Hi guys this video is how to care for hair extensions. Now, as you know, I've done so many different videos on hair extensions on how to install them and also different reviews on hair extensions. I'Ve also been wearing them permanently for about two years now. I'Ve had micro, loop micro ring, which I'm wearing at the moment, taping hair extensions and also nano ring hair extensions. So I felt like, because I've been using these for quite a long time. I do have a really good idea on products that are really good for keeping them really nice and smooth keeping them in top condition, and also they do last a very long time when I do use these products. My last hair extensions are had in weather. Nano ring hair extensions and they lasted me about four months, and then I had to take them out of my hair, and I didn't really want to take them out at four months I just had to because they were just making my hair so I'll feel a Bit more heavy, I never feel like. I did need a little bit of a break, but the hair was still really good to use and was still silky smooth and really good quality as well, and that was even after four months, and this was using these products and doing all of the tips I'm Going to tell you now in this video, so all of these products are in this video, our products. I use myself for my hair extensions. They'Ve made them last really long, they've kept them really nice and smooth and also they're, pretty affordable as well. There'S none that are really expensive. The majority of them, I believe, are available worldwide and because they're not very expensive and because they are available worldwide and they're. Not that expensive, I feel like you guys, would be able to have more of a chance of using these. If you did want to try them out so the first thing I'm going to talk about is when you wash your hair extensions, so make sure that when you do wash the hair extensions, you do wait at least three days after they've been installed, and this is Your so they can get used to your hair and just to make sure that they are stuck in your hair. Otherwise, if you wash your hair the day after then, the majority of them can slip out, and it's not very good when you've just had to pay all this money for them. We'Ve had to just pay for the hair and it's taking you about four hours, trechie and store them in your hair, for them to just fall out and have to redo them again. So I get asked a lot about shampoo and I have to say that the shampoo to use make sure that it doesn't have any sulfates in it. Make sure that it's completely 100 % sulfate free. And this is because the sulfate does tend to make the hair extensions fall out. A lot quicker a lot easier and you don't really want that after you've paid so much for them, and it's just really annoying when you have to keep reinstalling, though the shampoo that I use - and I have been using for about two years now - is the boots. Botanics intensely hydrating shampoo, and this is to moisturize and strengthen for normal or dry hair, and this is when I use and it's available in Boots in the UK. I believe it's available in Target in the US as well and at the moment of think it does. Retail for only $ 2.99 and the majority of time it's on offer for two for 5 pounds in Boots as well. So it's not expensive. It smells so good as well, and you do have to make sure that you get one for normal to dry hair and that's only because of what you're gon na strip all of the conditioning out of the hair extensions and then they're, just gon na end. Up being a little bit, ratty and I've used this for about two years and it smells really good and it makes my hair feel so. Nice move, and just I really like it, and it just smells really good on the hair and my hair smells really good. After I've used it as well, so I definitely recommend trying this out like I said I have been using it for two years and it really works for me and it's not expensive at all, and then after I wash my hair once a week. I do use a hair mask and you don't have to have any specific hair mask or I don't use any specific one or not. I'M using at the moment is the argan oil hydrating hair masque with Moroccan argan oil extract, which is an intensive conditioning treatment. So this is one I use, and this does only retail for 99p or a pound depending on where you get it and it just. I feel like it's good, because it has an intensive conditioning treatment in it. You have to make sure that it does say intense conditioning, so it's only because you have to make sure that you get one that just makes it feel so nice and it doesn't dry the hair out Eva. So at the moment I'm using this - I don't know if I'd recommend it, it does seem to be doing its job. It'S absolutely amazing, but just make sure that you get one that says intense conditioning and when you do use this, and also with the conditioner and also leaving conditioners, you have to make sure that you don't put it on and use the beads or any of the Tape from your hair extensions was, it can make it just slide out a lot easier and then there'd be just no point in using a sulfate free, shampoo cos. It'S