Thank you, hey guys, welcome back to my channel, it's shatoya, so thank you for tuning back in um. It'S been a long time since I talked to y'all. It'S been about probably about two months: oh Christ. I just uploaded two videos prior to this one, so it may seem like I y'all got videos back to back, but my computer was messed up, so I wasn't able to record it well, I could record, but I wasn't able to um upload those videos before so Y'All kind of got like back-to-back videos and then you'll get this one. So but today's video we're pretty much going to be talking about um, the maintenance of the tape pens on 4C hair and pretty much just answering some questions that I had got in my DM. Whenever I had posted that last video, so I have my phone to look because some of them - I really don't remember so they want to know how long I was able to keep it in okay, so I got it done on July 22nd. I knew it was within that time frame so July 22nd. I got them done today is September 8th and today, I'm actually taking them out. So I had to hurry up and record this video for y'all because I'm taking them out soon um. So as far as maintenance maintenance for the chickens was not that bad for me um and excuse it right now it does look a hot mess because I haven't done nothing to it but um. This is the kinky, no, not kinky. It'S Malaysian coil, curl hair, so um. This hair is a texture for 4b4c hair as well um and you can curly straighten it whatever. So I didn't dang it. I wanted to show y'all how how it looked curled. I can maybe try to put in a picture on the screen somewhere of how I look curled, so y'all already seen how it looked when I had first got it done. It was straight enough to put in place to do everything um like two three like two three weeks ago, I went to go, get it redone before, for my baby shower and my style, she taught me to just wearing a curly which wasn't too bad, but the Curly maintenance of the situation was not. It wasn't doable for more than a week, mainly because the curls in your the hair routes, my leave out it didn't match. After a certain amount of days like, I would have to you know, braid it or twist it or whatever it wasn't bad, but it wasn't something I would have done like if I would have left it curly from the first time I got it. They definitely wouldn't have lasted this song, but um that's bad. They can last up to two months um. I can keep a man honestly. I just want to take them out because I'm about to go into labor any time now and I want braids, I don't want to have to comb my hair and do stuff um. I want braids in my hair for labor and I just think that'll be just an easier process for me. Did you lose any tape and extensions since you've got them done yeah you um, You probably will end up losing some. I think I lost like when I first first got them done. I don't think I lost any up until like a month to be honest, um, and that was because I kind of was combing my hair. A little rough. You just got to be gentle, you shouldn't be using specific brushes like you, should use a wide um a wide comb brush softly hold pieces to you know you just got to be careful, you can't just go in and do them like it's your hair, because it's Not like it's taping, so you do want to be careful, so you don't put your hair out um. As far as later on down the road losing um. I I lost some after I washed it so um. I got my hair done July 22nd and then so I went like two to three weeks without washing it or anything, and I went back to I went to back to her to um, wash it and style it, and I think for me to wear curly like We didn't drive the tape I felt like that caused like two to come out, but only like two came out and you can't tell because, like like, it's still a lot of hair in my head, like it's still like a lot of hair, I don't know if You can tell it's still a lot of hair um, so those little bit coming out. It didn't bother me at all. I really didn't care and it didn't take my hair out either that I saw so I'm gon na ask what about the specific brand or company you use for your hair. Did you like? Did you like them? Um? I, like I, like the brand of the hair, the only thing like okay, it's kind of hard to explain, because this type of hair is my hair texture and it's good for my hair texture. But it doesn't hold a curl. But if you did my real hair and try to curl up my rug, it wouldn't hold a curl either because it's that coils curl. You know like it's hard to explain, but I I like when I first got it. It was cool. I think, just if you leave it straight, you like curl the ends or something or some simple curls. I feel like it's, it's good it'll last for a little bit, but putting like a lot of curls in my hair. It didn't last like especially with the heat and all that and it's dry here in West Texas, it's not like it's humid or anything, so you would think it would last, but it still didn't last. So it's the only con. I could say about this. How I didn't really like that that the curls didn't last, but it's good, it's I've. I didn't have no problem like shedding and stuff like that. I don't. I didn't, have any issues with that at all: still don't washing it after you straighten it. The curls pop just like, like they're brand new um, so I don't. I don't have any complaints about the Hair Company themselves or this here. Would you buy the hair again um? I would buy the hair again like, especially because um I know what the hair is capable of. I know how it works. I would buy it again. You know I would probably buy it for vacation here, though, for sure, because if it get wet or anything, then that's that how many tapings did you use for forehead. Each taping came with 50 pieces, so I got a total of 150.. I got three uh bundles um, so yeah it's like 50 grams or something like that. So I did 150 but uh. You really only need three. I got four. I just recently bought another one like when I went and got my hair redone and just added some up top, because we kind of ran out from using too much in the back, and I wanted a fuller look in the front. So you really only need three, but I did use four total and I feel like that was way too much hair in my head, like three would have been just been fine if it would have been like distributed correctly like put in the right places, um and Not so many in the back and just some up front, I feel like that amount was perfect. The fact that I had to get the other pack of hair to add up here to make it a little Fuller um I it just became too much hair like it's too much hair like I could. I can't even put in a ponytail and it not pull my uh tape in so I definitely don't recommend for like 200 pieces, because that's how much it was after. Like 150 is perfect, you don't really need more than that um and if y'all look on the actual website, I'll link it in my description box um, you don't understand what I'm saying when I say the grams and the pieces and stuff like that, because each one Is 50.? Let me let me check because it might not be 50.. I think it is. I mean I don't want to be telling y'all the wrong number yeah. Oh okay! No, I lied it's it's 20 pieces. So each for 50 grams um is 20 pieces. No matter what length so I got: 150 grams well, 200 grams. Basically so 60 pieces for your full head is more than enough. It'S it's good. I ended up getting 80 pieces in total like over time, but 60 pieces is all you would need um. I don't know if y'all can see this show, that's what it'll show no matter um, no matter what uh length you get is still the same amount of pieces say to model the same amount of grams, and I did, and so all in all that is the Review of this hair, I left everything in the description there I'll leave it again in this video, and I know y'all, like the scenery of my videos, has changed because we did move and I didn't even block that experience of the smoothing of me decorating and doing Things I'll try to uh put that in another video, but it's just been a lot going on. Yeah y'all just stay tuned. I didn't want to get this video out before I take it out, because I'm about to take it out and get brace tomorrow and then that's that so yeah. Thank you guys for watching and tuning in, as always leave a comment. Let me know what you think. Let me know if you have any other questions that I didn't touch up on um. Just let me know thank you guys. Thank you.
