Hey YouTube: welcome back to my channel today, I'm gon na be doing an extension review, hair extension review. So, as you can see, this is my natural hair. Underneath it's, these really short pieces that you can see falling through, and the extensions are everything else you can see, because I have really long hair now, thanks to extensions. So today, I'm gon na be doing a pros and cons, extensions and you'll, see which side. So I'm going to start with pros first, because I think that I guess going through the pros is a little bit better to do than going the streets, the bad stuff, so Crone number one is that they look absolutely fabulous. As you can see, my hair is no longer like this. It is now alright everybody. So this is my cat Zuzu, so anyways, let's keep on going. So I have about 60 of the tape ins and my hair, and it is a lot, but it came out really well, since my hair is really thick before you could probably still see. Let me move, you can probably still see a lot of my natural hair. Still showing through, but that's because my hair was so thick before and then another thing that I struggle with, that is also kind of icon. Not really so I'm not even gon na count it as one, but if your hair is really thin at the top here. I think there's not that much hair and thickness there, and I mean like talking specifically at the root. Then you will see the extensions going through the hair at the very top which you can see online. So pro number two is that they are not too uncomfortable. If you put them in right, so if you put them in too close to the scalp, then they might have a lot of tugging and you might feel it really a lot on your natural hair. It'S just pulling on it and it might hurt a little bit, especially if you don't put enough hair between the two sandwiches. That is something that I experienced the third time I put in my teeth: hair extensions. They were the red ones. I put right here. They looked absolutely beautiful, blended even better than these, but I had to take them out because I didn't put enough hair between the sandwiches and it was tugging a lot and hurting, but this time with this hair, I think that I put the perfect amount between the Sandwiches and now I can literally like tug on this, and it feels like my natural hair that was really hard too. I should have done that Pro number 3 is that they are a lot cheaper than long hair, extensions or real hair extensions, since these ones are from Amazon, they are not the best quality they're, not high. They are pretty much the low of the lows for hair extensions. Not really I actually wish would be, but Amazon is like the high end low of hair extensions, if that makes sense, so real hair extensions was from like glam stainless or I can't even think of any others, even though I've definitely looked at them, but they are Over probably, they range from five hundred to eight hundred dollars just for a full head, and these ones that I got were about about two hundred and ten dollars for a full head, and I put them in myself so that cuts all these along expenses. So it's pretty much I'd, say five hundred dollars cheaper, at least, but if you get them off glam seamless, I would definitely recommend doing that as well. Since these loans are from Amazon, you know they are definitely real. Hair. I'Ve ready dyed them a lot of times. I just saw in this video right here I'll put the card up there somewhere, but I've already dyed them to blend a lot better with my dark black hair, so they dye really well, but the thing that I've noticed is after I dyed them. I get it. I'Ve gained a lot of split ends, but anyways there is a lot of the split ends all through the hair, so I would recommend cutting it at least once a week, just a centimeter or two just to get rid of all the split ends, and I won't Really do anything to that like so prone. Number four is that you can go from short to long or really thin hair to really full hair. So what I did was both. I have really been flat hair, as you can see on the top, but it's probably cuz it's dirty as hell don't tell anyone, but so you can really change your entire look with just a little few piece in here and there you can add, highlights color more Fullness, if you have really thin hair and don't really want a lot of length of, I went ones both as you can see, because I didn't have either so I added both to my hair, and that is exactly what I got and I absolutely loved the look. The Pro number five - and I already said this Pro, but you can dye it and bleach it to your heart's desires, as you can see in this picture right here. That'S what the hair looks like before I dyed it yeah it looked horrific, but I really fixed it up and I'm glad that I fixed it because that would have been a waste of my money. So you can use any kind of color that you want permanent. Any colors on my permanent color, I feel like they would all work since it is natural hair. So you can do anything that you want to it. You can even curl it and style it so yeah. So it's pro number six or I would do sign language number. Six. If you don't know sign language, you goes one two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight nine ten, just a fun fact Pro number six is that you can blend the extensions with thick hair. This is something that a lot of girls probably wouldn't do, but they don't put in extensions because they can thud, they want to really blend well or they've, already tried and it didn't blend well, as you can see with my hair, it doesn't blend that well, but Uther'S tricks to this, as you can see, you can see my hair underneath all the time, but there's tricks you can always bring the hair to the front and you can see there's no hair in the back now and move these twisting inward or outward I mean Twist it just so that the hair stays and it doesn't fling forward with it, you just want to get that into the hair and really blend those two together. So my ends were very thick because they were so damaged. So that's why you can probably still see a lot of my natural hair, not from the sides. Obviously, but from the back. You can probably see a lot of my natural hair because my hair is so damaged that it's just it just fluffs at the bottom and goes outward because all the split ends and deadness is just flying everywhere and my hair was this was my natural hair? No, it's not so. This is my natural hair right here and I just recently cut it to like here. So it's grown about two inches, I would say um, but I'm definitely not gon na cut it again, because I need it to grow and so way too short. But that is why I got extensions, which is Pro number seven. So Pro number seven is that you can let your natural hair grow and I guess rejuvenate itself get all its follicles and stuff back since you aren't washing your hair as often so. This is probably a pro and a con I'll, also put it in the context. In since it's also a column, but you have to wash your hair a lot less often than you did before. This does wonders for your natural hair, since all those oils can really stay inside that hair and really get inside my cuticle. So the last Pro, which is Pro number eight eight so pro number eight, is that installation is very easy. I