Halo Style Hair Extensions From Amazon - Win Or Fail?

Holy moly - Oh Jambo, everybody, okay, so um we're all friends here right, so I have been working on growing my hair out. That'S pretty long! At this point, I think, with somewhere around a foot maybe or ten inches, something like that and I've had a fair amount of growth, but I'm getting impatient, and so I asked on instagram if you guys thought it would be weird. If I were to curb my impatience and get a hallo style, hair extensions from Amazon, just to you know, while my hair is growing out to have a little bit of extra length in my hair, so the vast majority of you guys said: go for it. It'S not weird, so I ordered hair extensions from Amazon. They just arrived like prime one-day shipping. It was amazing um. The brand is called full shine. I will link it below if you guys are interested in getting hair extensions for yourself um. The thing I don't know why I'm like freaking out they set the hair extensions in a hairnet, which I thought that was very fitting and you basically, this is what it looks like it's a hundred percent human hair. So I just want to know where they get the human hair from that crater. This is kind of freaking me out a little bit. I have donated hair myself before it wasn't this much of it. It was, I think, probably nine inches or ten inches or something um. So anyway, here's what we got. I, like I'm, holding up a fish, here's my catch of the day, um it does have a fishing line and you somehow attach it to your head and so we're in this together. You and me so, let's try it. So it has these little like pieces here that I'm pretty sure you just slide off or cut off or something I'm gon na cut them and there's like little clips that some people seem like they, like others, seem like they don't like the clips. I don't know, apparently it's so it attaches to your heads, it's well and then these it's kind of like on almost like a bra, strap kind of clip where you can adjust it depending on your size of hit. How big is your head and from what I understand after you wash the hair, it tends to lay a little bit better, so I have no idea. Okay, so first I need to figure out if this is going to fit my head. So okay is it. Can I think, that's too small, I don't know exactly how it like goes. I think I need to move the little thingy a bit. This came with zero instructions, so I'm just going by memory on what I remember watching on YouTube. So I think you're supposed to just section off the top of your hair like this and like clip it out of the way I don't have a clip, so I'm gon na have to use a hair tie. Okay, you would think it would come with instructions, but it didn't so that seems strange. Okay, there we go all right, so I feel like I'm putting a cape on right now, all right there we go. So I have my thing here. I don't know and there's like oh little snaps. Maybe I should get a tutorial okay, oh my god. It'S so long! Yes, okay, I feel like I need like a mirror or something or like something better than this, to like figure out how this all happens. Um supposedly you're supposed to like just get some hair out here and then it's supposed to blend in that's right. Oh my goodness, I I don't. I don't know if this is right. I don't think this is. This is so long I feel like. I need a mirror holy moly, oh okay, so I'm gon na put the mirror down here, so I can see what's happening so somehow, I'm supposed to cover this like wire thing with my actual hair like this is not, I feel like. I need a headband or I'm like wearing a headband or something I don't know you're supposed to take one of those little like stick comb things and like stick it in here and then blend things together, but I don't have wear those. So this is what we're dealing with and I can't tell if you can see it or not. You like a look ridiculous. Okay, I'm gon na curl, my hair. Now this is just my own hair. First of all, so I'm just gon na wrap it around a little bit. I had already curled it some, but I'm gon na just do a little more so that it sort of blends ooh. I think I have extensions in this one. Oh yes, I do. I think I need a bigger want to be able to do this. Oh, my goodness. Does it look right? Maybe I'm kind of feeling like it's looking a little mullet like right now? Is it looking like a mullet? I don't know. I kind of feel like. I need to take like another inch off the bottom, but I'm gon na maybe try to do smaller, curls of the pieces here and just see if I can get it to curl a little bit. I don't know if this person, whose hair I have on my head, if they have a hair that holds a curl or not. I know my hair holds a curl, but okay, so I'll try to get my own hair in with us and see. If I can blend in a little, maybe I don't know how long I'm actually trying to grow my hair out too, but I don't think it's gon na be this long, because this is really long, so it'll be less than 18 inches. That'S what I'm I'm gathering here. Maybe my goal is like 15. I might be able to do that. I don't know, but I am shocked at how well the color blends with my current hair color. So that's plus holy cow. If you ever wanted to be a mermaid, this is how to do it. Okay, honest opinion. Do you like it? Should I try again, I feel like. I should trim off a little bit of the end here. Just a little bit. I mean it's very soft and I from what I understand is after you wash it it kind of like takes the I don't know whatever treatment they had. That makes it super soft kind of out so that it can better fill in with your own hair. I think I just need to curl a little bit better, but what do you think I don't know?
