Bombshell Hair Extensions - Natural Beaded Wefts!!

Thank you all so much for watching this video! I hope that this was informative and helped those of you who are thinking of switching to permanent extensions. Like I said in the video, I would 1,000 percent recommend getting bombshell extensions and having Gela Younger, or someone she has trained, put them in for you. I felt totally at ease sitting in Gela’s chair… she is the queen bee of putting in hair extensions, and has been putting extensions in her clients for over 17 years now.

What'S up guys welcome back to my channel, it's Madi if you're new welcome, I'm super excited for today's video. I have been talking about this video for a long time and I'm just so excited to share all the information with you guys. If you like this video, please give it a thumbs up and hit the subscribe button down below. I would love to have you guys for every video, so today's video is going to be a vlog of my dream, hair giveaway. Now what is my dream here? Giveaway several months ago, on Instagram I randomly entered for this dream, hair giveaway that bombshell, hair extensions were giving away and somehow I won. I still can't believe it to be honest, but in this video I'm gon na show you how I got these long luscious locks and I'm kind of gon na walk you through everything that there is to know about permanent extensions. At least this type of extensions - and I'm just so excited to share this with you guys, I really hope that it helps if you're interested in extensions or, if you're, just curious as to how they're put in and what the final product looks like. So, let's just jump right in what's up guys, okay, I just got to the shuttle parking lot and I'm gon na lock my car before I forget and I'm off to the airport, to go to Vegas I'll, see you guys there good morning, everybody we are in Vegas and we just got to our little breakfast spot - it's called Samba latte drinking, a delicious almond milk, latte, americano, yummy, we're gon na eat and then head over to the school, we're gon na perform okay. So what you're seeing here is - and I apologize it's super loud in the salon - so I'm just gon na kind of do some voiceovers here to let you kind of know what we were doing. So we ended up using two packs of extensions. We used two different colors. I wanted her to blend in some darker colors through the bottom to kind of match my root color, and we also used a nice kind of cool blonde color throughout the hair. So here you see her, you see geela putting in the extensions, so these are called natural, beaded, weft extensions and essentially they come in a huge long string altogether and she cuts them to the exact length of my hair. And then here you see her layering two different left's together into one layer of my hair. So essentially she put. She puts her little tool through the extension and then pulls a good chunk of my hair through the extension and fastens. It was a little bead and kind of clamps it, and we did about five rows of extensions in my hair so, like I said, Sheila measures the extensions to my head exactly and then she cuts them and puts a little bit of glue on the end so That the frayed hairs don't stick out or it's your head or anything like that. She really knows what she's doing and yeah, so she just kept kind of doing the layers up, and I wanted to tell you guys what she told me as far as rules go for having these extensions, so she said to never ever ever sleep with wet hair. She said that she's had she's seen, clients hair that she actually had to fix, where they weren't told to not sleep in their wet hair with extensions, and it got so matted that they ended up having to get a pixie cut. So there's stuff. There are definitely things that you need to be conscious of when wearing extensions. It is, you know, having all this extra hair in your head and it's different okay, so I didn't film any of the portion of her highlighting my hair, but she but geela decided to put in some baby highlights all throughout the crown of my head just to Kind of read blonde in my roots and to match the color of the extensions, the best part of it. I know I have to say that this is cool to watch from this angle. So after we did the baby lights and let them sit for a while about 20 to 30 minutes, you will wash my hair and then we brushed out the hair, and these extensions that we used were originally 24 inches long and I had two packs in so. Needless to say, my extensions were pretty much down to the bottom of my waist and while they looked amazing, as you can see here, I was like well. I think I should probably cut him to like blow my boobs because I still have to you know, be able to function and work out and put them up in a hat for work and all that stuff. So here you see Sheila trimming my hair and she does it in the coolest way. She actually uses a razor to trim, and this is so that you don't have such a harsh line across the bottom, and here you can see she is blending it in around my face and she was really conscious of not cutting my actual hair at the beginning Of the day before we put the extensions and she gave my hair a healthy trim, so that, when I do take out my extensions, my hair will be just as healthy, if not healthier after I take them out, and so when she was cutting the extensions she Makes sure to kind of shake out all of your hair and then just cut the extension so that you know you're not losing any more thickness or length to your natural hair. So then geela went ahead and curled all this beautiful hair and i believe she used a thirty two millimeter curling iron. It was definitely a bigger one, I'm not sure what brand it is, but I'll try to find out from her and link it below. So, as you can see, she mostly curled each piece away from my face, she made them kind of tight curls and then here's he's