my sewing actually lasts for more than two weeks, so i was trying to lay the tracks out so that when the wind blows, you won't see a braid or you won't see any tracks. I mean you won't see edges either, but i don't know i was just trying to make it work. This side was a lot easier because we rocking with a little bit more hair, so i was able to finesse it so the way that i did it, i just did the sewing per usual and then i, as i got closer to that front braid. I went ahead and just curved it so that when i push the hair back, you don't see any braids or any tracks or anything right now, i'm just going ahead and just filling in these couple of sections i'm just going through and just using my clip technique And just sewing in and filling in any gaps, i'm going to take this moment to address something that i feel like you guys are going to say like. Why didn't i use a closure? The reason i didn't use a closure is because i just my hairline is very close to my eyebrows and if i use a closure, there's no way for me to use it without having to glue it, because, as you can see, my my hairline starts behind my Ears, so what is that closure going to connect to so i have no choice but to do a sew-in and work with my natural hairline for now and then i got to finesse it and try to see if i could i'm making a wig collection right now. So that i can go ball-headed and then we'll go on from there, but i right now i'm just trying to i'm sticking to what i know which is sew-ins and then i'm working around wigs and seeing how i can do a glueless wig with my type of Hairline, even though it is just one anchor braid going around my leave out, i sewed in two or three tracks, so i put one track towards the base of the braid and then the other track on top of the braid, so that i could be as close To my leave out as possible, and then i was trying to avoid it, but i did end up gluing a track in uh. Hey. What'S up, look at me, i'm like period who don't got no edges who who don't got no edges, because i do you can't even tell look at me we're getting up close and personal y'all see this like do y'all remember where we started like come on. Do you not remember where we came from? Thank you so much for watching. I appreciate it so much, but please guys go ahead and comment down below any natural hair advice that you have. I will gladly take it and go ahead while you down there, if you have any wig companies or any hair companies, that y'all want me to try unsponsored go ahead and throw them in the comment section. I'M gon na try them out. I'M gon na try them out so yeah guys, thanks again for watching it's tammy, the creator y'all bye,

jackie herndon: Apply Jamaican Black Castor Oil and massage your scalp for 3 minutes. This will stimulate blood flow to your scalp causing hair growth. Try a different protective style (twist out or wig/no glue). You don’t want to cause more tension by adding more stress with the heavy weave your about to apply to your thin edges. Make sure you have a weekly or biweekly hair regimen (wash, treat, deep condition, oil, and some Shaebutter or something to lock in the moisture). Your hair loves a natural and consistent routine. Always coat your hair with a heat protector before using any flat irons or pressing combs… even if you go out in the sun you want to put a heat protector on your hair. Get you some hair vitamins. I use collagen, aloe Vera, biotin, iron, and prenatal care. Clip your ends every 3 to 4 months (you can do everything I’m telling you but if you decide not to do this step, you will not see retention or your hair will not grow pass a certain point/ you can destroy your hair from the root). Take care of and keep the ends of your hair moisturized because, they’ve been there the longest. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water. A lot of people don’t know but, when you’re healthy inside, your hair will thrive. You want to deep condition your hair at least once a month. Moisture is your hairs best friend. Always apply water to your hair before combing it out (especially if you’re natural). This will limit hair breakage. Be gentle and patient with your hair when detangling it. Your hair is at its weakest when it’s wet. Start combing your hair out at the ends and work your way up. Follow one hair care line. Constantly changing, mixing and matching too many different chemicals in your hair, isn’t healthy for your hair or scalp. I know you’re probably tired of me by now but, yea lol Now you’re on the road to healthy hair, you got this! Happy hair journey!

Ney Rose: Thank u for being honest , transparent, and humorous ! Some of us are going thru the same thing and it’s nice seeing someone be so real

M Renae: I stopped brushing my sides back and over time my hair filled in. I’d say if you can’t think of a style w/o pulling it back, use a headband to cover the sides and leave the back out/down OR just use pins to pin it up loosely. I’d keep the headband off whenever you’re home to let your scalp breathe.

kay love2323: My side used to look like this. Used to cry all mf night lol I stopped using shampoo( it’s very drying) & will suck your natural oils out your scalp making your edges thinner. Also no edge control it only puts more stress on your edges ! Don’t put anything tight on your hair line. Hope this helps!

Sherene M: Thank you for posting this! You being open and honest will help a lot of people on here. Hope your hair journey is going well!

Kelly: Good luck with your hair journey! Love the results.

Joy L: Yes love the result. Good job & thanks for listing products used - definitely getting the style wax!

Sherri Wilson: Slaying great job hiding the lack of edges I’m going to try that

Janice Williams: Don’t cut all your hair off. First do a deep conditioner keep your hair moisturized. Twist is better then wear a wig till your hair gets stronger. Repeat Make sure use aloe Vera Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner

Rosslyn Ann Brebnor: I have the same problem thank you for the tip

Tami The Creator: Leave suggestions/advice for me down below! Thanks for watching!

That girl Diva: Alot people forget that our hair starts within. Try to re-evaluate what your eating and what vitamins your taking. Look into the benefits of fenugreek tea and water, Aloe vera hair gel and aloe shots in the morning, don't forget that Seamoss- all good for hair, skin and health. The hair industry has finessed us into believing we gota spend $$$$ on topical treatments that rarely work. Go natural and get you some real roots ❤❤❤ I too am on the same hair journey. Keep you head up mama, them edges gonna make a wicked come back.

Lisa Banner: You did a great job.

