Hey guys, it's aji, so for today's video i'm going to show you guys how i transformed from this type of hair to this type of hair. So what i'm wearing right now are hair extensions tape and hair extensions from full shine. They did send these hair extensions to me in exchange for a video, but i also did it because i wanted to try it out. I'Ve never really tried out anything um like crazy with my hair, but um. I'Ve never tried putting on any hair extensions, especially tape and ones um. I did try a few clip in hair extensions, but they're not 100 human hair like this one so fall shine, is actually a company that you can find on amazon. They have lots of discounts and they sell a lot of variety of hair extensions on their shop. Like i said they have deep in hair extensions like these ones um. They also have lip in hair extensions. They have halfway. They have halo, hair extensions, so yeah. You can really find different types of hair extensions on their shop and they also have it in different kinds of lengths as well as color. I got mine um in the 20 inch type with the number 60 platinum blonde. Color. Obviously, my hair is not platinum blonde, but i really wanted to have like a highlighted effect like this one, like i wanted to add some variety, some spice to my hair color, also before we start this video. I just want to make a very, very quick disclaimer that i am not a professional. This is my first time trying on hair extensions. I definitely did not apply it like a professional, so if that's what you're looking for, maybe click out of this video yeah. If you want to see the very chaotic journey of me, trying to put on hair extensions and trying to look nice before the holidays, then just keep watching hey guys. So you must be wondering aji. Why is your hair like that? I'M sorry for the mess that you can see. My room is very messy right now. It'S currently final season, but anyway i just received the deep in hair extensions from full shine. I believe this is the 20 inch set, and this is 50 grams um just to clarify. I have not tried to do anything with my hair aside from dye and cut it. So i've never tried tape and hair extensions like this before so we will have to see how beginner friendly these are. I watched a couple of tutorials on youtube i'll try to do them on myself, while also filming at the same time. So, let's just get this together. I think it's better if you have like those alligator pins, but i don't have them right now so but yeah and also you're, going to need a rat tail comb. Anything with something like this to help straighten out your hair. So i already kind of parted my hair, to what i think would be the first level um. I really don't know how to do this, but i'll turn around. So you guys can see okay, so yeah. My hair is now parted and this um bundle or hair extensions. These hair extensions are 100 human hair. You can dye them a darker color if you want to um, and you can also like straighten them curl them to. However, you want um. I personally uh chose this color because i really like how this kind of blonde looks like on my brown hair. I'M going to try and do this the best i can. Okay, i'm doing this at home without any professional help. So i'll start off by peeling. This kind of like sticker and then carefully placing it on the edge of my hair, so i'll just try to fold it down and then see where the part is and then put this hair extension. As close to my hairline as i possibly can. I think that's pretty secure now like what we did before i'm going to go ahead and feel this kind of like sticker again just parting, my hair, as fast as i can so that's the first layer and then from what i heard you have to pull these Up pull up the hair extensions and make sure that it's this is where your comb like this will come in handy. So you just kind of like try to push down any hair that tries to stick and then i'll. Take another tape, extension remove the sticker and then press it under the hair extensions kind of like sandwich the hair trying to have a feel for it trying to look at the mirror yay. I think i did it okay, so that's the first one time to move on to the middle hair extension. That'S the first layer done. I know it looks messy, but we're going to try and fix it. Okay, so i just heated up my flat iron. It looks messy it's absolutely not my best, but this is my first time so like please go easy on me anyway. I saw that if you clip them together using a hot iron that they will last longer, i want them to stay on that long. I just want to straighten out so that they look fine so that they blend together better. This is the first part i kind of fixed the way i sectioned my hair. I think i want to go up a bit high until here so yeah, and i'm doing it right here, so you you guys, and i can clearly see how it looks like so um to avoid um making it like visible, i'm going to maybe place the extension Right here, just so people wouldn't be able to like clearly see when i raise my hair, whatever hair is pressed against the extension, you also have to lift it up because, like i said, that's the hair, that's going to get sandwiched and that's the hair. That'S going to make the extensions stay in place, so i just pinned it up right there. Now, i'm going to take another raft place it right where the sticker is on this hairdo. Can i just say that these they've been hair extensions that are so soft and they're so comfortable? Do my hair feels thicker and heavier, so i think they did a great job at that um. I feel like this would have worked if my hair wasn't in like three different colors to make them fit. I guess i'll try to like cut them. I know people do that like they cut their weft just so, it would like blend with their hair better. So i'll just cut mine in half and so i'll stick both of these