How To Remove Tape Hair Extensions/ Easy And Simple

I'm a Hairdresser and usually wouldn't make a video like this however due to the corona virus i thought this would be helpful.

Hey guys welcome to my extension removal, video. Obviously I wouldn't recommend you usually do this, but due to the circumstances with the coronavirus, we don't when you got a choice. So first things first, this is what you need. Can a paper pen and paper. This is so you can organize your acceptance wing take them out, so you keep the right ones together. The left ones together the top right, the top left and the back you've a tape, extension remover or alcohol. So I've got this tape. Extension remover online from ez locks, and this is a cleansing, spray, alcohol cleansing spray. I got from Sally's a while ago. I know this works by also want to try this, because I think that's not making you yeah bad thing. You need a sectioning clear. One thing you need is a fine-tooth comb. This will just help comb the glue out any excess glue and then some baby oil, because you don't use your expensive oil also might be you a detangling brush right. First of all, I'm just going to section the top by the way which I've just done and then I'm going to section the side out of the way and then I'm going to tie the back back right. So I definitely recommend you start from the bottom and then you work your way up to the top. Otherwise, it's gon na get all messy and you're gon na you start combing your hair and you're gon na end up catching mixed sections underneath so the first thing you need to do is just like peel open the top of the extension. So once you peel that open a little bit, you just want to spray the loads of alcohol inside it, and then it should start to feel like getting looser and it should just the top. It should just peel off for half the underneath still might be stuck a little bit, so you just get some more spray and then just peel that back away from your hair do not force this just if it doesn't feel like it's budging, just spray it more And let it soak leave it for a bit and then peel peel off again a little bit from your natural hair, so keep spraying. Let it soak peel a little bit and then eventually it's just come away easily. You should not have to force it once you've got the two pieces like this. You just put them together like this to know that that's a tear and then you put it to the right size. You put it with your bit of paper that says right. Okay, this goes with this and then you want to just comb out any excess, any excess glue. Don'T panic about hair that's coming out because your hair grows, while the extensions are in your hair and then the hair can't fall out so because it's in the extensions, when you take your extensions out you'll notice, a lot of hair fall, but it is normal and You haven't, you know you haven't lost, hair and you're, not going bald. So don't worry. Okay also, the oil is so that you can put on your hair just stop from being the sticky, and it also help comb through any little sub bits. So has gon na. Be nice and greasy and short once you've finished right, so I'm going to try and show you this again. So this is your extension. You peel away top you spray you're gon na move it inside as best you can and then peel again. It'S just start to open up more, as opens up a little bit more spray again and then gently pull the extension away from your hair peel, the back off. Oh my hands, gon na be lovely and greasy. So the main thing with taking out your extensions really is this need to be patient and just do it slowly, because if you pull the hair or force it, that's when you're gon na damage your hair, and you don't want to do that right. That'S the size and the top knot. Now there are no extensions in here. See ya before I take the back out. I'M just gon na get all other hand hasn't got any extensions in there back into boys. Stop under me and if you've left your extensions at for about six to eight weeks, they should be low enough you'd be able to see where they are. So you need to take out the back so when, as you're taking them out make sure you spray each section afterwards and really come through quite thoroughly with a fine-tooth comb. Otherwise, if there's any left in it's a nightmare to get out, especially if it dries ins or how will you blow-dry it right, so that's it nice and greasy all taken out now, I'm gon na wash my hair about treatment on and I'll blow dryer and show You the result and back I washed my hair, it's not so greasy and then I put a treatment on it and then, while the treatment was on my hair, a comb Viktor again with a fine-tooth comb, rinse the treatment out and then just blast right in when I'M through a little bit, I'm just gon na give it a break now, but let the treatments on my hair and then get them back in once. This is all over.
