Hey guys, so I'm back with another video and, as you guys can already tell from the title this one is on how I added extensions in with my flat twist now, throughout my whole life, I've always kind of known how to add weave in with braids, but Never with flat twists like I can never get it to stain, but this is my first attempt at doing it and it came out pretty good. So, if you're interested in seeing on how I got my hair to be this long with a flat twist just keep on watching, so I started off with two bags of 100 % Kanekalon hair. I prefer Kanekalon hair because it's more of kinky or texture prefer to like other braiding hair Kanekalon is my favorite. So you see me here, I'm just like making the ends uneven so that whenever I braid all the way to the ends, it's not such a blunt cut, and so the braids will not raise your twists will not unravel a nice evening here, just sectioning off my One pack of hair - I use one pack for each braid and at the very beginning of the twist I will like make a smaller section and then I will gradually make them bigger. So for one pack I had 5 sections of extensions to Eddie a nice thing here, just taking some ecostyler gel and I'm just trying to smooth down all of the natural hair that you see here and I'm not putting like a lot a lot on it. Because I want the extensions to blend in with my real hair, so I don't want my hair to be like super super sleek and then the connector on here it's kind of kinky looking so now you just begin a normal flat twist and now you have your Two sections for the twist and you just put the extension in between the two sections and in my right hand I will twist it like. I don't know you kinda have to play around with it. I can't really explain which way to twist it on your hair, but you just twist one section one way and they twist it on the scalp and then you twist the other piece of extension in the same way and just continue to twist. I don't think I explained it good, but hopefully the video will help you guys out and again split those two sections that you have as a piece of extension in between and kind of wrap it around each other kind of like you're about to do a bantu Knot just like twist it like that, and then I held myself out about instead of twisting both of the extension pieces at the same time, I'll continue to flat twist and then just twist the other piece of extension. So I don't lose my freezer also another trick with this style. I like for my twist to go away from my face instead of twisting towards my face, because I think it gives it a overall better. You also, while you guys, are watching this video, be sure to hit that like button below and don't forget to subscribe to my channel also, you can follow me on instagram at the same app name for my youtube, and you can also follow me on twitter, with The same name, my snapchat name, is love re, so capital, l, l, ve capital ar e. Once you get the hang of like adding in the extensions it's pretty much the same routine, all the way until you get to the end of your flat twist like once, you can practice it a couple times. It becomes easier to you once I got to the end of my hair. My hair is kind of unruly when it comes to laying it down. So I just added some more eco styler Joe shows the end of the source, so it would blend better with the extension here and then my twisting technique for the end is sort of like a rope twist. So once you have your two sections, you twist them in opposite directions and then twist it together. If you guys need some more like details on that, just leave me some comments and I'll try to explain it better. Also, if you like kind of messed up, took like while you're doing your twist, you can just go back in and bobby pin the hairs that are still kind of sticking up. So what i did was i bobby pin my hair flat and then I stuck the bobby pin back into the flat twist, so he couldn't see and that's it for the flat twist part of the tutorial. Now you just see me here laying down my baby hairs. I have another in-depth tutorial where I did my baby hairs. I kind of do in the same way with whatever style I'm wearing, but I like to do mine like with a comb instead of the toothbrush, which I used to do the toothbrush method for like years and years. But the small-tooth comb works way better. And then you just see me here, like I put a scarf on to lay my edges down, and then you just see me here: securing the ends with the lighter I'm burning it in order to like secure the twist, but not to make the ends, look burned. If you give it I'm saying so, just hold it over there for like half of a second and then twist it together like rub it together with your fingers, and that is all for the tutorials. So if you guys have any other tutorials, Oh a lot, I'm cutting my flyaways so yeah! That'S all you see me doing here is pretty self-explanatory. But if you want to see any other tutorials, just leave comments down below and I'll be sure to put some videos up for you guys, thanks for watching and I'll see you all in my next piece up.
