Affordable Amazon Hair Extensions | Real Human Hair

Hello and welcome to my channel, my name is kaylee and i've gotten really obsessed recently with hair extensions, specifically clip in hair extensions, because it's so easy to change up your hairstyle and, if you're like me, i'm definitely the type of person that likes to change. My hairstyle every couple of weeks, if not months and you know, get a diet or permit, which was a disaster or just chop it all off entirely and so getting extensions. I mean i can't really go shorter, but if i want more volume or to add, highlights or give it length like, i can do that at the drop of a hat, which is wonderful. So i actually went on amazon and purchased some affordable or relatively affordable human hair extensions. They are 100 human hair, so you can use your hot tools like normal curl. It straighten it. So these are the extensions i purchased. They are from when a life and, of course, like i said they are human hair extensions. These come in 130 grams per uh set of seven clips and i guess it does depend on the length. These ones are 18 inches. They were 130 grams, but i know that if i were to have gotten two inches longer, the 20 inch extensions were 150 grams, so they do add weight to it. The longer that the extensions are which is really nice, because a lot of the ones i've seen keep the same weight despite having you know, an extra six inches on the end, and so i always look out for that, because that's never a great sign, especially if You have a really thick hair like i do, then that means you're going to just have like little straggles at the end and that's not cute, it's not the look we're going for. So when i first open the box, i see two like congratulations papers. They are just saying that i won the opportunity to get a free gift. I think so it just gives you instructions to go online and activate that or somehow receive your free gift, which is great. We love free things here. They also pack a free little clip to help hold your hair up while you're putting the extensions in. So it's really nice. I don't entirely need one of these, but you can never have too many little clips so appreciate that and then they also send some lashes, which i'm not a huge fan of fake lashes, but i do really like the shape of these plus. Like i said earlier, we love free things and then they sent, of course, the entire packet of instructions, and when i say entire packet i mean literally and it's double-sided so yeah they want you to be prepared. These are the extensions themselves and i have already opened it up just to like give them a feel, and they are so nice i haven't put them in yet so i'm really excited to see how they look and then the last thing we got in here is A little comb, and again this wasn't listed like that you received to chrome at least i don't know. Maybe it was, but to me it was a surprise, so another free gift so total. I know these were probably really cheap for the company to include in the kit, but it's such a nice like added touch to the product, because these i was entirely not expecting but yeah. So these were the extras. I'M gon na try to be fast here, because i know that i'm losing light. It'S like getting darker and darker outside it's the beginning of november in england, and it just gets dark really fast here. So i just took the extensions out of their little packaging, and this is what they look like when you receive them. They are in like a little fishnet to keep them from getting damaged in the move or in the shipment. So these are the extensions and oh, my gosh they're, so soft, i'm obsessed, they are 18 inches, which is a decent amount longer than my natural hair. So i'm really excited to add a little bit of extra length to the bottom of my hair and a whole lot of volume. They are thick, so i definitely love it and the color is adorable. Unfortunately, my hair definitely doesn't have that many highlights. If any highlights. I haven't dyed my hair. I did permit twice like a year a little over a year ago, and so because it's damaged it's gotten a little bit lighter and during the summer it got a little sun bleached because it was so porous or i don't honestly know how it works. But it definitely got lighter in the sun when normally it doesn't get this light, so there is a gradient. It does start out at pretty much like jet black at my roots and then becomes like a just a very dark brown at my ends, but it is definitely not this light, so i'm definitely hoping this adds. You know a nice amount of highlight without it. Looking too different, i don't think it'll be that bad, because i have other extensions that are similar and i'll go ahead and link that video down below. If you want to see those, but they are pretty similar in color, and i love how the other ones look. So i'm pretty sure i'm gon na love these, so i purchased the seven piece set and i think they offer other sizes like a five piece um and then, of course like a halo and tape ins. But i got the seven piece. So it comes with one four clip weft two three clip wefts two, two clip wefts and two single clip wefts. So here's a close-up of what the weft actually looks like it is, i believe, a seamless. So it's very sleek on the side that will be showing against your head and it'll be very hard to see through your natural hair. So that's awesome. I'M gon na go ahead and apply these in a pretty standard way. I'Ll put the four piece and then the two three pieces along the wider portion of my head, the two two pieces and then i'll just kind of put the single wefts wherever i feel like it needs a little pop of color or length. Depending on how it looks at the end, okay and the last two i tend to either put them on the top or like behind my ear, to add a little bit of color, especially when they're, just like the highlight ones, yeah. I think i'll put it behind. My ear so with this, i put my finger straight back to divide my hair and then i put the clip right on top of the lower portion of hair so that it doesn't like feel uncomfortable or clip to hair that it shouldn't clip to. So that's what that side looks like and, of course, it's gon na be a little janky until i curl the ends, but so far i feel like it's looking pretty good. So this is my before i'm gon na go ahead and curl it really quickly and i'll be right back okay, so this is what it looks like after i curled it. I realized that i probably should have curled it before. I put the extensions in because my i had already curled my natural hair and so just got extra heat today, but this is how my hair looks with the extensions. So, even though i was a little iffy about the color match before i put them in, i stinking love it. Oh my gosh they're so cute. They are just the right amount of highlight and um actual match because they definitely were caramelly but also had dark streaks. In them - and i think the dark matches perfectly with my actual hair, and so i think they just look really really nice, but i mean i don't know what do you guys think? So i don't think i mentioned this earlier, but these specific hair extensions were 108 on amazon, so it's pretty affordable, but if you're interested in purchasing them, i will definitely go ahead and leave a link for their amazon website down below but yeah.