just basically going to slide down your hair even more and then also with conditioners. You can just use any brand of conditioner. I normally use her bel essence because it just makes my hair feel so. Nice just make sure that it says Eva colored, hair or for dry hair on it, and it does make your hair feel really good and smooth and it doesn't dry out Eva and then every time I wash my hair after I've done the conditioner. I also use a deep treatment and the one that I've been using for over a year now is the Aussie 3 minute miracle color mate, deep treatment, and this, I believe, is available worldwide. I have seen this in the US as well. It smells so good. It keeps my hair really nice and smooth, and it just it's so good. I will never be washing my hair without this product anymore. It'S just it makes it feels so good. You do leave this on for between 3 and 5 minutes and you get the best feel to your hair. It'S not expensive either. I just always keep repurchasing this and I have so many of them in my wardrobe and I don't feel like I'm gon na run out of this for a very long time, yeah and then after I wash my hair, I do put some more products on it. After that, as well and the first product that I always put on is the Tresemme platinum strength, stay soft, leaving serum. What I do is I just tell dry my hair. I put a few pumps in my hand of this, and it just works really. Well, I just put it through all of my hair, and this does make my hair feel a lot better. It'S not as dry as it was before. I really do like this, and I don't ever get out of the shower and dry my hair without putting this on my hair first and then. This other product is one of my Holy Grail products, and I always put this on my hair after I put the serum on, and this is the Lee Stafford blow dry, your hair, faster spray and I've talked so much about this product. I just love it. Basically, you brush your hair through and then you pop this on. It also has a heat protectant in it. So you don't need to bother about putting heat protection on if you're blow-drying, your hair, you just spray all over your hair brush it through, and it literally cuts down the drying time by at least half it's so good. If you have hair extensions or if you have thick hair because, as you guys would know, if you do have hair extensions, it takes a long time to actually dry your hair with having them in, because it's just so much more hair. And it just just takes such a long time and it just gets quite boring really if you're trying to dry your hair. So I basically spray the Sun and then wait till it's almost dry and then after it's nearly dry. I do use my hair drive just to make sure that it's all finished off. You have to make sure that before you go to bed, you don't go to bed with any wet hair because it can just tangle up and then it can look really horrible. And you just have to make sure that it's a hundred percent dry or just a little bit damp if you're putting some products on before you go to bed and this product is quite expensive. It retails for about 8 pounds, and I have a few of these and I really love doing. I don't feel like when I have hair extensions in I'm ever not going to use this product. It'S just really good and I've gone through about four of these, and I really do like it. And even if you don't have hair extensions and if you just have thick hair, definitely try this out and it will cut down your drying time by at least half and then after I use the blow dryer hair fastest right. I do sometimes use the least effort. I hate my hair the day, it's washed spray and this does work really good. It'S a solution, spray and, if you guys have fluffy hair look all you do and especially if your hair's a lot shorter than your hair extensions are my top layers about here. So this is how long my top layers are and then my hair extensions it all the way down there. It does tend to go but fly away, and it just sometimes gets really noisy. So, just friends all over my hair and then brush it through as well, and this just smells good and it does Matt my hair look a lot less fluffy as well. So it's really good if you do have fluffy hair I'd definitely recommend this, and I don't know how much is for house, for, I believe it's about six pounds and you can get it in Boots and I think you can get it in superdrug as well and Another product that I used to use all the time, but now I've run out of it and I can't find it anywhere in the UK is the Aussie hair insurance split ends protector and I've got this in America and it's a little pump bottle and I feel, Like it's really good to have the pump on it, but I have absolutely none of this left, I'm basically keeping the little pump container until I manage to find enough one or if I can find it online, but I looked you can't find it anywhere and this Smells really good and it really does work on my split ends. I used to use my blow-drying sprite and then I just used to do two pumps in my hand and then used to rub my hands together and put it on the ends of my hair. And then I used to blow-dry my hair and it used to work really well, especially when I was on