Reviewing Tape In Hair Extensions

Hello, my bitty bees welcome back to my channel today. I am going to share my personal opinion on a hair extension and brand because I now have started doing my own tape in hair extensions. That'S right, DIY tape and hair extensions. If you didn't know that I was doing this, you can check it out in the cards above I did a DIY video, showing how I do my own hair extensions at home. So if you missed that, you can check it out and see how I do it and why I'm doing my own hair extensions exactly, but because I started doing that. It kind of is important to me to find brands and hair suppliers that work for me and that I, like the one that I used previously in that video. They were good, but I only got maybe about two months wear out of them before they start to become in a really bad condition. So I wanted to try out some different brands, and today I am sharing my personal thoughts on the 6 star luxury hair extensions brands. This brand reached out to me and went to club and get my personal opinion on their product. So yes, this hair was kindly supplied by 6 star hair check them out in the description box down below. However, with that being said, all my opinions in this video are going to be a hundred percent, honest, accurate and true to how I feel so without further ado, let's hop right into how I feel about this hair. Why not? I think that made me want to try out the hair was when I saw it on their website. I just really liked how the hair looked. I feel like it looked really smooth and silky, but of course you don't really know until you try. So when I got them in the mail and saw that it came in this cute packaging, I was like that's: that's nice, I'm into it, but when I actually got my hands on the hair, I was like. Ok, this is really soft, so this is what they look like. I have a little bit of closer up footage to share with you guys. I got four sets of the hair in two different colors, so two of the same color in one and then two of the other color, one of being more of a natural kind of a chestnut II, toned, light, blondes and then the other one being a very Light blonde color that I would use us the highlighting shade for mixtones. One thing that I have wasn't too keen on about six-star hair is the fact that they don't have a large color variety. Yet it's a little bit limiting. To be honest, especially if you're someone like me and you have the natural foliage gradation effect going on, it really is limiting, as they don't have those colors for you, where the roots fade out into the rest of the extensions getting lighter they're, all just one solid Color at the moment, which is okay, it's okay, so to kind of offset that fact that negative. Like one downside, I got two different colors, so I can mix it up and then I just kind of did my own dyeing of the roots um. You might be able to see if I reveal here's one that you can see. There is a weft here that I have put in where you can see. The tape is lighter in color right there and then it's a darker Brown that fades to a lighter blonde. Throughout the left, so I did that myself, which I didn't film, because that's a whole other other thing to film. The downside to that is that the tape part can't be dyed, because the hair is already attached to the tape. So you can't get that seamless effect, which is a little bit unfortunate, because if your hair moves a certain way, I did notice that the extension is becomes visible. However, I did like how soft the hair is. I felt it was softer than the hair that I used previously, but one thing I did notice is that these wefts, the individual tape extensions, are much thinner and then the ones that I had last time, which I thought to be interesting, and I wasn't too sure, If that's normal or not, because I am still in experienced, I'm not at all a professional I'm not at all trained in hair extensions, this is just my personal experience based on what I know and what I've, but otherwise the quality of the hair. It'S really soft! It feels really healthy. I'Ve washed my hair three times now and the condition has not reduced significantly at all. If anything, it's a little less smooth, which I want, because it seems more real to my hair's texture. It blends more seamlessly and nicely, and I like it one thing I did notice unfortunately, once again, is that the actual tape, the sticky part of it is not the strongest kind of tape which I wish more brands would do, because you're not going to get as Long, a beware out of the first installation of the extensions compared to when you put on your own tape afterwards, so I've already experienced I've had these extensions put in for almost two weeks now, and I have noticed some of the weft opening up like the tapes When they're taped together, I've noticed them starting to separate on their own, even though I avoid putting conditioner on them, which is a bit disappointing, but the same thing happened with the other brands that I used. So I think it's just kind of the default tape. That is used for most hair extension brands. If you want more of a longer wear out of one installation of hair extensions, then I would do what I do and buy backup tape so that when you replace your extensions, when you take them out and redo the tape, you can use a tape of your Own desire that has more of a longer where it crosses a more heavy-duty tape. That'S what I prefer, because I have really slow growing hair, so I don't get much grow out in the time that I need to redo the extensions. So it makes sense for me to have a tape that lasts a lot longer. Overall, I really like the hair. I, like the price point of this hair. It'S not super expensive. It is a little bit higher than other budget brands, but I think you pay for what you get and right now, after wearing these extensions for two weeks, I think they're really good condition. There are some pros and there are some cons. Of course, the cons being really small, the cons only really being the two, the fact that the tape isn't wearing tape and the fact that they don't have a large color selection. Yet the pros are kind of the quality of the hair in the price, and I think those are the biggest ones. You want your hair to be smooth. You want the hair to be healthy. You want it to last a long time, so you can get multiple uses out of it and change up the hair and the price is really affordable and the hair got to me in a good condition. It got to me really fast and I think you can get a good amount of hair for a good bargain price. It'S not cheap, it's in a good condition, and I think it's I think it's worth a shot. So if any of you guys are looking to get into doing your own tape, hair extensions at home or any kind of clip in extensions, definitely check out six stars hair. I I think they're worth it. I just really wish they would get more color selections, because this is like the perfect color right here. If only they had like the gradation effect, I think they would like it's just beautiful it's stunning, it's stunning, so yeah, that's my personal opinion on these definitely go check them out.