Latonya Montgomery: It's real thick. That's how I hope my bundles come when I order them.

Faith: Wow super good I really want to try I'm tired to depend on hairstylers and I want to save my money. Really great tutorial love it from Italy ❤️

Motherofthree B: Wash your hair in warm water and use distilled water if possible. I'm seven months into my hair growing back; did the big chop of Sisterlocs because they were getting too long and heavy. Messed my edges up and I'm simply messaging my scalp with a good oil (i.e., extra virgin olive oil) infused with fresh rosemary. I make small batches so its fresh as possible. I put it in my hair every morning and every night. My hair is growing, but it's in the "ugly" stage right now and my edges have grown in thin; now I'm searching for something to thicken them. Listen to your hair, i.e., what's working and what's not and whatever you do, be consistent. Other things that can help; a clean diet, plenty of water, sleep, less stress, silk/satin pillowcase or head covering at night, keep the hair moisturized, etc. Best wishes! BTW - I'm embracing my hair very short; no wigs as I think they are counterproductive in the regrowth process; especially if you have weak edges.

Kassidy Nicholeee: You did so good man I swear

Kristi Guinn: I like black castor oil it will grow your edges back fast. You did a good job on it looks nice

Sharon Frisby: It looks beautiful.

Judy Fradger: You're beautiful thank you for sharing cuz I'm asking my lady to do my hair like this with my edges

Likedbymany: "I mean, you won't see edges either" "I'm making a wig collection so I can go baldheaded" You funny. Hair came out great! Try some wigs/hair from Celie hair? (If you haven't already) I like their hair and wigs. Keep us updated on your edge's!

BYS 4ever: You can use a closure you just have to put elastic on each side of the lace closure and sew the elastic down on to your brairds.

Reneisha Williams: Girl you were too funny lol i enjoyed watching this video. Now i need to rewind it and actually take it all in

Judy Fradger: Girl I goty hair done right. I showed my stylist your video, Even before my appointment mind you, she still did it slightly different. it's ok I got a deep side part.

Jasmine Jones: You the for this

deninekdw: It would have been a lot easier to camouflage the edges with a firm net. I know it’s tricky to see on…but I know you’d have no problem doing it. If you can braid down AND sew in your pin hair…you good!

Miracle Washington: Our hair looks adzacly the same. Same amount of hair in each side omg. trying my best to overcome and help it

Whitney J: Same boat I’m in. Knew it was coming … I just think we should maybe try wigs. Idk tho lol Ima be watching you doe

Nancy Hughes: I wish that you could do my hair you got the magic hand and I love top blonde and bottom black. Wow!!!

Lorna Dottin: It look sweet you’re good you’re apro

Cate Nystrom: Seems to me this doesn't help the overall problem, it looks great, but it's still pulling on your hair...hope it gets better for you

lisa seward: I wish I knew what to say. Only to do what is best for you and I think you did a great job. ❤️❤️

Loyal Beau: Please do a tutorial. If you have one up already my apologies as for I stumbled upon your vid and subscribed!!!!

kyria8181: I don't understand how the hell women lose they edges like that ?pulling there hair to tight or what ?

Charlene Fox: it's the synthetic hair- what it's made out of - carcinogens and plastic - it's not good. synthetic hair breaks my hair - I wear my afro now - I feel so comfortable - beautiful actually - the black man is the only man that looks at me funny for not have plastic on my head - but I'm good to go.

Judy Fradger: I don't care for cloisters either cuz those can still bring out hair

Priscella Reid: What was your total time you did your hair?

PRAYING: EXCELLENT

My Lyfe: Or you can just not do braids or weave for a while. Use amla oil, or rosemary oil until it grow back. Wear a full cap wig. No glue. And make sure you moisturize every night ya dig?

GanjaKay: This is cute tho ❤

Brandy Kenoly: Do rhe baggy method 2 x a week for moisture retention when u start over..just 1 tip

rosetta walker: Your hair is nice I think you deal with alopecia and when you style your hair in braids it kills your edges. I deal with permanent alopecia

Judy Fradger: Braids took my hair out too and hunny snatched my hair. Litualllllllyyyyyyy.

Chasity: Excellent

lady Gore: Thank GOD FOR WEAVE !!

yin yang: Beautiful is this company real? I have ordered and they have not received my hair??

Black Stallion Trucking llc. #Primeinc: Good job

J montoute: I haven’t been bald but cut down to 1”. Maybe your hair line will grow long enough for a short Afro cut.

Ketsia Dutervil: Why not do treatment on ya edges instead of hiding them and adding more tension causing u to have less ‍♀️ oan / beautiful job on the sew in

Bonita Hines: Good morning, very, very, very nice!!!!!!

Vanicea Clinton: You did good

Patrema Gilbert: Nice

Vicky D: Aloe Vera will help dear Watch mercy Gono on YouTube and u will know how to use the aloe Vera on your hair

Cutie Pie: I would have told the person the braids are to tight. Them edges most definitely will come out.

A D: Try elite hair care USA edge repair kit

Ms B: You are at fault. You knew the braids were tight to the point you could blink. My question to you why did you not ask the stylist to undo the braids. Now your hair focilies are damaged.

Judy Fradger: Where are you located

Kennedi Campbell: did the curls hold?

Gloria Smith: Hair style looked good .. idk what you're doing with your natural hair BUT whatever you've doing you need to stop ..you have time to correct the damage BUT Not much

Rihanna.D: What do you use to get your edges growing ?????
