Hey darlings, thank you all so much for watching. I hope, you're all doing wonderful, so go ahead and make a note of today it's going to go down in history. This is going to be the first time you guys ever see me and probably most likely. The last time you see me with just my thin short hair, you guys know i always wear extensions. I don't even look at myself in the mirror without extensions left, unless my hair's just up like in a bun, i never fix my own hair anymore. It'S probably been over 10 years since i fixed my hair. I have hypothyroidism it's very thin. I have half of it up right now and then just half of it down. I have like shoulder length hair, it's healthy enough, but it is just very thin and you always see me with hair down to my butt and i've always just wanted uh clip in extensions. But today i'm going to be for the first time with you guys, trying out taping extensions and i am a little bit nervous, but i'm excited at the same time. I didn't think i would ever try something like this, but this company actually reached out to me. This is the same company that i get my other long extensions from only this is their amazon store. I will have them linked down below, but the brand of this is max full and i got these in golden light golden brown. I do believe a little bit too light for my hair, so i have one that is this color and then i did color one set the color same shade as my hair, and i don't really realize that my hair is this dark, but my roots are this? Dark so i'm going to be just mixing this in in together. I am definitely not a professional at this i have like. I said i have never done this before. I have watched a couple videos, so i'm pretty confident that i'm going to be able to pull it off, but yeah they're, really beautiful extensions super silky. I got them in 20 inch. I love the light blonde. You know on the ends. They'Re gon na be super long on me. I'M very excited. I got two sets, so it's this thickness and they will be mixed together. It'S a really beautiful shade. I love both colors that came out. I think it looked really nice mixed. I do have a mirror setting here, so i can see the back of my head. I have one little hair clip which i think is all i'm gon na need. Obviously i don't have much hair and i think that's all i think um i did wash my hair. I didn't put any conditioner in my hair you're supposed to use like sulfate, free shampoos and stuff like that. So i have to figure all that out all new to me separate these, i'm going to lay them out how i want to put them in my head. I think i'm going to start with dark and then go light, dark light and i'm going to alternate. So i'm going to lay them out here on my couch. I am just sitting here in the floor because i figured that would be just the most easiest. You know i want to be comfortable, also have another mirror, so i can look, you know and see the back of my head, so i'm just gon na take my time, so i do this correctly. I got my hair all sorted out here and now. I'M just going to pin some of my hair up, so you'll want to have some on the bottom, some of your your hair on the bottom, and then you want to have a section that you clip hair to and then the rest. You want to pin up. Okay, so starting with one of the lighter pieces, i'm just gon na take the tape off and i can see in my little mirror here and i'm just going to i'm just going to tape it just like that right up next to this part right here that I made and push down and then with one of the darker pieces, i'm just going to lift this section up, i'm going to flip over the extension that i just did and then i'm going to tape this right up next to it and then just press those Pieces together, okay, so i'm going to move over to the next little section of my hair right here, i'm going to do the same thing, ladder piece first and then a darker piece underneath then repeat the same step on this pod do, and here is one row Done, that's pretty easy, not bad feels enough. Okay, so i'm gon na move on up to the next little section. Okay, so there's another row done and i'm feeling pretty confident about it. Okay - so i am up to right here on my head so far and i haven't done any on the side, so i'm gon na go ahead and start around the side. I'M going to use a dark piece and i'm going to put that right about see right about and then just flip it over and see right there and then i'm going to take one of the lot pieces and put that on the underneath. Okay. So now i'm going to move over to right here right above my ear and i'm kind of going under the last one that i put just a little bit. I don't want any gaps. You know in the front so put that one there, okay, so i'm gon na save my main main front to the very last i'm going to move on back to here. I don't have a whole lot of pieces left, but it will be enough. I'Ve saved mainly dark ones. I do have a couple light ones for this side over here, i'm going to save okay, so that is all for the back pieces blending really nicely. I will show you guys a better view in a minute, but i need to finish this side, so i'm gon na go in just like. I did on this side with a dark piece right here and then move forward. Okay, so i have four pieces left and i'm just going to use these basically to frame my face and make sure everything blends nicely. So here's what the hair looks like straight and i think it blends really nicely it's nice and smooth. I am going to curl it because i always well pretty much always wear my hair. You guys know with some curls in it, so that will make make it feel a bit more normal, but i think it blends really nicely super easy to do. In my opinion i mean i am used to clipping extensions, but, i'm being honest, it was very easy. I had myself nervous literally over nothing. It was really easy to do so. Yeah, i'm going to plug my curling iron in and give my hair a little wave. Do so here's the finished results guys and i love them. Had i known they were going to be this easy to do on my own, then i would have done it a long time ago. I just love having the long hair and i can't even feel them. I'M used to clip ins and like being thick in my head. These are like really smooth down i'll show you the back, and one thing i do want the dye that i put in the ones that i dyed to fade a little bit like i like the look of just like the lighter pieces blending into my hair. Better than the darker pieces, but a couple washes and i'm sure that that will line itself out, but i will go ahead and show you the back. So here's the back and you guys seen my thin hair if my little thin hair can cover these. Then literally. Anybody can, i hope that you guys enjoyed this video. Please leave me comments down below give this video a big thumbs up subscribe to my channel. If you haven't already and i'll see you guys next time,

