No sew webs are a perfect way to create your own web swith, any type of bulk hair. In order to do that, you will need bonding tape, liquid gold or a clear eyelash adhesive, your a bulk fiber scissors, a comb and a flat iron. The first step is to lay out your tape, I'm going to use a little bit of scotch tape to secure it to the table. Next, we're going to add a little bit of liquid gold to our tape. Okay, now we're going to take our bulk fiber in this case, we're using a shapeshifter, mono fiber and we're going to simply spread it across our tape. Next cut a piece of tape that is about the same length and I'm only going to secure this by one end and paint on some more liquid gold. Okay, I'm going to use this piece and I'm going to sandwich over my original piece and I'm gon na press that together, so that those two lines of liquid gold go through the hair. If you're using a platinum or a lighter colored extension, the liquid gold may dry a little bit to Amber. So when you're doing your limes, you can substitute in a clear eyelash adhesive for that step. Once you've, given your weft a bit of time, to set we're gon na, take the whole thing and we're gon na hit it with our flat iron. What this is going to do is it's going to help that liquid gold sink all the way through into both sides of the hair, so it gives it a nice strong bond, okay, gon na, let that cool for a second and then the final step is really Simple we're just going to clean up all of the excess hair and all of the excess tape. So we don't need this and we don't need this and not. This creates your first, no so wept when you're ready to install these wefts simply remove the tape and press below a part line and then remove the other tape and sandwich it in between the hair. If you are reusing this, you can use more bonding tape or you can use the liquid gold to install you.

Banana: Thanks for the info! What's the difference between bonding hair tape and regular double sided tape?

canajamalucian: Thank you! What tape do you use? Im about to do this for NYE. And how exactly do you place it in? I am familiar with sandwich method, but wont both sides be sticky?

Doctored Locks: This is intended for bonded installations with bulk hair. The liquid gold applied in this video BONDS the WEFT. This eliminates hair shedding from the wefts. It is not used for the installation. The installation relies on the tape itself or another bonding method. These wefts are reusable with proper care and proper removal.

Doctored Locks: You can use orange oil or liquid gold adhesive remover to loosen the adhesives on the tape so that they slide out easily. With washing, generally it doesn't make them slip out, but you don't want to be overly aggressive when washing, and you will want to make sure to dry them really well. After a while of use they will break down, but that will be after a few months and it will be time for a new installation. :)

Doctored Locks: We carry bonding tape. Essentially you will part off the hair and stick one side on, then pull the top layer back down. This will help prolong the life of the installation.

Joshua Young: if you bond it to the hair with the double sided tape, how do you remove it? also does washing make is slip out?

Eme Ray: As long as the fabric tape bonded and held well to the weft, I don't see why not. That is an awesome idea, actually. :)

Doctored Locks: Glad you liked! Be sure to send us a pic of anything you create. We would love to see! :)

Banana: can you use fabric instead of the tape? then sew clips on the fabric?

Mcmyou: can you sew through the liquid gold or glue to add clips? I'm new to the whole liquid glue thing, does it just stick your hair or something? sorry if this is a stupid question.

Eme Ray: It actually has more to do with removal. Bonding tape can be removed with Liquid Gold Bonding Remover. Not sure how you would remove regular ol' double sided tape.

Doctored Locks: You could sure give it a try. This would make for a VERY temporary clip set. If you are looking for a clip set I would suggest using sewn wefts.

Doctored Locks: Bonding Tape has adhesive that is designed to work with hair.

laced_melodiies: I was thinking the same thing, because if its only for one use that just seems like a waster of money, supplies and hair. Once I apply that liquid gold once, I dont want to do it again because it seems like it ruin the fibers after a while.

Doctored Locks: The liquid gold in this video is specifically used to stop the shedding of your no-sew weft. These wefts are meant for tape installations or for some other type of bonded installation. These wefts cannot be sewn and are not intended for sewn purposes. If you want to add clips, or you need to sew through your wefts for some reason, check out our videos on sewn wefts.

Doctored Locks: You can use human hair.

Emotionally Fulfilled: did you used a double side tape?

Jona Quinn: does this works with human haiir plese reply

Jona Quinn: is the liquidgold only rugby

Doctored Locks: Rugby?
