Look at that effect, a hairline looks nice and even and full. Doesn'T it hey guys welcome back to the channel in today's video I'm going to show you a really quick and easy way to camouflage the appearance of thinning edges. Fine haired edges. So you know, if you have fine hair like I do, or maybe you have thinning edges as a result of you know, breakage happening for any variety of reasons if you're dealing with alopecia or baldness. For any reason, this really less than five minute technique will work. Really well for your hair to thicken up those spots or at least give them the appearance that they're thicker and the hair is more lush and healthy, and all that good stuff. So I hope you guys find this video to be helpful. Please don't forget to subscribe. Share the video and definitely leave me your comments below if you'd like to see more videos like this one, okay. So let's get started okay, so I went to my local beauty supply store and I was actually looking for a different product and I happened upon this. One instead, which is made me really happy, because not only would it help me to kind of camouflage my edges and make them look thicker, but it will also help with gray hair. Now I don't have enough leave out to kind of show you guys how this helps with my with my gray hair, but I will show you on my edges and it's essentially the same technique. You just comb the product through your hair, so the product itself is called weave aid and it says it's great coverage and it is for healthy, hair care. So this is what the box look. What looks like this cost me, I think about $ 7.99 at the beauty, supply store and you get a pretty decent sized container. This is it oh, this is it and I got the color brown, but they also have black. I think they have one that is for, like light light brown hair, I don't know if they carry blonde, but I'm going to actually leave information and a link relate it to this prod and the information section below this video so check it out and then you'll Be able to see all the different colors and all that kind of stuff it has now one of the reasons I actually decided to go with this particular product because it is alcohol free. So if you have fitting edges, you know due to the fact that, maybe you or weaves or something like that - and you know you experience a lot of breakage around here or the hair - is brittle as it is. I like the fact that this doesn't have any bad alcohols in it, so it's not going to dry your hair out and it's not going to make it even more fragile than it already is. Actually, one of the things I love about this product is, when I put it on my hair, actually feels super super soft and it feels hydrated. It does provide like a medium sort of hold, which is also really great. So if you're trying to lay your hair down, also, you don't have to use another product to lay it down. This works really well. It works very much like a pomade, which is what it's called an edge pomade alright. So this is what the products look like looks like this is brow. If you have brown hair or if your hair is not jet-black, then I would go with this color if you have dark brown hair again, if your hair isn't like super super jet-black, I would stay away from the black because it was really really a harsh black And I would go in the ground instead, okay, so essentially what you're going to do is. Oh, first of all, let me also say this smells so good it. It has a floral scent to it and, of course, look there's like a flower on that's like a gardenia or something scent is really most intense. Once you take the cap off after you put it in your hair, you really don't smell it at all. So so next all you're going to do is just take a little bit of the product and what I like to do is just kind of dab it on my index finger and pick up just about this much product. You really don't need a lot and I find that it's best to kind of start out with a little bit of product and then kind of work. Your way up. So what I like to do - and I'm going to start right here, because this is the area that annoys me the most. My hair is really fine in this area and sometimes when I take pictures and stuff like that, it looks like involved almost here. So what I like to do is just take it and put it down and a tapping motion, and I find that this helps the product to look more natural, also when you put it on so you just want to tap it along. You know your hairline just tapping it into place, and then you can use this little little combs that they give you and you'll use this to kind of set the product in place. Now I don't like to go in and then smear it on the the hairline area, because then I think you look like those guys who get their like beard, spray painted on or whatever that stuff is also like. It'S a shoo, shoo polishes outfit. You don't want that. Look alright, so just tap tap tap, tap tapping it in until you get the fullness that you want is definitely the way to go. So I'm just going to go in in this area and tap tap tap also with the product and then I'm just going to comb to spread the product. This is hereditary. I'M going to show you guys on this side like if I would have lift all those baby hairs up. You can see. My hairline goes back in like this. That'S how my mother's was its hereditary, and sometimes I just don't like that. Look especially when I pull my hair back into a ponytail, sometimes because it makes my forehead look real, big, okay, but yeah. So even here I want it thicken this up just a little bit. I can continue to do this anything tapping it in and then brushing it into the hair. You see how that looks, and I'm going to show you this side, okay, see how its finer around here and then I have a lot of depth in here. Just because my hair is to tell my hairline is, whereas over here completely different story right, so I'm just going to go straight over here, just a little bit kind of fill it in, so it matches the other side. Now this product doesn't really bleed very much, which was a concern of mine, which I wondered you know. Would I get it like on my clothes or anything like that? If I look at that, look how quick that it was Wow, I wondered like oh look, how this looks all different, oh okay, so any of it yeah like I wondered what would happen if it rained or you know. If I go to hurt somebody, they go get all this. You know over their head, so I would say that once you put it in, let it set and then just take like a tissue, and then you want to just blood and I think that you'll be safe. You could also go over it. You know, after you put it in, you could go over it like with a gel. If you want to like do really, you know, or have a really sleek sleek look or if you are wearing a curly hair styling. You want to define your curls. You can then use your gel over this. You could do it if you have bald spots, I'm wearing awake right now, yeah like Annie, I'm going to link the video to the demo. I just did of this wig, yes, honey. This is a wig that she or job anyway, yah Milan great. If you have bald spots like you know, in the hair anywhere, you just use the same technique. Calm it in you know, put your other hair around it. The way you would normally sell it and it will not be visible. What I will say is that you, if you're, not washing your hair right away and you sleep on light-colored pillowcases, be sure to wear a scarf or bonnet or something like that. I would suggest yeah a scarf or about it, because you don't want to get any of this product on. You know your pillowcases or anything like that. That actually happened to me, because I wasn't thinking about the fact that I had this stuff in and it messed up some of my yellow pillows. So look at that effect, a hairline looks nice and even and full doesn't it. So I hope you guys found this video to be helpful. If you have any questions, as I said, don't forget to leave them in the comment section below. I look forward to seeing you guys in the next write, Tuesday, video and until then I

MisLady985: Thank you so much for sharing this. My hair is natural and I have that thin hairline issue. This will really help to fill in the thinness.

Angela Davis: I have the same issue, naturally a very fine hairline full of grey so this will work perfectly instead of having to use a semi permanent die to cover it & fill it in. Thanks for sharing!!

Rogell: I'll be getting this. I've been using black eye shadow but I am so glad to see this

Lace Legends: Hiya ♡ My best friend has afro hair over the years shes used alot of hair gel and I mean ALOT, She then used relaxant straighteners, hair extensions all of which is caused her hair to go thin. I finally got her out of all that and swung her into having proper weaves. Now this issue is, she has really thin hair on top and on the sides that she can't really back comb it to make it a little thicker & within a few weeks the weave is coming loose & she starts to feel conscience of it. Worst mistake that she does is use hair clips at the sides which has made things worse. Cut the story short, what cream or product could she use to make her hair at the sides fuller and help her hair grow back? Sorry for such a long essay. Just she has some seriously bad habits. X

lexuscarrington: Thank you, this is perfect. I will purchase this.
