Welcome back to my channel thanks for joining me today, so I know it's been a little bit time since I've been filming and my schedules all off, so I do apologize. It'S just been a crazy couple of weeks, but I didn't want to come on here because, as promised, I got in finally the tape in extension, so I wanted to live with them for a few weeks, so I knew what it was like to blow-dry style have And I could give you a really in-depth and informative review on them, so I purchased them a long time ago, probably about almost a year ago now and the individual that was gon na put them in my hair. Just didn't work out, scheduling wise, so I ended up finally having somebody professional put them in. I recommend you go to a professional to put them in. I did not put them myself taking them out. I might do myself and I'll get to that in a minute, but that's just my personal opinion. It'S totally up to you. I also wanted them to be straight. When I talk to you so that you could kind of speak, so I think it's very telling with hair extensions when they're straight whether or not they blend or look good or you know, look more natural because I feel like I don't know about you, but whenever I curl my hair. I can make anything look good, so I really wanted you just to get like the full extent of the day-to-day wear. Sorry, there's like a lot of noises going on outside, I tried to close all the windows, so if you can hear anything in the background I apologize in advance. First of all, I absolutely love them um compared to the fusions, and this is just my personal opinion. I got so much shade thrown at me at that fusion video I made like two years ago now. Um, I don't know, maybe somebody put him in incorrectly. Maybe they just weren't. For me I don't know, but that's you know, some people are going to tell you. They hate the tape and so to each his own right. What I was doing reviews, though for extensions, the tape ins got the best review and I wanted to do them mainly for YouTube, so I could tell you guys about them. To be honest, I thought they'd be cool for a little bit, so the positives. I got mine more now for a length where the fusions I got more for volume. The difference in that too is a lot cost and placement, and as how much you put in things like that, my Aras ala brand and they're an Australian based company, I will link them below I paid for them with my own money. It'S been now a year. So I apologize, they don't remember how much they were wanted to say. Like 170 ish around there, maybe I bought two boxes so for two boxes in paying that I mean it was a pretty good deal. I don't remember ever I don't. I didn't pay anything like over 200 or anything crazy, like that. The fusions I had were the great lengths by the way. So I the hair, is really nice. I have not gone in to get it cut and kind of blended. I mean they blended it a little bit, but I'm gon na go in maybe a little bit a couple weeks and get a hair cut and kind of trim it up just a little bit. This is how long it goes by the way. So it is pretty long, it did not say the length on them. I want to say this is like 20 to 20 22, it's about as long as my other, the foxy locks, seamless ones. I showed you and the thing with the tapings are. I think I showed you guys in my last video, the foxy like seamless. They look just like that. I don't know me all the shakes. My hair is so dark, but it's just a thin piece of tape and it's a to thin pieces of hair and your hair gets sandwiched. Those two pieces of tape on the tape is like serious glue. These are incredibly secure. I don't feel like they're slipping. I don't feel like they're falling out. It'S also nice because they're like let me just show you one of the foxy locks, because basically it's the exact same thing as the tapings, and I told you guys that before and if you I don't have any of those Islands to show you because they're in My hair, but I showed it in my last video. Basically, it looks like this okay see how this says, but all of my pieces were about like this, like a 1 clipped West. These are exactly like the lengths, the thickness of all of the pieces I had so two of these sandwiched between one pack comes with 20. I bought 2 packs, that's 40. She ended up putting all in my hair because I had them. I was like I might as well use them. I you know I wanted to see how it was. You probably don't need to whole packs. I would buy more than one, but you probably don't need to so. This is what it looks like on one side. Then the other there's no clip it's just the glue and you peel a little piece off. There'S the glue you sandwich another piece same thing and between your hair and there you go. It literally took like half an hour. The fusions took me like two hours. The placement is much different. She placed majority of them down in the back of my head, but I don't have any going here, which is nice because they're like they're thicker than the fusions, you know the fusions are that one tiny skinny keratin band. This is thicker. So what's nice? Is she didn't really have to place them all over? My head, they're mainly like I'll, show you they're mainly like right here here and here there's none back here. So if I want to put my hair up or do braids, you can't really see here's one know if you guys are even build us to see that you see that right here I don't know, but if I want to do um like two pigtail, like those Dutch braids, I can do it and there's none showing back there, which is nice. She did a really good job in the placement. I think that's the most important things in extensions. You want them to become durable. You want them to be thickness all over. I also we did not put a lot on my sides which I actually wanted and we did not put a lot, not you're not supposed to put any on the crown of your head, but we didn't even really put any width near there. I mean they literally start like mid part of my head, which was nice. I have fine hair, I have a lot of hair, but it's fine um. I didn't like the fusions because I had so I felt like I had so many on the sides and even up here not so much at the crown you know but close to it and they were just tugging and pulling so much. Not that these don't, but they feel more, like clip-in extensions than anything else. Okay, it's literally like the first couple days. It was like falling asleep with my extensions and you want to know the crazy thing hold on I'm caught on my extension and, oh, my god, everything's getting crazy whoa. I fell asleep a couple of times before I got the tapings in with these foxy locks ones. Whenever it happens, there was like a little one left in there. Okay, um and I didn't notice it too. The next day I was like, oh, oh, okay, so it's kind of like that. These are so nice, the five selects by the way, because they feel like nothing they're like seamless like they say, that's a lot like the tape ins now did it