Hey everybody so just state the obvious. I did dye my hair lighter. I don't know if it how it's showing up. I am working on still toning. It down is a little bit yellow. I think, there's a long story that happened with my hair. Like there's, I went in wanting like blonde and bleach highlights and it ended up being really really yellow, and so I just like blue shampoo, the heck out of it, like I've, been using blue shape, who everyday and that's one of the reason why I haven't been Making videos is because my hair has been um. I was just kind of not completely happy with it and I don't want to do videos if I'm not, you know not comfortable, so so anyways. I got new extensions, so this is obviously a video on how I so I newly so my at my new extensions, because I restore my extensions because I don't like to put in so many pieces of my hair and since my hair is short, so it's easier To blend your your normal hair into your extensions, if you have you know more hair, the better so, and also I like to layer, my extensions so I like to have it feel really thick and I don't have as many clips in my hair as I normally Would if I had two sets of extensions of Mayer, and also it's a lot quicker to take out the extensions when they're like this so yeah? What I used in this video is two sets of lush locs extensions, 120 grams, each set and they're twenty inches, because I know I'm going to get a lot of questions and they're Beach blonde. Basically, I have eight rows in my hair um, and so this is the color I used to lowlight my extensions. I think I've use this color. I'Ve showed you this color before um, but it's the excellence cream, Paris. C3 golden blonde. I just low light it. If you want to see the video on how I low light makes my extensions, I will put it below also if you want to know how i layer my extensions, like my whole head, i will also link that below. I do it differently than i showed you at the beginning, and this is like much much easier and way quicker. I think it should take about 15 minutes to half an hour depending on how you work, and you know how used to it. You are um, basically right now, my hair, I just have it like. I layered it in the front and if you want to know, if you have it, if you want to know how I do that, I have a video on that. How I just do like the front layers so yeah, so basically I just layered the front of it, because I just wanted to show you guys what it look like. I didn't straighten it or anything. That'S why it's wavy it's just from after just letting it air dry, usually I'll, put big curlers in it, but I haven't had the time to do that yet and then I'll show you the back. Oh, this is what the back looks like and I always like to layer, my hair, so um, obviously, that's not done yet um and my hair is probably crimpy a little bit my natural hair, because I just straightened straighten it really quickly. To put this these extensions in my hair, so if you guys want to see how I do it, just um stay tuned, and I just show you guys: how do those bring me some voiceover in this? I haven't decided yet: okay see you soon what they were. This color this is the beach blonde color, and I always by this color just so I like, I could die that the extensions a different color there is 22 pieces. What I did is I separated them with these. Sometimes I just like to add a little bit of blonde in my hair, so that's why I kind of just left these without coloring them. These ones are all the to clip, and I have four of those these ones are all the three clip I have. Six of those - and these are the four clip - and I have four of those and then of these ones - they come four in each pack, so I have eight of them. Okay, so here I have the two clip weft and what I'm going to do is I'm going to use one of them for the bottom of my hair, because I like to have three at the back of my head. So I'm just going to put that on the side. Lots of times like the three clips all won't be the same size like they're, going to be they're going to vary incises. So I try to find one. That'S a little bit smaller and one that's a little bit bigger. These three pieces are going to be for the bottom of my head, so I won't really have to worry about this. One I'll show you later that I'm going to sew one clip on here, just because I liked it better when there's three clips on the at least three clips on them, putting these on the side when I'm going to do with it. This is the one that's going to be right above my ears, so I'm going to take a fork, clip left and a two clip left and what I'm going to do is I'm going to sew them together, make sure you have some thread and a needle and This is just to like a good color match to your hair, so it doesn't look like you, don't want black thread in blonde extension, so it's just less normal. That way, you can get like a pack of these needles at the dollar store, really cheap, and I don't think I would necessarily recommend dollar store thread because I tried it before and it's not very good, but because it breaks a lot. So you don't need like really like extension thread or anything like that. I think this is good enough. It works so anyways. This is what I'm doing to take these little scissors, I'm going to start cutting the clips off, so I'm just gon na be cutting this clip off here, and this keep that aside, because, obviously you don't want to throw it out just pull the thread out as Much as you can and just cut it, so I'm going to cut this piece off here. You could leave those two on in the middle if you wanted to, but I'm just gon na, I'm just going to cut this one off. So it will look something like that, and I know my job isn't the best, but it doesn't really matter it's under your hair. I don't really care how much so you're just going to take some thread and if you don't want how to thread a needle I'll show you so just cut, you know not enough to get in the way. Take the end like this take the end of the needle where the hole is obviously thread it through the end of the needle pull it down until the thread is equal at both ends and then just tie a knot. Then you have something that looks like this. Looped over and then what I'm just going to do is layer these, on top of each other, just a tiny, tiny bit then sew them. So I like to move them this way so that it doesn't get caught on the hair and then through here first, so it becomes like a knot and then just sew it until you think it gets sturdy like it doesn't really matter. I don't have like a specific number that I sew it yeah, so it's just flat like this and that's it usually. I have four clips on it, but I kind of change it every time. I do my extensions, so you have one long left the next one. Do it again so I'll take a three web and a four-way this time, not Rinat it your thread and this time what I'm going to do is I'm going to cut this clip off, be careful not to cut the actual left and then I'm going to cut This one and then I'm going to take this cut this one off, so so I'm going to overlap it a little bit more than I did with the other one, because I remember last time I was a little bit too big for my head shut through I'm Just gon na nan it so I'm just going to cut off that extra a little bit here and I can cut it straight down and make sure you kind of part the hair. When you cut it, because you don't want to cut the hair off that you're using on your extensions, I'm going to do another one. So then we have two two Clips left with a three clip. So what I'm going to do with this is I'm just going to sew them all together, except I'm going to cut off this clip I'm going to cut off this clip, so I'm just going to cut off this clip as well from here in here. Just like a cut off all the other ones, so now you'll have four clips and I'm just going to sew it to the back here for the other side and put the two clip one one on each side of the three clip that I had. So I just told you these two pieces were for the block back of my head on top of my neck and then this one is the one at the very bottom of my head. That has a two, the two clips on it and I'm just going to sew one more in the middle just because I like to have at least three clips on my weapon, so it doesn't move around a lot. These are all the clips that I cut off. So what 14 clips that I don't not going to be needing on my head, so it's going to be a little bit more comfortable and basically, what I have now is eight webs a longer web, so 3/4, the back of my head here and then 1 2. 3. 4. 5. 4. The top of my head. Thank you guys so much for watching this video. I know I haven't been on in a long time. I think it's been two weeks. I'M really sorry about that! Umm, like I said it was my hair. I was really uncomfortable with my hair, the way it was looking. I hope you guys liked this video and it helped you guys out and I'll talk to you guys later bye,

