Hi guys i look a mess. My hair is greasy, it's so greasy. We are going to remove my hair extensions. I don't want to have sure i actually have tapes which you can see here and then i also have a weave so for the weave i'm gon na have to have help to get this out because it's really difficult to do. But i can do the tapes myself so for the tapes. What you need is this, which is literally just nail polish remover in a spray bottle, and then you need a comb with this end, tail rat tooth comb, i don't know and then for the weave. You need these pliers, which are hair extension pliers, and you also need this comb again. I just need to explain a few bits before we do this. If you can see, there's like white stuff all in the tape, that's actually the glue and also either shampoo or conditioner. That'S got stuck in it, which is really bad well, because these have grown out so much. I found it so difficult to not get product on these when you have our extensions just supposed to try and avoid getting product on the extensions but they're so outgrown that it was hard not to, but i'm gon na go and film some tick tocks before i Do this and then i will be back with you guys to take out the tapes i'm so nervous, also after i've done this, i'm gon na dye, my roots, but i'll probably do that off camera and then show you the results tomorrow. I will see you in a bit all right guys before we start i'm actually on live on tick, tock right now, at the same time, so i'm just gon na quickly tell you what to do, because i'm gon na have music playing in the background. While we're live but this bit where the tape is basically gon na separate that and then spray the nail volume remover in there leave it for a few minutes and then it will peel and then we just pull it off lightly. And then we comb through it with the rat tail comb. So that's basically what we're going to do. I'M going to time lapse it because i'm on live, i'm really nervous. I'Ve gone off live for the minute because it was stressing me out trying to do both, but right now i'm just brushing the glue out of my hair. So what i'm gon na do is pull it open. You can like see inside the hair and then i'm going to spray nail varnish remover into it, so it loosens the glue and then i'm just going to leave it for a minute and then, when you've, let it sit, you just pull it. I should have taken my nail varnish off to do this, but oh well, then, if it's still not loosening enough, you can just spray it again, and then you have one side of the extension and you need to get this bit off. I'M just going to spray. It a little bit just to loosen it a tad there's that one and then you just do the same thing and just comb that glue out so guys. I have the fronts out. I'Ve actually put a loom band in the top and then i've just plaited it and put another loom band in it. I also removed the glue because i remember last time i didn't know if you were supposed to do that and i kept the glue on when i took them to get refitted and i had to take all the glue off. So i've done that ready for when i go back and now i'm gon na get some help to do the weave, but this is the top of my hair. I know it doesn't look great okay, my hair is not great, but it is so much better than it was this time. Last year, when i was looking into getting extensions, my hair was so damaged from bleach, and now it does look a lot better. Although i know it probably doesn't look a lot better to some people, so the plan is to take out the weave and then i will dye the roots. I'M not going to do that on camera, though, because that's going to be so much effort and then i will do a final reveal for you guys in the morning, i'm so nervous. Ah, okay right, i'm going to go and get some help to do this bit and then i'll try and set up the camera as best i can so you can see what we're doing here is the first layer out. So now we need to take out all the beads and brush through all of that guys we're just about to do my roots, but i just wanted to show you how much hair came out this much. I know it looks crazy, but it's totally normal. Your hair sheds and i've had these in for like two and a half almost three months, so that's two hours three months worth of shedding. So it's not too bad. I'M going to dye my roots now and i will see you guys in the morning. Oh, i feel naked guys. Are you ready for the reveal? Oh i'm so nervous at this moment in time, tik tok and instagram have already seen it. So this is the first time you guys are gon na see it and ah well, probably by the time you see this video you've probably already seen it, but let's just let's just do the reveal. What do you guys think i love it. I don't think i'm gon na have the extensions put back in for a while, because i'm literally obsessed, i used my revlon thing to do like the 90s wave. Everything that i don't know what it's called the volume thing, that's trending at the minute and i'm obsessed with it. I love it. I'M also going to put some before and afters of my hair, because, honestly, having hair extensions changed my life, it changed my confidence. It also helped me to grow my hair, and one of the things that my hairdresser told me when i got extensions was how important it was to look after the extensions when they're in your hair and then your hair will grow and they won't damage your hair And i feel like i'm proof of that. Obviously i will put the before and afters throughout this, but let's just take this photo. For example, right you can literally see how damaged my hair was before the extensions and what my hair looks like now, after taking them out, i did give myself a little trim last night, but i took the tiniest bits of hair off everywhere. It wasn't even like a proper trim, but i just took a little bit off. You can literally see the difference in my hair having extensions and it's obviously one of the best things i've ever done. I might leave them out for a little bit because i can always have them pop back in whenever i want, but i'm enjoying the short hair life. So i think i'm going to leave them out for a while, it's kind of cute - i i do say so myself, all right. I'M going to end this video here and obsess over the fact. I really like my new hair, but i hope you guys like this video i haven't edited yet i don't know if some of the removal process footage is a mess. Hopefully it's not. Hopefully it's good enough for you guys to watch it and yeah. Let me know what you think about my hair in the comments and until next time i will see you guys soon. Peace,