UniquelyBronze: You look pretty regardless of how your hair is. My hair is thin as well and I wear wigs and extensions too. I love your nails!

Chloe B: I was literally sitting here saying to myself. I could use another Kayla video right now because your videos are very calming and then a video notification popped up. Yay. The extensions look great. Love the way you styled it and it blends into your hair beautifully.

Himekaji: This is what I need. I did suffere with hyperthyroidism, I recently got my thyroid checked and its normal. Although my glands a swollen, not sure why. I really love your hair tutorial great job your beautiful with anything you wear

Cognac Wellerlane: I must say you are brave to show us how to do this on a first try! You did a beautiful job and your hair looks gorgeous! Catch up with you later have to go edit another video Pink Champagne Kisses

Lori Resnick: All I can say is wow! My hair thinned considerably with weight loss (telogen effluvium) and I hope others who have thin hair find this video because you really showed how easy these are and how great they look. Can't wait to see how they last!

Red lips & tips: Awwww k you are beautiful with and without extensions! You did a superb job it really blended nicely with your hair. Cheers

Quiana Wade: Looks beautiful you look lovely regardless beautiful job.

Jennifer Ford: Your Video was right on time, oh my goodness. Thank you for sharing. I didn't even read the video title. So when you said Tape-in, I was like 'Did she say 'tape?' I have never heard of this. But you put it in like a 'Boss', and it looks beautiful. It did not look bulky at all, very smooth. Good job.

Scooby TheTalkingDog: Wow it's all I'm going to say my hair is really thin like yours and I haven't cut into a daybed haircut which is shorter in the back stacked and longer on the sides so it's like to my chin and I always thought my hair was too thin for extensions but I have to watch this video I'm thinking that I might could try them I was afraid the tape in extensions would break your hair off so let me know how that goes I would get the long extensions that clip in but I was afraid I couldn't find any that were reasonably priced that I could actually curl so which ones would you recommend for the clip and kind I tease my hair I used to live here so I taste my hair to the God so it looks like I've got a head full of hair when I fix my hair but I don't like I said my hair is as thin as your hair if not then her but when I tease it looks really really super thick

MonicaLovesPugs: Wow! So much easier than I thought! You did a great job!

Himekaji: If my hair is slightly lighter than yours what colors would I choose? Your hair looks good

UniquelyBronze: Have you tried Bellami extension I’ve had mine for years they last so long?

Luz Diaz: Kayla they look gorgeous !! how often do you have to take them out? Can you wash with them on ?

Nicole McClinton Wilks: Loved how easy that was....I'm back so I'll have to get a press out

Jouc’e Amor’e: They blend nicely with your hair. I bet the lightweight tape feels nicer than the clip ins with combs!

Danielle Broatch: Oh my gosh! I didnt know your hair was that short! My hair is pretty short as well and I really miss having long hair. They look great!

Teresa Whynn: Hi Kayla, what a lovely video, you can’t even see where you have put the hair extensions in. I tagged you in a photo on Instagram showing some pumpkin mugs thought you might like them. Teresa ☺️

Prettyvida 2020: Love it Kayla you look so beautiful!!!

