4B/4C Kinky Coily Clip-Ins From Xotica Hair Extensions

Like a queen, hey girlfriends, welcome back to my channel and for the ones who are just tuning in and finding this channel welcome in this video, I will be showing you girlfriends, how I do my protective style, but not giving that full-blown protective style look, and that Means I'm using what clip-ins listen. I am so excited for this, because I've been wanting to try natural hair clippings for a long time. I just didn't know where to start who to get them from who had the best which texture I should you know, get and then lo and behold something just fell like literally right in my lap, I would like to introduce to you my kinky coily clippings from Exotica, hair exotica hair is a black on 100 % human hair extension company, and they do also have clippings. I feel like clippings, are a lot more convenient and a lot more easy to do than just you know, making your own wig or getting a full blown. So in these will definitely be cost and time efficient. Let'S get into this packaging. Listen if y'all didn't know. My favorite color is purple. So when I pulled this out the pack, I was already amused and ready to dive right in a nice, satin, pouch and drawstring. So, let's open it up, exotica hair, as you can see, it's a thick kinky coily texture and it actually is a 4b 4c 16 inch clip ins set, and I got two clipping bundle - sets look at that y'all. Isn'T that so pretty look at the definition in these coils now before you install these clip ins, just like you do any other extension like weave or anything like that. You want to deep condition and detangle and with the density of these clip ends us 4c. Girls know that the thickness of the hair can call us tangling, which mattes and we own that. So I'm going to show you real, quick, how I deep condition and detangled. I did finger detangle, but you can use a rate comb or a diamond brush. So let me just show you all that real quick, so what you want to do is separate your bundles by individual webs and then saturate that left with water and add into your favorite deep conditioner. This is cream of nature straight from Eden, deep conditioner. I love this conditioner for my hair and it's nose bomb while I'm rubbing the deep conditioner in I'm finger. Detangling also, you can use a Denman brush, but I like to finger detangle because brushes can be a little harsh and start snatching pieces of the hair out, and then you want it to be as full as possible once I finish, adding the deep conditioner evenly and Finger detangling I'm going to put the clippings in a plastic bag and just let them sit overnight and you see me pushing the air out of it. Just to you know make it like a sealed greenhouse effect unless a clipping sit overnight and now I'm going to take them out of the ziplock bag and just rinse the deep conditioner out, and you can just see the definition popping through these clippings from when they Originally came out the package and how like short, and they were defined, but not as defined, and here you can just see that deep, conditioner doing its magic once the deep conditioner is thoroughly rinsed out. I just hang the clippings up on a hanger using a clip or anything like that, just to get it dry within a couple of hours, so the hair is 100 percent dry. This is what it looks like after it's been detangled and deep conditioned. You can see that the definition came through a lot more prominent. Then let me show you a side-by-side, so this is the pack that I just literally took out the package, and this is the deep conditioned pack see the difference between those two. So you definitely want to be conditioned and detangle, because you get the length of your clip ends and you get the definition of your clip ends. So what I wanted to do was show you all, with these cute kinky tresses, how I protective style, my hair, without it being a full, fledged protective style. Look okay, so stay tuned and keep watching. So I did the right side of my head first and I'm gon na go in and do the left one for you all. I'M going to spray some Jamaican black, castor oil and water mix on my hair just to soften it up a little bit and then add two eco styler gel olive oil kind around the perimeter of this section of hair that I'm about to flat twist the water. In jamaican black, castor oil mix in the eco styler, gel together will give your flat twist a nice sleek. Look. I love how it looks after I take my scarf off. So trust me y'all want to do this part after I finished brushing the gel down and the flyaways I began to flat twist and in this instance I said of me flat, twisting back or having the twist go towards the back of my head, I'm flat twisting Towards the front, let me tell you a flat twisting towards the front of my head on. The left. Side was really a task and I think it's because I'm right-handed, but I figured it out and I got it so once I twist all the way down to the ends, I'm just going to pin my hair up towards the top of my hair. Doing like a V or incomplete triangle, whatever you wan na call it, this is a protective style. So I prepped my hair the night before with cornrows going down and I'm going to clip the ends together, so they won't show through through the clippings. If you can tell, I do have two flat twists on each side going down from the center of my head down towards my ear, and I did that to give my hair a bit of definition to be able to blend it and match with the clippings. These exotica hair clippings come in different sizes, so this is the five clippings and if you've never used clippings before you, basically just use your thumb and index fingers to pop those open, and you just stick those Tiki things down into your hair. Now you don't want to stick them all the way down to your scalp, because if your hair is thick, they won't close and grow, you be out and your clippings fall out, and then you probably fall out yourself. What I like about the exotica hair clippings is that they came in a of course purple packaging, but they also came very full and kinky in almost like perfect matching my texture, hair. Also. What I like about the exotica clippings is that when they came up the package, even though I did decondition them, they came out very, very soft. They weren't crunchy, they weren't hard. I didn't have to do too much manipulation to them. Besides deep conditioning them, the hair is very full, but it's very lightweight and I was able to maneuver around at work cuz. I did go to work right after this and didn't have a problem with them falling out, and this is one full bundle of the clippings. So I used, I think I didn't use one of the weft, so it's very, very full, very, very filling and you won't see any of the cornrows. You can see me here just taking down the flat twists that I put in my hair to create some definition. I also feel like these 4b 4c kinky coily clippings can pass as a faux wash and go. So if you like that wash and go look, this would be the greatest clippings for you. I wanted to blend my hair a little bit more with the clip in so I decided to brush out my flat twist a little and then brush out the actual clippings, and it starts some blends so well, y'all and so beautifully, and I think I did a Pretty good job, don't you right here, I'm just adjusting the bobby pins, so the ends of my hair won't stick up outside of my fluffy bush in their back. So you know if you need to adjust this, just go ahead and adjust and then adding your favorite edge control along the perimeter of your hairline, and you know just. However, you do your baby hairs. Baby lay them lay them as much as you want, and now that I have my edges laid down as much as possible. I'M just going to wrap a scarf around my top portion of my hair just to get a more cleaner, sleeker finished and go.