using Oribe dry texturing spray. This stuff is amazing. It smells amazing and she sprayed a lot all over and that's what really gave me the volume okay. So here Gina is fingering through all the curls after we sprayed the texturing spray and just kind of fluffing it making it look beautiful for the pictures that we were about to take guys geela younger. I will link all of her information below she's incredible she. She does tons of celebrities hair and I just feel so lucky to be able to have had my hair done by her okay guys. So then we went outside to take some after pictures, and you can just tell I mean it's so thick. The color is beautiful. She did such a good job blending the color and the curls she does. It just looks effortless and beachy, and that is how I like to curl my hair. So she just she just killed it. She did everything the way that I would have wanted it to be done and she did it all nope. This fish is amazing. We need the bush they were coming and how still it was earlier. I remember, and you guys I'm telling you I've worn extensions for years and these extensions smell so good. I know it's weird to say, but sometimes when you're wearing like someone else's hair, since this is real human hair, it smells amazing and it feels really good. It doesn't feel too heavy. Obviously it feels heavy when you get your hair wet and you're washing it, but altogether it feels great. So we took some shots for bombshell, hair extensions, Instagram and then for Julia's Instagram as well like us. On the beginning, we took before shots and now we're taking to Africa. If you are going to get permanent extensions, it's very important to do your research. Julia has been doing extensions for over 17 years, so pretty much ever since they came to be a thing, and she just really knows what she's doing she just really took her time to fit them exactly to my head to be the most comfortable, because it is An adjustment - it definitely feels weird for the first few days and it does take getting used to ok guys, so that is all for the vlog portion of the Vegas. But sorry I just had a sneezing attack. I know you're where that came from, but anyways you guys so that that'll do it for the vlog portion of the dream, hair giveaway, just some questions that I've been getting. First of all. This is a very big financial commitment to make. If you are actually serious about looking into permanent hair extensions and the reason I say that you obviously have to pay for the stylist time to install them, you really do want to pay to have your natural hair blended in with the extensions as best as possible. So that it just looks super natural, like geela, did on my hair. As you can see, you know my natural color just blends perfectly in with the bottom of the extensions, and then it just looks super natural throughout. You can't really see any of the left's. Obviously, no extensions are completely invisible, but this is about as good as it gets. So I was my mom and I are asking geela as this was going on. You know how much would this have been retail if I would paid full price for it? Are you guys ready cuz? This took me by surprise. I knew it was gon na be expensive, but she said that if I had this done and I paid for it, it would be around $ 1700. I know take a breath um. The reason for this is that each pack of extensions is about $ 300, depending on the type of extensions you're doing. Obviously, so I use two packs of hair, so that's around $ 600 and then there's some an installation fee for geela. Obviously I was with her for about five hours, but the reason for that is obviously because we took our time and we cut and colored my hair and we cut and styled the extensions. So obviously you can cut back on that time a little bit if you just did one pack of hair or you know if you already had your hair colored and you didn't necessarily need all the blending that we did. It would obviously be less time and a little bit less money, but there is a standard installation fee depending on your stylist and then obviously the color and the cut and the styling fee. Obviously that depends on the stylist for geela she's, one of the top in the country, and she does she trains, other stylist bombshell, hair extensions. So she really doesn't know what she's doing so. I don't know about you guys, but I don't necessarily just have $ 1700 laying around it's definitely invest an investment, it's something that you can save up your money for, if you are considering getting a permanent extensions, I just think that it's such a good investment, if You'Re somebody that doesn't like putting your hair in and out it's super convenient to just wake up and have beautiful, luscious thick hair. You know there are things to consider if you work out a lot which I actually do. You want to wear your hair in a low ponytail. You want to try to avoid putting your hair up in super high ponytails that are tight or in high top knots, and things like that, because these extensions in particular aren't necessarily made to do that, and obviously just like your natural hair or any other extensions. You want to be good to them. Julia told me that this hair can last me up to a year. I just have to go and get them moved up around about every four weeks. Some people can go longer than that, but if you go longer than four weeks, it starts to pull on your hair in ways on your natural hair in ways that you don't necessarily want and could end up damaging your natural hair, so yeah move them up every Four weeks and other than that, just keep them brushed and hydrated. Just like you do your normal hair head. It is such a huge investment. You want to get a return on your investment and keep the hair in for as long as you can, which I plan on doing working. Okay, you guys that'll, do it for this video. Thank you so much for watching.