Cely A: Do you have a video on how to sew two hair exnteion wefts together like on top of each other? To make it thicker? Double weft

matinachtz: do you have a tutorial on how to sew to pieces on top of each other to create a more voluminous weft?

Vanessa Kabani: Love! I was dying for this tutorial. Good Goin Mami!!!

Gem Bella: thank you so much! you're the best hair guru! i adore you ! :)

Eva G: You're so lucky I've always wanted hair extensions since I've donated my hair!!

HairGirl247: @quickie247 Thank you, I keep going because of people like you! Also, thanks for watching and entering my giveaway ;)

Nikki L: girl you need to try microloop extensions!!! they are amazing! I have had mine in for 8 months AND I did them myself!!! I was considering the great lengths but remembered your video! they look just as good as the day I put them in, and its super easy to touch them up yourself. I got the hair from a canadian website for SUPER cheap and I use that hair for all of my clients. Its outstanding and their customer service is great! I cant post the site in the comments, PM me if you want it!

Shylee Huddleston: I was just thinking how amazing it would be if you had your own extension business cause then there would be some one out there who makes pieces that cover your whole head

Tania Tso: Hey! could you make a new video on how ou put them in? i have 3 pieces that goes all around my head from the ear and up and i feel there's no room for any more! how you put 5 ?? also you look pretty with that colour!

HairGirl247: @mercyheartsjaci I said in the video I used blue shampoo on it, same thing as a purple shampoo. It's toned it down a lot and I really like it now! :)

xhappilyneverafter: Do you think I could sew two sets together but instead double weft them rather than sew them side to side?

kim lin: how long do you use the extensions ?

melissa molina: You are the only hair extension video that actually taught me something! I bought hair extensions nd all the clips BUGGGGED ME

Julia Beagle: Hey! I am a new view to your video and I am making my own extensions. I cannot fins the small clips that you use anywhere! (My hair is really fine, especially on top) Can you order them online?

HairGirl247: @MrHairextention This is the colour lol, it just looks different because I dyed my whole head (including the roots) instead of doing just highlights :) I used the same colour to dye the extensions!

Carmen Gamble: your hair looks great! did you lighten your eyebrows at all? If so, how?

Alexis Knight: can you still sew them together like that using 3 sets? I have thick hair and i need to make the extensions thicker too. Would it still work?

Sandra Holloman: i was wondering how many grams was the 2 sets combine?  I just bought 2 sets and they are 24 inches long and 120 grams each. my hair is fine like yours and right below my shoulder. you think if i sew them together it would be to thick? and my other question is should i get my hair layered really good before i put them in and go get it cut? love your videos too!

Aura Lovely: I really like this new hair color you look very pretty :)

hebasaid: Quick Questions Kelly, 1. i want to make them thicker, is it ok to buy extra light weight set and sew it to the ones i have? 2. shedding: what product you recommend to seal the wefts? 3. they r two shades lighter than my hair, i am medium blonde, they r light ash blonde, shall i low light them with L"oreal or just dye them all ? i dont have highlights in my hair. thanks xx

Estelle Vanney: Thanks for the diy

bcaron293: Hey, I'm just wondering why don't you just grab two different lengths if your going to cut them anyways

HairGirl247: @theTaniaTs I put them in the same! I have a link to that video in the description :). You just have to put them in right on top of each other only letting a little row of hair down at a time.

