Revive Your Old Curly Weave // Microwave Your Hair

Hey you guys see see back with another video and before we even get started, excuse my voice, I'm not feeling well, but I have to get this video out for you guys. So today is going to be my curly bundle routine. How I keep my curls looking nice and juicy and curly, and how i minimize the tangles and the shedding as you can see, this wig is awful like look at it. It'S tangled all at the nape, the entire thing looks dry and dusty and nasty. Nobody wants to wear a wig that looks like this, so what I'm gon na do is wash and decondition it and restore it back to life using my microwave method. So I hope you guys enjoy this video don't forget to subscribe and like so the first thing. I'M gon na do is rinse the hair, I'm rinsing it in like lukewarm water and just preparing it for the shampoo process. I'M going to use a dove, deep, moisture shampoo, you guys will see it in a minute. It'S one of my favorite shampoos to use on my extensions just because it leaves the hair super super soft and really starts to define the curls. I love using this shampoo on curly extensions. I'M also gon na put the hair in a bowl and get it ready to go in the microwave, because I do shampoo and condition the hair first and then I put it in the microwave. So you guys will see that in a bit. But here I'm just kind of finger: detangling, the hair, while it's under water and just getting out anything that I can with water just getting it all out of the hair. Before I add the shampoo, I used a nice amount of product on my bundles. I just feel, like I don't know the more the merrier, so I do use a lot of shampoo. I also use a lot of conditioner it's just. What I like to do is what I find works for me when I use the dime size or the quarter size that they recommend. That is just not enough product, in my opinion, so I make sure I get it lathered and get a good suds on that hair. I love doing that to my hair, so, as I put the shampoo and let it kind of run down the hair shaft, I'm just doing more finger. Detangling curly hair is a lot of maintenance. It takes it's a lot of maintenance, so if you're not looking for maintenance, definitely I would skip the curly texture, but I just love how effortless it is when it's on your head, I don't have to straighten it on it's a curl it. This video is not sponsored, I don't work with them at all. I just wanted to show you guys this hair, because I really liked it so still shy of pulling the hair hair is starting to look good. As you can see, the curls are starting to pop and come back the hair, some moisturize, it's looking shiny. I just love them. My hair looks like that, so moving into conditioner, I'm actually going to use this is the Trader Joe's tea tree conditioner, really like this conditioner for my natural hair, as well as my extensions, it moisturizes, and it just feels like butter going through the hair, and it Really does define those curls even more than the shampoo. As you can see, the curls are just popping back effortlessly and I'm just going through and getting all the shed hairs out. Then, of course, I also add in my silicon mix. This is my favorite like repair hair repair serum is this. Silicon makes conditioner I get mine on Amazon. I have a huge tub that I bought for like 20 bucks, and I use this on most of my extension. It just makes the hair I mean. I don't know what they put in that stuff, but it is freaking amazing, so I'm just running that all throughout the hair and making sure that every single strand is coated and then I'm going to pop it in the microwave with the silicon mix. Still on the hair here, I'm just going to add some water into the bowl, not a lot just a little bit to kind of put over the hair and give it some steam when it's in the microwave. I want to pop it in the microwave for two minutes and just let it steam up in there and then after this I took it out, realized it wasn't where I needed it to be, so I actually popped it in for an additional thirty seconds. I believe next, you just want to put the bowl in the sink, be very careful because the scene gets very hot when it rises up off of that dish, and so I just take the wig out of the bowl. As you can see, it's still seeming. It'S burning my fingers, so I just ran some cold water over it, so I could comb it out and I use the mixture of a comb and also more finger detangling to really rinse all the conditioner out of the hair. One thing about that silicon mix is the smell, is super strong, so if you don't rinse it very well, then you will still smell it on the hair after the hair dries. So that's just a little tip. I can give you if you're gon na use that silicon mix make sure you rinse it very very, very well, and this is little guys. This is the final look. I let it air-dry. It takes about 24 hours to completely air dry, and this is how it turns out. No product is in his hair. I did absolutely nothing to it and the curls just pop back to life, the hair looks beautiful. It'S lasted for me for over a month, so I would totally recommend this hair if you are looking for some curly extension but yep. That'S the end of this video I'll be guys enjoyed it once again.
