Hey you guys welcome back to Chris Beauty. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Christina. Some of you call me Chris others Tina whatever you prefer girl. That is fine with me in today's video. We'Re gon na be doing something a little bit different, we're gon na be doing some hair related tea. So, while back I came across these Amazon hair extensions, they were creating quite a buzz. I actually came across these and one of BuzzFeed articles, which I will post right here. They are supposedly the best time Tyler hair clips ever and I decided that in today's video I will go ahead and give it a try myself. So I went ahead and purchased these $ 10 reach your hair extension clips and I'm gon na go ahead and put them to the test. It has a ton of reviews on Amazon and people are just raving about them. So I want to figure out what the T is really about so before we get started if you're not already subscribed to Kris Beauty, go ahead and click that red subscribe button and turn on your bow notifications and let's get started. Alright, you guys so I went ahead and I just did my hair last night, so I washed it a little try blow drying in flat ironed it. I just went over again with my flat iron and I wanted to get it nice and pretty much straight so that way, I can truly test these hair exceptions. I'M gon na go ahead and show you these extensions, so I went ahead and purchased these Amazon hair extensions, and this is what they come in. They come in this really cute little net and I personally purchase the shade medium warm brown, because my hair was recently dyed brown, but it sort of faded into like this reddish brown and I'm just just right off the bat. This is like pretty damn close to my hair color and I'm so excited cuz. That'S one of the hardest things for getting hair extensions, trying to match your shade and you have to do the dyeing and it becomes a whole process. So just right off the bat. This looks like it'll, be a great match for my own hair. I purchased that 18 inch. These extensions go from 14 inches to 20 inches, so you can get. You can get a 16 and 18 or 20. Now my hair is a medium length, along with dyeing it a few months back. I also cut it. You know I gave it a nice trim if I need to trim these I'll go ahead and trim these as well. Now, this here is not real human hair. It is made of matte synthetic hair fiber, so it does feel a little bit um. You know a little bit on the cheap side, but it actually does feel really really nice. This hair is also heat friendly, so you can use your flat iron or your curling iron from 250 degrees to 275 degrees, so anything above that will probably sense this hair right off. So I have my flat iron going for 250 degrees right now, and it says in the description you can also watch this with mild shampoo, so I'm just really excited to try this. It looks really nice and bouncy and long and shiny. I obviously took this out the packaging when I first received it. I'M just now unraveling that - and I just realized that it is one piece now again this was ten dollars, so I'm not really surprised, but I'm guessing that you can trim it. If you want to make it like two pieces and separated, I kind of want to see how it looks like just worn by itself now, I do have really curly thick, coarse hair. I'M not really sure how this one piece would do for me, but I'm gon na go ahead and try it anyways and just going to the rest of the contents in the packaging and also came with this came with this small water bottle. It also came with this purple packaging. Now this packaging is in Chinese. I believe so. I believe this is supposed to go on your. It is supposed to go like on your head. I'M not sure I wouldn't be using this to be honest with you, and then it comes on instructions. It also comes with these extra little clips that you can sew on, which is really cool, and it comes with a needle in there as well, and then it comes with this hair tie. So I just want to go to the instructions really quickly. I want to see what it is about, so right on the front. It does say we need your support, review with photos, it's a small business apparently, and then it gives you full instructions on how to apply into your hair. It does say that texturizing it would help me to give it a little bit of a way curl. So that way it could blend more seamlessly and then to pick up the very top of your hair open the five clips clip it on. You know judge it up and you're good to go. It also gives you a couple of tips on just how to maintain how to wear it, curly how to wear it in a ponytail and just how to style it with a flatiron. So I think this is really really really useful, so I'll definitely be keeping this for further guidance. I'M excited, I know it's one piece, but you know what we're gon na make it work. I actually I'm just I'm obsessed with the color match. I