together, like a highlighting strand, i guess um, so i'm making the decision to put most of the hair extensions towards the front of my face again i'll just cut them in the middle. I'M not showing it to you guys anymore, because i know it looks messy. I don't want to get judged for not knowing how to put in highlights, because i really don't know. I'M still not sure how i feel about this. But you know what the top part of my head is still not let down so maybe it'll change the way. This whole thing looks so i'll, let my hair down, and hopefully hopefully it looks better. I made the wrong decision of adding them too much in the center. I probably could have spread the layers out, but you know i still have two wefts left, so i'm going to try and put a bit more on these on this side of my head. Just so the extensions can like pull through. You know. My hair now looks like it's highlighted. I think i think it looks pretty so let me just freshen up the way. I look because i'm kind of shiny right now and i'll be back to give you guys. My final thoughts about the full shine, hair extensions, hey guys, so i'm back and my hair looks thicker better um. I definitely could have done a better job at applying these tape and hair extensions. But considering that i'm just a beginner - and this is my first time trying it on um i'd - say it was a success - i mean my hair looks good um. The blend is kind of even i mean there are like very big chunky parts that i can see and i did intend for the hair extensions to look like they're kind of like highlights or like baby lights on my hair, because i really like that look. So i can even push my hair back like this and you won't see the the wefts of it. My hair definitely looks a lot brighter now and when i move it kind of like to the side, there's a lot more variety, a lot more shyness and don't get me started on how it feels like it absolutely does not feel i don't feel like. I have anything on my hair, i mean i know i have extensions on. I can kind of feel the wefts, but when i run my fingers through it, it's like very soft. I can definitely tell that this is 100 human hair um and, like i said in the beginning, when i showed you guys, this is made with 100 human hair um. This has no synthetic fibers in it in the box. They even show you how to take care of human hair extensions like how to moisturize how to wash it how to dry it. I kind of forgot to mention, but this comes with your order. These are extra tapes or extra glue for the tape and hair extensions. So you can absolutely 100 reuse these. I think i could straighten them out a bit more, but for the most part, what do you guys think i mean i think it looks good yeah i mean what do you guys? Think i really like it. It looks like pretty natural, i think the blend is good. The wefts are very, very high quality like they don't airport easily, and the tape that they use is actually like. Pretty strong, like you, don't really even need these hair extensions because they really cling on to the hair. I don't think i mentioned this before, but you can curl this as well, like you can style your hair to whatever kind you want like you can straighten it. You can curl, it just make sure to read the box, so you know how how much heat your specific hair extension can hold just to be safe. I iron mine around the 250 fahrenheit range. Just so i don't accidentally burn it off, because high heat can burn off even real hair, so yeah, my hair looks better like if i do say so myself my hair looks thicker. I now have pops of like highlight or like platinum blonde on my hair, like i'm, not even gon na lie. I don't really know how to rate items like these, because i don't like i said in the intro. I don't really play around with hair extensions. That often i know i have the synthetic um clip in ones but they're very, very different, with tape in hair extensions, especially when it comes to comfort and looks like this one looks like i had highlights dyed on my hair, like they. They don't look fake, like it looks shiny, but not overly shiny, where it looks fake. It has a very nice natural sheen to it and it like when i pull my hair in a clump like this. The hair extension does not stand out. It does not like um clump away from my natural hair, which happens often with synthetic extensions yeah. This is my hair right now. I believe these can last for a very long time, depending on how you take care of them like how often you wash your hair. It also depends on how oily your hair gets so i'll definitely try to like maintain my for as long as i can. Hopefully, i can get um this type of hair through the holidays, because i really think that it's a it's such a fun color like. I definitely thought of like having like going to a salon and actually dyeing my hair, and that's one thing that i can applaud for shine. Hair for, like the hair extensions are very straightforward. They come with instructions. It will help if you watch youtube videos, though, but they're very, very nice, very high quality but yeah if you're looking for hair extensions, if you want to add a little bit more spice to your hair without, like you know, going and having the commitment of actually Dyeing your hair hair extensions, like these ones, are super nice to have considering that they're 100 human hair - it's already a steal, so i highly highly recommend that you go and check out full shine, hair. I will be putting their link in my bio. Don'T worry! It'S not an affiliate link, i don't earn from it whatsoever. I just really like their products. I was very intimidated while trying this out, but it seems that i don't really have anything to worry about, because, if they're not really good for a beginner for someone who has not done this ever, i think it turned out great so yeah. That'S it for this video.
