Make Tape In Hair Extensions From Bundles | Diy Tape In Extensions

Hey guys so today I decide to record a video of me being my taking hair extensions and it was the first time I've ever tried it. So I did film it and just to be clear, I did get a sell in from this portion downward and then I left this top portion out yeah. I didn't film me actually placing them in because, like I said it was my first time and I'd like to make sure that it was done properly. You can leave a comment in the comment section down below so let's get into the video, so I'm gon na start by separating my hair from my scissors. In my tape, this is raw Indian wavy hair and I decided to purchase the double sided. Walker, no shine tape from Amazon. I think it was about twelve dollars and it is the half inch wide. I think they had one that was an inch wide, but I got the one that was a half inch, no I'm going in and I'm going to decide where I want to cut my tapes and how long I want them to be. I decided, since I am only doing the top portion of my hair. I want it to be fairly small sections, so I'm going to find that out and go in and cut it and I'm going to use that as a guide for my next cut. I want to make sure that, since I'm using the sandwich method, both pieces are the same length, and this is a test run for me. I'M going to try it out and see how well it sticks and if I like it and that'll, determine if I want to go ahead and cut the rest of my hair. So now I'm going in and taking the tape and I'm going to take the top of the West and line it up with the top of the tape and I'm going to basically just take it along like so and then lightly press. Now I'm going in with my scissors and I'm going to go in and cut the tape, and I want to make sure to cut the tape so that it lines up with the hair and the left eye had an issue of having a little piece. Stick out on the side, and I had to go back in and recut that and so now I have my two pieces applying light pressure and I'm going to go in and try them in and see if it works and I'll be back guys. Okay, so I did like the way those other teeth came out and I did a test run and I saw I'm gon na continue with it. So now I'm going in and cutting out all my sections and I'm gon na cut about 20 to 22 pieces. That way, I can get about 10 to 11 tapings from it and again, if they're not all the same length, that's fine just make sure whatever length you cut, you have a twin matching it and I'm just gon na go ahead and speed up this part. For you guys, okay, so now we're all done. I basically just tape the tape and extensions, and I just set the weft right next to each other to make it easier, but you guys can rely on the video to see how I place the tapes on the hair. I basically just line up the top of the weft to the top of the tape, and I did about four in each unit and that way I know which one is each other's twin and now I'm just going and and cutting them into individual pieces. And this is the finish result.