take some time to get used to what are some? I don't want to say downsides, but it does take time. You got ta, you know be more patient. The drying time is gon na take longer whether you air dry blow dry, whichever it's gon na take longer your hair, it's gon na be heavier, especially in the shower in the pool. I can still put my hair up. It is hard, I'm still learning how to do it when they fall a little bit more because it really close to my scalp right now, they'll fall a little bit as they grow out. It'Ll be easier to put my hair up, but the hair is heavy, so it sags a lot more. So I've been putting my hair just back in a low ponytail every night. When I go to sleep yes, I do put it in a loose braid. I never did that with the fusions, because it didn't really give me any extra length. It just gave me volume, so the braids, like fell out in an hour. Well, I was sleeping where this really does help to put it in a loose braid. Some people say they put it in a bun on top of their head. Whatever is comfortable for you, that's not comfortable for me, so I don't I'm putting it up those really difficult. It is summer. So it is hotter things like that. Maybe if I did this into summer, you know we'd be talking a little bit of a different story. Blow-Drying does not hurt, does not bother me with the fusions. I cried. You know those little tiny, carrots and beets cuz. My hair is so curly. I just don't think it was a good fit because my hair was so fine um. It was more like tucking and snagging and it was so hard to brush through wear this. I literally can go like this brush through my hair. I don't get caught. I don't get snagged on anything um, you know the bristles aren't getting caught in the little fusion keratin bonds. You know the tape is a flat piece of tape. You know the extensions lay flat with a keratin mount. It sticks up a little bit. So it's a little bit different. Sometimes I just like to run a brush through my hair like that to be able to still do that is really nice. Now you might say, hey I doct the character mines. I had none of those problems. That'S awesome that works for you and you stick with what works for you. This is just a different method. I wanted to try. I had a friend a while back that tried like the glue ones. Are they, I think glued it to your scalp? Actually um. You know so there's there's all different kinds. As my point, these don't bother me at all. I is more hair, so you got ta get used to that. I'M always shocking. At first I was kind of just putting up in a bun all the time and just leaving it, but it doesn't really stay in a bun. You can bobby pin in a million times and that's what's kind of different. It likes to be free and down and like amazonian - and I mean this is like beautiful Amazonian hair - let's face it like people from New York aren't just growing their hair. Like this I mean this is somebody else's hair on my head. My dog really wants to go outside, so currently it holds a curl. Well, when I first got them as all extensions come they have like a coating on them, so it makes them harder to blend. It makes them a little um. You know say slimy, but they've got that film on them to protect them in packaging. So I tried to shampoo commission on and I'm like, and why is the film still feeling like it's sitting on the hair? The best thing I did like googled can. I use apples, vinegar on them figured I could and it said actually. Yes, that's the best thing you can do so. I have been washing my hair. I'Ve been using apple, cider, vinegar, red so have apple, cider, vinegar in a bowl half water. I mean I just gauge it. I don't have measuring cups and stuff, and then I just dump it all over my hair. Let it sit for a few hours. Then I'll shampoo twice conditioned. I do use like an organics deep conditioner on my ends, just because this is dead hair. We all know that it's not attached to a scalp, so you got ta, take extra care of it. You'Ll probably have to use a leave-in conditioner. Every time you get out of the shower a split end remedy as well a heat protectant. You know things you're not used to really using on your hair, all the time you're going to put an oil on when you finish, because it's you got ta treat it like kick gloves. I don't know how to explain it because it will kind of look ratty. I guess it won't look its best, so your best friend is Bragg's apple, cider, vinegar. If you have these, and you want to just revamp them or any kind of extensions, I think they it's an amazing formula that totally rejuvenate some in here makes it easy to style and blow dry. It feels great another thing. I had a lot of itching with the fusions a little bit here, not too bad um. You know you are having a little thin piece of tape or object. That'S rubbing into your scalp. Sometimes so I haven't noticed anything crazy. Yes, when you take extensions out, it's always gon na be like oh, my gosh, my hair is so thin. Well, of course you don't have like pounds of hair in there anymore. I mean I before was reading a lot as reviews and said. Oh, my god, my hair was so thin. I lost it all. It'S like no. First of all, your hair hasn't been shedding in eight weeks like it usually has cuz, it's all stuck in the balance. First of all, so a lot more is gon na come on. Second, well, it feels like you've got no hair, because this is so much more it's when we clip in extensions and clip them up. You know we're clipping it in for volume and length, so it is very um. I guess shocking. If you know you're not used to it, I didn't really have that shock value because I kind of was like - and I you know figured it was gon na - feel thinner, less hair. It really didn't freak me out, haven't changed my blow-dryer routine. I still suction my hair. I start at the top of my hair and work my way back so you've seen my blow-dryer routine. If you haven't check it out, but I just basically blow-dry the front of my hair, then I do another section. Then I'll hit the tape ins with the sides and down below, and it's just it just do it. The same way does not bother me to blow-dry my hair to round brush and blow dry. Just take your time work in sections, don't pull it will take longer to dry your hair, one of the really great advice or tips. I got was way. Your hair is almost totally air dry. Okay, because it's gon na get a lot of the moisture out. So you're not gon na be frying it with a blow dryer, because I've made that mistake before you really don't want to do that. We use the cool setting because remember this: isn't gon na grow, cutting your hair, be very careful, go to a professional when you're going to want to cut the extensions layer them. You know make them blend more because you don't want to chop any of your natural hair off and cutting your hair. With these extensions from what I've heard, it can be tricky tricky tricky if you're gon na chop off the length and you're going down