Gather hair into a ponytail and hold it in your non-dominant hand. Using your dominant hand, open the claw clip as wide as possible and place it next to the ponytail where your non-dominant hand rests. Pull the hair up and into the mouth of the clip. Wrap the ponytail around the bottom teeth of the clip one time and close it.