holiday in America as well with the heat it would just make. My hair go a lot more dry and then go more humid and this really works on my split ends, and I use this all the time in America and I just really love it so much and I just want to try and go to find it. So if you guys know exactly where I can purchase this in the UK or being sent to the UK than I would really love it, 100 % - and I will love you forever and before I go to bed. I always make sure that I put a few products on my hair, not all. On the same day, I do use different products and I only use one on my hair. Whenever I go to bed, I normally put my hair down the middle and put either one braid or two braids in my hair and before I do that, I would dampen down my hair a little bit and I do put one of these products in each time. That I go to bed the first one I use is Moroccan argan oil, and this works really well, if you put it on the ends of your hair, make sure you don't put a lot on your hair because it is gon na make it look really greasy New hair is basically you're. Just gon na stick together, so just make sure that you dampen your hair a little bit and then put two squirts ah's in your hand, for a bit together and put it all over the ends of your hair, and it works really. Well, the one I use at the moment is the Avon advanced techniques, free 16, nourishment Moroccan argan oil and I've been using this for probably about 3 years now, and it just works really well and it's really affordable as well. But like I said you can get any Moroccan oil or any argan oil and it will do the same job and then another product that I use before I go to bed is the Aussie luscious long, leave-in conditioner and this stuff smells so good. You can get this in the US as well as the UK. It'S pretty cheap as well. It smells like bubblegum and I'll just basically spray this all over my hair. I don't spray it on the buns of my hair, because otherwise it can slip out, like I said, with a conditioner I'll, just put this all over my hair and brush it through, and it works really well, and it just makes my hair feel really nice and Soft after I've used it, I don't get a really nice smell to my hair as well, and I can feel a lot of a difference when I do use this there's so many different ones that you can get just make sure that you do get that ozzie. One because it works the best, and it's really good - and this one also has Australian eucalyptus and avocado oil, and this is really good for making your hair really nice and lustrous and making sure that it's not all dry and frazzled. And I also have some products for when I go abroad on my holidays and, like I said before, when I went to Florida in February, my hair was getting very dry because of how humid it was, and also because the weather was just so hot and it Was just drying up my hair, I needed to put a lot more moisture in it, and the first thing I got was a color protection mist and it's also a heat protector as well from the heat in America, and it just made my hair feel a lot Better and the one I used is the Marc Hill color protection mist, which is this. I don't believe it's very expensive. You can buy it from the majority of drugstores here in the UK and it just say it spray evenly on damp hair before styling and on dry hair in the Sun for ultimate holiday protection. So you can use this on damp hair after you've washed your hair, but I was using this after I starred my hair. Basically, I just spread this all over my dry hair and then I brushed it through, and this just worked wonders on my hair, especially in the heat and especially because I color my hair as well. So it was a great heat defense and also it was a great color protector as well, and there's also this product that I took to America with me as well, and if you guys have really flyweight, hair and quite freely hair, you will know that it's really Annoying to go to a hot country and then for your hair to just go frizzy and horrible, and this Rundlett that I took with me is the Lee Stafford poker straight dehumidifier, and this worked wonders on my hair. I literally just sprayed it all over my hair before I started Stirling my hair and also when I got out of the shower. I put this all over my hair, and this worked absolutely amazingly. My hair wasn't flyaway, it wasn't frizzy and it just it stayed nice and straight for the rest of the day, which i think is really good for this product. I believe it retails for about 5 or 6 pounds again. You can get this in Boots and it does work wonders so definitely try both of these products out if you are going abroad to a very hot country or you do live in a hot country and you've got Indian hair extensions. These do work absolutely amazingly and they are such great products to take with you to a hot country. They will save your hair, so the last products I'm going to talk about are for styling, your hair and, as you girls do know, a hair does get very oily, sometimes, and if you climb above to wash it like, I do. I normally leave my hair for about five days without washing it. That'S how disgusting I am. I do always use a dry shampoo when my hair