here. You know okay, but just just be really careful. A lot of people cut their own hair and things like that and um. You know you don't want to chop off anything so um they're, fine, they don't bother me. I would be happy to do these again. I, like them more my opinion in the fusion I just I really enjoyed them. I'Ve had them in for about 2 or 3 weeks. Now. What else can I tell you um, you know you're just dealing with a lot more hair and you don't realize that you put them in so it's high maintenance. Let'S put it that way. It is a lot more work. What else can I tell you it's hard? I feel like I don't have you guys sitting with me where I can like question and answer you can die um as long as the other remy hair, you can dye it, you can cut it, you can curl it just remember again. You'Ve got to treat it a thousand times nicely normally would in taking them out. I took the fusions out myself. I basically soaked my hair in coconut oil. The bonds loosened me crack the bonds. You can use like one of those little hair tools. If you ever used to put those feathers in when you crunch to the bead, to put your feathers in your hair um, you can hello, you can literally do that with the fusions I did. It was totally with the tape, and so I'm gon na soak them in coconut oil. I also have a remover. You can buy that on the Sala website. We can really google it buy it anywhere and just to remove the tape just to take a little bit longer, because it's glue it's a little different than the fusions and you can the whole idea is you can remove that old tape? They can send you replacement tape, you do have to pay for it and you can use them again. So that's kind of the idea is that they're reusable, which is nice. I think that they're great, if you're gon na get married or you want a big special occasion or just for fun um. These are kind of my go-to. You don't have to get as much thickness as I do. You have to use two boxes. You don't have to, you know, get as much length going. I just wanted to show them to you like basically raw, not cut, not really salad. This is just blow dry. This is third day here. I still wash my hair only twice a week, you're gon na be using a lot more shampoo and conditioner. You know stuff like that. I use sulfate free. I use the pure to work because that's what's in my shower use this in a million times, definitely going to use a deep conditioner and I just use it on the hands here I mean just stuff like that. You know it's just a lot more work. There are so many things girls have to do that guys. Don'T it's crazy. Does it really bother me at night, the first two nights? It was kind of annoying. That kind of was like. Oh, I want to go unclip these and I realize they're in there now. I'M getting more and more used to it. Um you know I haven't know everybody thinks it's my real hair, I'm it's like wow! I didn't realize your hair was so long. Nobody really was like girl. You got your weave in totally fooled them, which is what I like, but yeah. You want it to look. You know natural and everything like that and uh yeah. I feel like Chelsea Houska Hauschka lusco from Teen Mom, except the Rudd. What else I don't know? That'S it, I think, that's it! That'S all I have, if you guys have any questions for me. Definitely leave them below you guys. Can you know, comment on Instagram, I'll, post the brand and everything Instagram and then I'll do a whole write-up on product testing. Videos eventually. So you can go to my website. Give me like a couple days though, and you can read more about them. I'Ll include links and websites, and things like that. I'Ve never tried another brand. I haven't tried there clip-ins, so I don't know anything about that, but I do enjoy their tape and I hairdresser is actually like wow. These are really great quality, thought it turned off and she's used to using the great lengths so to put them in it cost me at my salon, 150 on they charge basically by the hour they've locked out 45 minutes. They only needed like 35 um. You know so that's just to give you a hint if you buy the hair yourself guys at a reputable company, it's gon na be a whole lot, cheaper, you're, just paying for them them to put them in. So remember that to like look for the hair be careful what companies you go to if the hair is 50 dollars and claims through the best here in the world. You know some things are too good to be true. So just keep that in mind, but you have blow-drying is incredibly easy. I use to dry it with the fusions. It hurt. It hurt every time I blue blow-dried. It hurt every time I styled it was so uncomfortable. I wanted to rip my head off hair out head off yeah. I wanted to do all that this. The only thing is like when I'm in the shower it freaks me out is haul heavy, how heavy and long it is so I'll shampoo. It really good, and then, when I put my hair in the shower, I usually just like hold it the little pony's out of my hand. So it's just not weighing down my head and all my hair, I'm just weird like that, but I mean whatever I've been able to blow-dry my hair upside down, which I couldn't really do with the fusions. I felt like. I got a lot matting a little bit more quickly with the fusions that I have with these now granted. This isn't the end they last about eight to nine weeks, depending on the long you take them, take care of them. So I will probably get these out like the first week in August cuz. I just got ta put in you know couple weeks ago so and that's first week and August is really pushing it, but we'll see. So that's that's really it. I don't think I have anything more to say to you guys or to tell you. I'M gon na have another exciting video coming up about Josie Marans, argon illuminizer, that's gon na be next, I'm wearing it today. Oh my gosh. This is such a simple product, but it is, I you guys have got to see this it's. It is literally a miracle worker. I'Ve never gone to Sephora to buy just one product because I tried it from a sample was like I need it. Maybe you've done it before or you're that person's like? Oh, no, that's me all the time I have never found fell in love with a product. So much that I went almost like. I have got to have those hit that subscribe button, so you can continue to see more updates about the tape and extensions I'm going to do another video, basically for you, maybe how I style them, how I feel about them later on and we'll do another video. I promise you on them if you want to hear any more videos about stuff like this. Let me know give me a comment. I'D love to hear from you guys, because then I know what you'd like to see. Yeah, don't forget your trap. Checkout product testing, videos, calm for everything on me, ooh hello. I thought my I thought my think that was weird. I thought my shirt was coming off. It'S gon na give you a free show. Ok, I will see you guys later thanks for watching and have a wonderful day, bye.

