Hi guys welcome back to my channel god. It feels so long since i filmed a video like sat down recently. I feel like i've just been filming like vlogs and stuff, but i'm really excited for this video, because i am going to be reviewing some hair extensions. So i've not worn hair extensions, for i don't know how long, probably for seven eight years or something so if you've been watching my channel for a while about two years ago, my hair was really long and thick and i think it was because of just having Like two children, my hair just got in really good condition. It went really long and thick and i still had blonde hair then as well, but recently, the past six months or so. My hair has just been getting shorter and shorter, even with regular trims, and it's just gotten really thin. I know some of you out there probably thinking your hair's not thin or sharp, but to me it feels really finish out like if i was to put like french plaits in it. Just feel like my plaque is like this skinny and i'm just really not used to it. So yeah i've been trying to grow. My hair and i've been taking hairbase vitamins, but obviously they're going to take a while to make any difference to my hair. So then, recently i was contacted by a company called tess hair and they do all sorts of hair extensions and they asked me if i wanted to review any of their extensions. So obviously i said yes, they do clip ins tape, extensions, the halo where it's just like one piece and it's on like a loop string, and that goes like all around your hair. They do that one and they also do a ponytail one, which just seems amazing and so convenient. But i opted for the tape in extensions because i wanted some that could stain my hair so that i have to fact about putting them in and out because, obviously with the children, i don't have a lot of time to get ready. So these are what they've come in, which i think is really nice packaging, so you can either get 50 grams, 100 grams or 200 grams, so i've got the 100 grams, that's what they recommended for my hair. I think it depends on like how thick your natural hair is, because you need it to obviously blend. So obviously it doesn't look like you're wearing extensions, so i'll just get it out. So this is what they come like so they've matched it to my hair color. Even though it does look a bit different to mine - and i think it might blend in nice that i have really a hard hair to match, because i just have loads of different tones in my hair and then this is what the tapes look like. You can get a hair professional to put these in for you, but i'm just going to get my sister, because we dye our own hair and do like our own hair ourselves, so that we're just going to give it a go. And obviously no hair professionals are open at the moment either. So and then it's also come with this little envelope. That has a spare of the tapes i'm guessing, so you can use them again, so you can actually use these up to three times. I think so. You can actually take them out and reapply them, obviously, with your hair growth, because they'll be coming down your hair, so yeah, i think that's amazing, so you can get your money worth so these are the instructions they've came with, so i said, i've never applied any Or had any tape extensions before so this is all new to me as well, so it says how to apply test tape and extensions. It says action your hair by starting at an inch above the bottom of your neck area, i'm guessing! So that's. If you put your hair up, you won't be able to see any of the tapes and you'll also do that, like all around i'm guessing how you apply them is you're. Just sandwiching take the little sticker off and you're sandwiching your hair with two pieces of the extension. So it seems easy enough, but let's see how we get on so they've. The way that it made me feel but later something between us, so we've just finished putting them in, and this is how they look. All i can say is whoa. I think it's because i've not had extensions for so long. I just forgot how much it can transform yeah. So these are the 18 inch. I don't know if i've mentioned that before these are the 18 inch, but i'm um quite petite. I think they look um kind of long on me, but i've never used these taping extensions before, like i said, but the i've had the what they call the micro um. So you have the little ones all around your head and i just hated the way they make my head feel like touching them, but because these are like tapes, it literally feels like i'm wearing no extensions like honestly, it feels like i have no extensions. It doesn't feel like heavy. Let me see if i can try and show you the sides. This is how the side of my head looks. The only thing i would definitely say is just make sure you do not go high on the sides, because you don't want any showing and the same with the back as well. I'M going to curl it now. So i can show you what it looks like styled, because i never have my hair straight like this and with extensions they usually keep the curl for ages. So i'm just gon na try and wash my hair like once a week and yeah i'll. Let you guys know how i get on with them, but yeah honestly. It just feels like like touching my hair now, it feels like there's no extensions in the top there, and now i've made my sister um iceberg, so she's gon na be getting them too see. I'M gon na curl it now. I need to read the instructions, i'm sure it says, don't use over 130 degrees. I don't know what our curls are. Does it say so this is how it looks now i've styled it, so i curl it with these tresemme. I don't even know what barrel you would, i don't think they'd sell these anymore, but it's like that thickness of a barrel, and i had it on at the lowest setting as well. It comes with three settings. I had it on the lowest setting it still curled. Quite well, i'm just gon na see how um long these curls last i'm hoping they last up to a week. I like them to drop out a bit more than this anyway, but i can't believe how impressed i am with these extensions. I think it has just made me fall in love with them again, and i just think your hair makes a huge difference to your appearance and even when your hair's up feel like you still just feel so much better. When you've got like a bit of thickness and length with your hair, so this is how they look. I think it's done a really good match. My hair, i feel like they are a tiny bit darker, but that's because i tone my hair, so i'm gon na see whether i can use purple shampoo on them or not, and it might tone them a bit to make it so it completely matches my hair Color so yeah, i really hope you've enjoyed this review and tess hair if you're watching.