think it's really really really close, so I'm gon na go ahead and just follow the instructions see how that takes me and if not we're gon na trim it up and we're gon na style it up as best as we can. So, according to the girl in the pictures she kind of like separates it from here and then she begins like texturizing it you know waving it up. So I do have my Flatiron on I'm gon na go ahead and pin this up. So I kind of went half way. This part of my hair is more of like the not the thinner side, but I was at the top of my hair is more thicker, so I don't think this would need too much help. So I'm gon na focus here on the bottom. I am taking my ceramic turbo line red Flatiron. I don't know how long ago I got this. It was a long time ago if I could find it on Amazon. I am gon na lean directly down below in the description box to go ahead and check that out, and I will also be linking these hair extensions down below as well. Now I usually go all the way up to 4:30 right now. I have a set at 250 because I might want to use it on the hair extensions and I don't want it to be too hot and cinch it away. But I am gon na put this up all the way, because my hair is not gon na even hold with 250 degrees, so I put it up all the way to 4:30 just for now and I'll, let it cool down and go back down to 250. Okay. So I just gave my hair a little bit of a wave at this point. The next step is just to apply now I have one extensions before and I have applied them myself. I'Ve had them professionally done, so I do know that there needs to be a little bit of a tease right at the roots in order for it to really stick. So I think that's exactly what I want to do. I'M gon na take this home, no ma'am. No ma'am, no ma'am, no ma'am yeah, I'm not gon na be able to use this. I mean it's just very like these little bristles um they're, like moving like a lot, so I don't know how I would I guess I can use it, but it seems like it would be pretty difficult to tease with so I'm actually gon na. Take my own home, I don't like that cool at all all right, so I'm taking my own comb and I'm just gon na begin to tease I'm not gon na taste too much, because I just did my hair all right. So I went ahead and I tease just the slightest just right off the bat like just keeping this lean around it's already getting tangled. So again, this is one piece I kind of want to see how it would work by itself. You'Re gon na go ahead and unclip these, and I'm taking these very ends this right in the middle I'm. So it's right on the roof. This is how it's looking when I bring it to the front it's looking very Rapunzel II, very like long. My Poppa should have opted with the 14 inch or the 16 inch, but you know what we're gon na make her work. That'S what we do so I'm gon na go ahead and bring down the rest of my hair and I'm gon na have to shoot it up all right. So clearly, this is not blended in exactly how we need it to so. I'M gon na go ahead and just curl this up, my flat iron is still at four hundred and thirty degrees. I'M gon na give this a nice wave all right. So this is how it's looking so far after really texturizing it and, like you know, playing it up, it's kind of looking a little chuchi like I'm feeling the vibes and Steffan looking nice. I think that you know you kind of just have to play with it. Give a little volume give it a little love. It does feel a little bit. Um rough, you know, especially oh, like you definitely have a hard time putting your fingers just FYI yeah. So there's not really many instructions about um trying to comb it out like it's. Not the worst to get your fingers to it and it's definitely like not shedding. So it's like it's not so bad. You know, I think it's actually blending really really really well, but yeah. I think it's looking overall really really really nice. I do want to test it out this weekend and sort of um see how holds, but it does feel really really strong. I do recommend that you tease your hair before you kind of go in with just clipping it, because I think it really does help it gives like a strong, steady hold. Overall, I think the color match is like bomb calm now this does come in multiple colors. I believe it's blonde black red, I believe so I'll just go ahead and link it down below, so you can go ahead and see for yourself and probably purchase if you want to, but I think that these are bomb they're $ 10. I honestly thought that I would have to go ahead and purchase like two pieces, but it's honestly bomb like this, like I'm, really surprised at how good its lucky and how good is feeling. I think that is super long. I probably would trim it and like play it up a little bit to like fit my length a little better, but I'm honestly really satisfied with this. I think these 10 bad extensions are a freaking banger. I think that they're amazing, I'm gon na go ahead and recommend it to you.