Ello-Jay: Hey Hairgirl, ive just ordered my first set of lush locks extensions and i had a question about your methods of sewing your extensions together, RELAX i watched the video and its actually something u havent covered fully. Is it bad to cut the lush locks extensions.. as in the wefts, to make a custom weft length? would the double or triple wefts fall apart? i dont mean cutting off the little extras, i mean like cutting a 6" weft into 6 seperate 1" wefts (still triple weft thickness) an using them

KNQuick86: Wow....I just want to say that I really enjoy your videos, but I find some of your other subscribers rude. If you wanna make suggestions to her you don't have to be nasty, or when they make comments about your videos they just snap at you instead of giving helpful suggestions. I love your vids...keep on rockin it girl!

Shelly Charron: great video but you should just get to the subject at hand and not use the first 3-4 minutes talking about a different topic. so so many YOUTUBE videos do the same. Mention your other video links at end or very fast at beginning.

PsychoBratt: you're so cute !!

HairGirl247: @gamblecarmen thank you! I am lucky enough to be born blonde so I don't need to lighten my brows :)

Joe Johnson: @HairGirl247 Oh Kelly i love it when you get your sass on! great video by the way (as always) :)

zeldahopper: Married already? I saw your ring looks beautiful!

Libra Scales: Hi there:) Like seriously, I totally think u should have your own hair extensions company. you know how to work it. i would so buy extensions from u!! u rock!!!

Georgina Acuna: hi thanks this was very helpful = ) I'm getting married next spring and i noticed you're ring do you have any idea how to do your hair for the wedding? or make up because I would love to do my own hair and make up i'm really picky about those things so I'm scared what if i don't like my hair or make up on my wedding day!!! I rather do it myself also I want my future husband to recognize me

TheLivvieLove: My hair is way yellow. And my extensions are like ash blonde. I'm hoping to match my colour out of a box, wish me luck!

HairGirl247: @BananaQueen92 I don't really think the "RELAX" was necessary and a bit rude...but if you have seen my other video on how to take apart extensions and sew them together, you will see that I do cut them in multiple widths. You just have to remember when you are sewing the clips on to sew the end of the weft really well so they don't unravel.

HairGirl247: @7xomelissamaexo7 I like the quality of this hair and people were curious how I did it so I made a video about it. It really doesn't take much time at all to do!

mercyheartsjaci: you should try a purple shampoo or maybe you should go back to the salon and tell them to tone out your hair with color. :)

HairGirl247: @MooLounge Thank you...I understand this but blue shampoo is very close to purple, they work the same way, trust me, I have been using it and it has been working!

Lexi Vivid: Video starts at 3:13

Lily Gonzalez: Sweety u look super pale with this color =[ I love how you look with your darker colored hair

Rhea Wye: Hiya how do messure each exstension to u head so thay fix perfected as just got mine and don't want to muck it up

macbarbie23: Where did u get the extensions???

Kimberly Rodriguez: Violet cancels yellow tones

Reina Alondra: I luv ur videos soo much & ur very pretty

RAYNAH: she didnt even show us how she tied the first knot

HairGirl247: @bluelightingbabe that is what blue shampoo is for, to cancel out yellow tones. There is blue in purple.

HairGirl247: @vkabani lol thank you!

Torrie Anna: @HairGirl247 meee tooo lol.. you still look super gorgeous i love it :)

KierenE: I think you should go back to the colour that you had when you first started making videos

MooLounge: Blue and yellow make green...... You need VIOLET (purple) to cancel out yellow. Simple color wheel rules boo!

justspud: This was way too confusing.

HairGirl247: @Reyanna Corf i didn't ask for an opinion on it. I like myself the way I am thanks.

HairGirl247: @zeldahopper not yet! just engaged, still got 8 months to go!

Kimberly Rodriguez: Use a violet toner

Lindsey Lockwood: yeah. you definitely look a bit like Rachel McAdams here. haha

AroraRaunaq: u look like ashley tisdale !!

Descaradaa: yr hair is really pretty and you should put some dirty blonde streaks not alot but a few through out yr head but it still pretty kk and nice vid

HairGirl247: @jessicalee2222 sorry, I really don't understand what you mean. In my opinion it is all trial and error. Try it out, if it doesn't work try something else! :)

Heather: Blue--purple.. Who really cares. It

HairGirl247: @lilyg008 I am super pale haha

chiara bella: u want purple shampoo not blue, purple is opposite to yellow on the colour wheel and will cancel out the yellow

HairGirl247: @sns9388 easy solution, mute it.

Heather: Ha.... Looks good....She can use whatever damn color she wants ppl.

Reyanna Corf: you should wear eyeliner, your face looks too one dimensional and flat with that hair colour

zeldahopper: Did you get

Melissa Hamilton: Labeled wrong these are clip in extensions not sew in extensions.