Cecelia J. Perez: Don't think I have ever received so many compliments about my hair as when I wore my ZALAs for the first time the other night. Seriously gonna wear these any chance I get. Even a set as long as mine (I got the 26inch) are super thick and silky.

Annabelle Guevara: I've got to say, i was a little skeptical about their 26inch extensions at first as I've tried other brands in the past and found this length always got quite thin/ratty at the ends but not with ZALA extensions. They are honesly so thick and luxurious! So impressed :)

Steffanie Hayden: seriously love how many tutoritals are on youtube! Im a big fan of ZALA Hair extensions, incredible quality for the price. My hair is pretty long, but thin. I just wanted to add a tiny bit of length but mostly fullness. These do the trick perfectly. I have a different style of extensions that were a lot more expensive and honestly are just never good enough. ZALA are consistent and im so over the moon!

Tasia Johnson: I'm so excited for next pay day!!!! im so inspired by this video and am dead set on getting some zala clip ins! THEY'RE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS AFTER!

Marion G. Ring: I researched the whole web before i made my investment into ZALA hair extensions, as usually i spend almost double i was a bit skeptical to see if theyd match the quality! But wow, reasonably priced and great value!

Pleuni Felter: oh WOW This is gorgeous!! I think they’d be great to add some volume and length to my hair! I personally only shop with zala hair, big fan of their ponytails - want to get some clip ins next

Helena O. Hurst: ZALA has the best Ice Queen Platinum Blonde #60 its supper ashy and actually matches my hair and isnt brassy and yellow like other brands - im am the ICE QUEEN <3

Melody Patterson: I had a full head of fusions for a few months....they truly do look and move the most naturally of any kind, but it started getting hot so I had them removed. I lost 3 or 4 along the way, but they never hurt or anything. I am thinking of doing tape ins next.

dvoted4life: wow this is something i never thought about thanks for the information xx

MJ Smith: +Danielle Marie which color is yours? I ordered natural black or darkest brown over the weekend and I can't wait for them to come in! Thanks for the video, very informative! Subscribed

LoraLu: your not supposed to use that type of brush with the keratin bonds. you use a natural bristle brush and they bristles don't get caught in the extensions. I prefer the keratin way better than the tape because the tape pulled my hair so bad. But we all use what we like, right? yours look amazing, by the way!

Jianna Castellano: Do you still use the extensions and would you recommend zala ?

Madison Mullen: have you had any problems with tangling or matting?

Erica: Do they air dry totally straight or slightly wavy? I am considering getting some tape in extensions but I am concerned that, since my hair is naturally wavy, it would be really hard to blend the extensions with my natural hair and therefor they would look really fake. Any info or advice would be great, thanks!!!

Carly Baez: Zala doesn't even carry 22"