starts to get really oily and then we're not I've been using at the moment is the batiste dry shampoo for strength. Shyne - and this is great for tired and dull hair, and it does condition your hair as well as being the dry shampoo, so it doesn't make it feel really horrible and dry like the normal dry shampoos. If you use them. This is good for every hair color. As well and because I have dark hair, it is very hard to find dry shampoo that doesn't make my hair look really white. I normally get the deep and dark dry shampoo, but this one wasn't offer so I thought that would purchase this one and normal dry. Shampoo is when they come out, they're very, very white, and they do look like talc when you spray them on your head, this one, it's quite white, but it's not as white as the other ones. It just needs a little bit of white residue and it's a lot easier for you to be able to rub it in with your hands. So I definitely recommend this. This says it has l9, which is perfect to use between washes on hair. That feels tired and dull, so this does give you some conditioning treatments in your hair as well as keeping it from being really oily. So I definitely suggest that you try this out, especially if you have hair extensions or especially, if you have dry hair. This is really good and then also if you have dry hair at the ends, make sure that you try out the Bertie's dry conditioner, which is smoothing conditioning mist and it has argan oil in it as well. So all you do you do what you would normally do with the dry shampoo, but you don't put it on your roots. You put it on the ends of your hair, so you could do it on all of these ends. Okay and then spray it on. In your hair and then get your fingers like this just to make sure that it's all rubbed in and it does feel so good - do not rub this on your roots, because I made the same mistake a few weeks ago. I thought this was dry shampoo and I put it in my roots and basically my roots were getting really oily and I was getting crazy because I was like. Why is this doing this? This is a dry shampoo. You should be making it really nice and dry and you just kept making it really oily. I looked at the container and it said a smoothing conditioning mist, so it was a dry conditioner which is not what I thought it was so make sure that you don't put this on your roots. Put it on the ends of your hair, and this does work wonders. I know I say this about every single product, but this is so good, especially when you don't have enough time to put extra conditioners in your hair or put extra serums in your hair or to wash your hair. This is really good and I definitely recommend that you give this a try. So I always get asked quite a lot of the time about heat defense pros you have to use a specific heat. Different spray heat defense break is just going to make sure that your hair is defended from the heat. So if you curl your hair, if you straighten your hair, it doesn't matter which one that you're going to use, because it's not going to ruin your hair as much as it would do. If you didn't have a heat defense spray on, but the one that I've been using for quite a long time that my mom also uses is the Tresemme heat French spray, and it's this one, it's nothing special! It'S a heat, defense price, Mel's good! It doesn't make my hair stick together. It'S just I've just been using this for quite a few years. My mum's been using this for about five years and it does its job and it works really good as well, and I believe that you can also get this worldwide, not just in the UK and the last products I'm going to talk about is hair serums. Now I use quite a load of different hair somes. I don't use one specific hair serum. If it's on offer, I will buy it so don't normally mind which ceramide get, but I have to say that the one that I'm using at the moment is really good, and it's really amazing. My mum honesty has been using this for over ten years. My mother has very frizzy hair, so she has to try and get a serum that makes her hair just feel really good and not go like a frisbee, and she using this - and I have been using this for the past about six months and it's the John Frieda Frizz Ease with heat protection hair sown, so this already has heat protectant in it and it smells good. It lasts a very, very long time, but when I'm using at the moment has asked me at least six months and it's and even one of these, so that it has heat protection in it as well. It'S good, especially if you're going to a hot country or you do live in a hot country. You won't need to worry so much about your hair. Definitely do a heat protectant on your hair anyway, but you're getting extra heat protection from this. So normally, what I do is I IVA strain, my hair or I curl my hair, and then I put two pumps of the serum in my hands: rub them together and put them all over the ends of my hair. Don'T put it in your fringe, don't put it on the roots in your hair, put it just on the ends of your hair and it works. Amazingly, my mom's hair is no longer frizzy. My mom's hair just looks really good and my hair, just you can't normally tell I'm