would say you just need a mirror to mirror. If you know how to ears behind you one the front one behind you works, then that's all you need really, because you just need to know which direction you're going in other than that you just get the right amount of hair make sure everything else is out Of the way put it in the right areas and put it far away from the scalp and that's all you have to do sounds kind of difficult, but I would say it's pretty easy. The only column about this now we're doing in the cons. The only con about this is that about the installation. Is that it's a very time-consuming. You need a lot of patience in time because you just need to make sure you get it in the right areas and you take your time making sure that all the areas that you need it to be in you have hair there take care. So con number two would be that it's very kind of hard to maintain during the night. So if you plant your hair in a ponytail, it's going to matte and tangle move their nard to untangle in the morning, and you will experience breakage and probably a lot of split ends if you're getting Amazon. Hair extension remember this video is just for Amazon. So when you go to sleep, you always have to make sure you put your extensions in a bun just to secure them away from all that tossing and turning that you do in your sleep as well as putting your hair in a bun, you can also put Your hair into braids, that's what I like to do because then you wake up and you take them out and they're all curly and really nice. My curls are already gone as you can see, but I put my hair into two braids some nights, and sometimes four braids, so con number three is that it isn't very difficult to wash so when you wash it, you have to make sure to get in between The extensions, so let me show you mine, sorry about my dirty ass. I know it's dirty. I'M gon na clean it right after this video. What I would do is put my two fears like this with shampoo on them and just go between them and go. In fact, that is how I wash them and I'll just put a little clip right here. While I talk about this next part, but you have to make sure that you get in between each of those little extensions. So you get all the oils away from the tape, because the tape can invest up your extensions and cause it to actually get removed from your hair, since the oils do kind of go against the tape and it does make it less sticky. So con number four is that they can be a little bit difficult to brush. Sometimes so, if you just woke up in the morning and you your hair in a braid, it probably won't be that hard to brush, since you just brushed it before. So my hair right now, I probably brushed it before the video started and I was looking a little crazy again I'll just show you guys what it's like to brush it and I'll keep you sound okay! So now I just brushed it. It looks a little bit better, all fluffy and stuff, so as you can see, it's a little bit difficult to brush even after about 10 minutes or so, but imagine not brushing your hair for about two hours, which is what I usually do. Even though two hours is still not that much time, but I do brush my hair pretty often just cuz, the extensions do kind of get clumped together. I guess, but that's all the time, I'll even put a picture right here like if your hair doesn't look like that on a normal basis, without brushing it then you're in some magic, sorcery, magic, they're, all so hard to brush, because you have to make sure that You get away from where they're actually put in. So what, since the time that you put your extensions in your hair, you cannot brush your hair from the root. That'S one thing you cannot do you always have to brush your hair. I'D say from here down even on the back. You know those extensions underneath there and I like to brush here down just to get the ends of the hair, get all the knotting away, just to make sure that it looks a lot better and blends a lot better. The con number five is about removal, so I've already removed my hair extension as many times cuz. I had red ones, like I said before, they're a little bit difficult to remove, especially if you don't have a mover made for hair extensions. That'S something I don't have, but I remove mine with conditioner and my fingers, and when I watched the videos of salons removing these hair extensions with the product, they do. The exact same thing you put the product on the tape in between the tape. If you can on the size of the tape, and then you gently remove it with your finger I'll put a little video right here with me doing that, but, as you can see, it does a lot of tugging on my hair, no matter what? Because that tape is very strong because it's meant to stay in your hair for super long, six to eight weeks approximately and that can range from one and a half to two months. So I already said that I'd be coming back to this con in the con section, and now here we are so this con is that you can't wash it as often as your natural hair. This is because all that oil between the tapes and get removed it can make the tape remove itself from the other tape, and then it will fall out. You don't want that, especially if you just put them in so make sure that you only wash your hair I'd say if you have to wait three days between washing your hair, because if you wash it every two days, it might just get too dry and not Hair, if you really lose its, I guess fragility. That'S a word. It can lose its durability, its elasticity to lose everything. So my hair, I washed probably every three days I should probably go longer because most people recommend only washing it once a week. That is crazy. I cannot wash my hair once a week. It'S been about three days since I last washed, my hair, and this is what my hair looks like. It is greasy from here all the way to about here, yeah everybody we are on the last con. This is the calm that you all should remember if you are going to be getting tape and hair extensions. This is con number six I'll craft myself with some text. If it's not con number six, so con number six is that you will lose hair, no matter what you will lose. I have seen how salons take off hair extensions. Not like I raced a lot, I would say, but I've watched a lot of videos on hair extensions before I got them, and I see the way that people remove them on YouTube. No matter what I see hair loss, you remove the tape from the hair. You will have hair loss. This is mainly because you lose about a hundred strands of hair per day. Do women have that tape with those hair strands in between them stuck to them you're going to lose that hair still, the hair is gon na, be stuck on. The tape so no matter what, if you take the extensions out, you will see hair loss so may not because you put them in and crack clear took them out and practically it may just be, because that is the natural way that hair grows, and I guess Removes itself from your body, that was a really weird way of saying it, but you get what I mean and thank you guys for watching. I hope that you all enjoy this video, give this video big thumbs up and subscribe down below or if you also click that link right here in the right-hand corner and I'll see y'all lovers in the next one. Bye