Monica ramirez: Beautiful as always ❤️ but would you mind letting us know if you prefer using your clip on extensions or these ones ?

G e e: Love it

chelley bee: K use Avocado oil and Castor oil ( i think what I said it wrong) warm it up and massage it to your hair. It'll get thicker and longer.

Natalia Grzelak: i really dont know if its ur accent or ur aoura but its so cozzy and just good vibes i think tts both u so beautifull and ur energi is shining

Phyllis Cullen: Great job

Shawn Yancey: It looked natural to me. You're cute with your natural look as well. But either way, you're still such a pretty woman and you have such a beautiful smile. My opinion. Can you do a video where you pair the hair you've added with different pairs of glasses? And have the hair with different looks plus add your smile.

ejr71: Looks gorgeous

Melissa Freeman: Also if you want to take them out before they’re ready to let you use coconut oil. Itll take them right out !

Serenity Love me: Flawless

Sandra Gomez: Omg I have thin thin hair yours is not as bad as mine I've been wearing the tape in extensions for a little over 5 years , I love the color and the way they look on you and you know I love your videos please do a video on how you take them off please

roh Shelly: Can you do a video how you take care you tape extensions?

Brandy_Lish: Now that it’s been awhile, how long did these last?? how did you remove them? did u re use them?

Melissa Freeman: You did an awesome job for your first time with tape-ins. They’re definitely more difficult than just clipping the hair in! PS: you looks beautiful all the time sister

Duchesss: Sorry for 2nd comment, but i find that buying 2 to 3 packs helps, incase one falls out so you have the hair on hand to replace and just to feel secure that once you get the hang of it, you can have back up. Less damaging than clip ins. Plus this is more permanente that clipping in and out each and everyday. You can sleep in these, pull your hair in a ponytail depending on how you apply. I have noticed the more you install these the better you get and learn placement on your head.

Brooke G: Hi u look amazing but where did you get that curling wand?

Nasus Mondragon: Darling ur so brave , u look beautiful with short or long hair . Thank-u so much , i have horrid frizzed hair , but i don't have to live like that ! Yeah !

Jenni LynneA20: How long do tape in extensions last? Is it a daily removal and replacement?

Agnes: But do those feel as secure as the clip ins? I would worry about one falling out. They do look really nice tho.

Miss Mansfield: How do you take them out?

Ana Nicole: Purology from Ulta is THE BEST sulfate free shampoo I’ve tried. Sulfate free shampoos have a hard time lathering and Purology lathers perfectly do you don’t have to use too much. It is expensive though. If you don’t care about lather or suds, Shea Moisture is bomb and a lot cheaper-you just have to work fast as massaging your scalp.

Duchesss: I have been wearing them for the past year, worst part is getting them removed. However, my hubby actually helps me, I can't see the back of my head and I get him to remove them. They last at least 2 months on me, and sometimes of they come out, which is rare if you treat your carefully. I also get him to replace them as well.

Shon: Such a vibe

Kellwell E: ❤️

R E.: Your gorgeous all the time.

Lorraine Joseph: Maby extensons is it possible that you could get a shorter style that makes the hair thicker and gives you volume. My daughter has the same. But i keep her boblength short. So she can wear it down. It would suit you you have a nice face for it.

Diana Uribe: What curling iron did you use ?

Dee.a: i have also hypothyroidism and ive found something that helped me with skin, hair and weight. i truly recomend it it have removed my brain smog and extra fat, have made my hair and skin better and my nails. im not tired all the time and i feel over all so much better, but you should have food program also that supports lazy thyroid, to back you up and feel healthyer. i also use tape hair, i reuse them for 1yr the same hair, the quality is very good the ones i use. i just reattach them each second month when i color my rooths.

Reese Malott: How many packs do you use? My hair is as short as yours

Phyllis Cullen: Beautiful. I love your lips

Shelley Iannella: I've had the tape ones they are a little difficult to remove

Star Mercurian: You are so pretty you are like rose gold colored.

Fy Fg: KSA