wearing hair extensions when I use this serum because it just makes everything just glide together and it looks really good, there's one more product that I have to show you, and this Is for a hair brush for hair extensions, the one I use is the tangle teezer, and I've been using this for quite a few. This is so good for your hair extensions yeah, some long bristles on it, and then it has short bristles, and these are plastic. Bristles so don't ruin your hair and because they're different lamps, they can easily go from your hair. They don't knock your hair. They are not your hair without even hurting. This just makes your hair feel it's so good and smooth and it unnatural hair. So well I mean I've uses for about two years now and a month after I started using it, I did actually loser. I couldn't find anywhere and I just had to use a normal hair brush and I used to paddle brush and it really hurt my head. It was ripping out my hair, it hurt my hair extensions. I could feel my hair extensions getting really like pulling out of my hair and it really hurt - and this is just so good - I love it and it detangles your hair without it hurting. I do believe that it's a really good investment. You can get loads of different ones and I believe that they retail for between nine pounds and about fifteen pounds depending on which ones you'd get. But one that I have is the travel one and it's the gold one. You can get these in a UK and you can also get these in the US. I don't know if you can get them in other countries, but I know that you can get them in those two different countries and they do work amazingly. So definitely make sure that you purchase one of these if you are getting any type of hair extension and it will make sure that it doesn't pull out your hair and it will make sure that they just stay in really well. So these are all of my hair care products that I use for my hair when I have hair extensions in and they do work amazingly. For me, every single product works really good. I love these products. I have been using some of these products for about two years and they do work so good. For me, I definitely recommend every single product that I've showed you so that you did enjoy this video and it was really helpful for you and definitely try out some of these products if you really want to because they do work wonders for my hair and they Do make my hair last a very long time make sure that you check back next week and I will be doing a question and answer video for hair extensions. If you have any questions, just comment down below and I'll answer them individual and I'm also going to be answering some questions from previous videos that people have asked some frequently asked questions just so you guys can see an answer for them and you don't have to Keep flicking down at the comment section just to see if your questions been answered, make sure that you give this video a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel and we'll see you in my next video guys, bye,

Im looking for a new product that will keep it from drying and matting up. the cold weather we are having is the worst thing happening to my hair right now :(

Charlotte: Hey! I like your video :) I've made once pretty similar about how to make your hair grow faster. I'm happy I've found your channel! ^^

Na Talie: Have you noticed damage with tape ins? I wear them now for two years, because I have such thin hair. I’ve been told that this is the only method makes it invisible for my Typ of hair, but honestly I really wonder every single time when I take them out how much hair I’m losing. It is said that this would only be the hair that would have fallen out anyway during the time you wear them. But it is sooo much. Since I saw your video on the Nano rings I couldn’t stop thinking of whether I’m trying them out. Well I’m going to try it. What are your experiences with tapes and nano rings in compare? Would you rather recommend the nano rings? I also don’t like that I’m so restricted when it comes to hairstyles with the tapes. I’m asking you because you mentioned, that you became a professional on hair extensions - so I really would like to know what you think about tape ins... thank you so much!! I love your videos!!

Patricia Allen: Are you gonna be putting in the micro links anytime soon? Also how bad does the hair shed? I just put micro rings in for the 1st time and this hair sheds really bad. Thanks for the videos!

Laura Jayne: If I use dry shampoo do I need to stay away from the nano rings/bonds and just do top of head and crown? My hair gets greasy super fast especially around the bonds and back of my head - which makes the extensions really visible if I tie my hair up. X

Jo seph: this color suits you so much better than that yellow blond! very pretty :)

Ailsa Livingstone: I got these extensions about 3 weeks ago and have just had a couple come out. what I'm wondering is should they still have the top "loop" part attached when they come out? the black bead bit is still there. will my hairdresser be able to put them back in like this? I'm worried I've messed them up already :(
