How To Maintain Your Weave While Exercising

Thanks For Watching! SUBSCRIBE :)

Hey guys, it's a lawyer, so today I'm going to do a video that, as one of my subscribers requested me to do it's um how to maintain your hair while exercising um before I get into that video another. One of my subscribers asked me a question on how I get my loose effortless curls and if you guys watch my previous video on how I curl my hair and how to get my big bouncy curls. I do state that when my hair, when I curl my hair, I cut my hair, nice and tight and throughout the day, it'll just drop to this. So that's pretty much how I achieved this look, but I will do a video for you guys on how to get this look with the flat iron. If you guys don't want to curl your hair, really tight and wait throughout the day for it to fall. If you just want to walk out the house which are here looking like this, I will definitely to video on how to achieve this look um, so yeah. So, honestly, I don't really have that many like tips and tricks on how to maintain your hair while exercising but I'll. Just tell you guys what I do if you exercise um, if you're someone that exercises everyday, but you have a weave in your hair that could be pretty hard to maintain um cuz. You want to look nice, you want to look good, you don't want your! You want your body, look good and watch your hair to look good and sometimes they don't coincide with each other when the sweat starts falling. So usually, when I work out and I'm not sewing that works out every single day, I worked out one side of the moon just to stay in shape. I'M content with my size and I don't really feel like. I need to lose weight so um yeah. When I do exercise, if I go running, I usually have my hair wrapped like I do not care who sees me, I'm not worried about being cute, and that's that's really where this is. This whole thing, like really um, comes from know just trying to look cute in a gym child like you running up and down a block but honey. If you trying to get your workout on, but have your hair still looking good, you cannot always look cute. You can't go to the gym with your hair, looking like this and expect to run a couple miles on a treadmill and your hair still to be looking like this just because you try to look cute at the gym if you're someone that works out at home, Your best bet is to just wrap your hair and pull on a scarf, and usually when I put on my scarf, I put, I have like a little on sweatband and I'll. Just put that right on my edges and then put the scarf on a little bit behind it, just so that all the sweat that comes from my head doesn't like Gil everywhere. So that's one thing that you can do. Another thing to do is: put your hair up in a high ponytail: don't put it in a low ponytail specially if your hair is really really long because then your hair is going to hit your back while your back is sweating and that defeats the purpose. So do a high ponytail and for someone that likes to look cute at the gym, you can do your high ponytail. I know you're trash gon na be showing so what you do is get a nice little handkerchief or like your cute little banana and put it over your head to cover your tracks. If you give opponents, if you got thirty inches of hair and your ponytail is still long and still hitting your back, then wrap your hair up twist it around and put it in a bun. Also, if you don't want to put on a high bun, you could do a low bun like I do. I either do a low, bun or put my wrap my hair. All you do is pull the back if you're putting in a ponytail twist it around. Just around till it starts kind of flipping on its own and just wrap it around put a scrunchie on it um. If you're someone that has wavy hair, that would you wet it? It'S nice and curly. What'S your hair, if you still want to be looking cute running down the locker at the gym running on the treadmill, wet your hair, so that it doesn't really even matter if you do sweat, cuz your hair is already wet and then you're probably going to go Home and wash it wash it again and anyway um if you're someone that works out once in a blue moon and you wash your hair once in a blue moon, let's just say, for example, you wash your hair once every two weeks, but you exercise once every Two weeks, then, you should exercise on the day you plan on washing your hair, so that when you're sweating, you can still look cute, but you know you're gon na wash your hair anyway, so it won't even really matter. So that's another cool trick that you can do if you're someone that works out every single day. Honestly, I would just say your best bet - is to just wrap your hair up or um. If you're one of those I want to look cute, the Gentile people put your hair up in a tight bun and put on a nice handkerchief and wear, maybe just a sweatband, because most people they're just trying to preserve their edges. They do not want their edges to sweat out after you just got a relaxer, so your best bet to pull, or maybe like a sweatband just to preserve that if you're someone that the sweatpants don't work, the handkerchiefs don't work and your edges still gets wet it Out, I would just say, wash your hair, like you do all the time I have a really mini flat iron. You can get a mini flat iron and just quickly do your edges. Don'T keep it on there for too long, because those are your edges and you do not want them to crisp off. So that's something you could do to make sure your edge is still late after you exercise um yeah, that's pretty much it guys. I really don't have too many tips and tricks on that. I don't work out that much. But when I do like I said um, I just put it in a little bun. So to recap: you can wrap your hair, put on a scarf um and then put a sweat band in the front. Put your hair in a high ponytail, high, ponytail or handkerchiefs so that your tracks don't show if the ponytail is still too long, then put it in a topknot bun put it in a low bun or you can put it to the side you can. If you're someone that has a lot of Levi's on the side, you could definitely do a goddess: braid um, you just braid all this braid, all that back and put it in a nice long braid. You can do that if you have a lot of leave out. Um and yeah: oh, if you have a loose or curly wavy hair, wear your hair wet while you exercise or if you're, someone that exercises once in a blue and wash your hair once in a blue, wash your hair on the day that you plan on exercising Or vice versa, so yeah um, that's the last to say to you guys, um. I hope I helped my subscriber that I wanted me to answer that question and I hope I help my subscribers. I want me to answer the question about how I get my loose waves: okay, bye, guys,
