Hi, I'm Jen with twisted fringe, and today we're going to be showing you our application technique with twisted fringe hair extensions. You always want to make sure you're starting your installation at the nape of the neck and working your way up the head. The first thing you want to do is bring down a nice clean straight section, keeping in mind that you want to leave enough around the perimeter of the hairline to cover the extension. So one little trick that I do is taking a rat tail or a foiling comb, take a section of hair and pull the hair over the comb, making sure that you can't see that comb through there. If you can see it, you need a little bit more left down in the perimeter, because we want to make sure that she can wear these extensions up and not have any of the extensions exposed. So once I know what I'm going to leave for the perimeter, then I take my tape. Hair extension out of the packaging and it already comes pre taped. So all you have to do is just peel off that backing off of the extension and it's ready to be installed into the hair. So one thing you want to keep in mind is that you do not want to touch the tape with your fingers because we don't want any oils or lotions to transfer onto the tape, because we want to have a nice secure hold. So then, I'm going to take my extension, keeping that perimeter free, dropping it down about a half an inch away from the part line, and I'm just gon na give it a little bit of a press. Then I want to just lift up the extension itself and make sure it's not too tight to the clients, scalp, so just a little bit of a gap between their scalp and the extension to make sure it's not lifting her scalp at all and is going to Be nice and comfortable, while she's wearing the extensions I'm going to take my next weft and I'm going to leave about a quarter of an inch in between the two wets and give it a little push. Now, once I have my two wefts on in my row, I'm gon na go back and I'm gon na place. The bottom left on there to complete the sandwich again make sure I'm not touching the tape with my fingers, I'm going to let any hair that has naturally attached to that tape fall away and then just make sure I'm cleaning up that section in its nice straight Clean party, then I'm going to apply my weft underneath making sure it's lined up and not elevated, and then I'm going to slowly bring down that top left until I can see that the two wefts are aligned and then pressed together. So once I have that one on I'm just gon na place, my bottom left on my next extension again, letting any hair - that's not attached to the tape, fall away. Cleaning up that section. So it's a nice straight clean partying, slowly, bringing that weft down until the two are aligned and then pressing together and then I will continue to work my way up the head to finish the installation.

Lea Seberg Fladstad: Has anyone else started wearing extensions also just because you have also had problems having short and thin hair for a long time and not been able to get long and thick hair again which you don't have patience or not even have time to wait for some special reasons as me? How long can tape extensions be on hair before it had to be removed, can it be used again several times on hair, how long can tape extensions be on hair before it had to be removed, how long do I have to be without tape extensions on my hair before I can wear it again, how long can it last before it gets worn out, how many tape exensions do I need for short and thin hair when I want long and thick hair, how can I keep it on my hair without it falling off, does it feels natural like our own hair when we wear it, will tape attachment be invisible on short and thin hair, can it make hair worn, how to blow-dry my hair and tape extensions without it being worn if tape extensions have to be blow-dryed every time I wash both my hair and tape extensions and do tape extensions need any other products than just extra tape, remover and another shampoo and conditioner?

Lea Seberg Fladstad: Can tape extensions easily cause hairloss even when I have only used it once and gently tore them off my hair instead of extensions remover?

Lea Seberg Fladstad: Can SugarBearHair Vitamins still fix my hair least after almost eight months even when I have only once tried tape extensions and gently tore them off my hair insted of extensions remover?

Cass: Can a client easily put their hair in a ponytail with these extensions?
