Curly Extensions? - 3B-3C Kinky Curly Tape Ins | Betterlength

Hey y'all welcome back to my channel, i'm janae mickles in case you're new, so in today's video i'll be showing you guys, these tape ins from better length - and i have worked with them before and i love their hair. So these tape ins are 3b 3c 20 inches, and this is my client's hair blown out, as you guys can see, she does still have a little bit of brown at her ends. It will still blend well, so applying tape ends are really easy. There are two different ways to do them. The first way you can lay your hair on top of the tape and then just put another tape in over top or the second way, which is the easiest, is just lay the tape straight on the hair flip. It up and then apply a second tape on the back. I do go back and forth on my clients, but you can do whatever is comfortable for you. So all you're doing is sandwiching your hair in between there and you can add pressure to it by using your finger or you can use pliers which you guys will see me use. Also, when you apply the tape ends, you want to make sure you leave enough room, so they can either flip it up or down. You don't want to tape it too close to their scalp, because you don't want to cause any breakage or pulling, and i love these better length tape ends, because the tape in part is actually really small compared to other tape in brands. So it's easier to conceal. So i wanted to add guys: please do not use a flat iron on the tape ends. You don't need to do that. You don't need heat to make them. Stick just use your pliers or use your fingers so right here, i'm just showing you guys her hair up in a ponytail and you can't see any of the tape ends. So before applying her tape ends, i did give her a wash and a steam treatment and i blow dried her out. You want to make sure the hair is completely dry and then at the end you can spray your hair down and get your curls back. So when you have tape ends in you want to avoid all oils and any product that has alcohol in it, because that will remove the tape ends or not make them last.
