Hi everyone and welcome back to the channel teddy is under there killing a teddy bear, but i just got a package in. I literally just scared myself. Oh my god, llc was so close right here on the screen. I thought somebody was in my house. I thought a man was in my house. Girl anyway got my package and i got some tape in extensions. I have done clip-ins, i've done, that's it clip it and i want to show you my clip-ins are technically the size of my hair. So let me show you so these are my clip-ins. I'Ve had these for years. I don't even know what hair this was. It was some hair that i reused, but this hair has lasted me year after year after year. I want to say this is like a 18 or less measure and let's see how long this is no okay, so this was 20 inches. This was 20 inch, hair right 20 inches. But when i put my clip ins in they blend in with my hair, so i didn't get any length all i got was thickness. I actually made this myself. It looked kind of janky look at that. I literally sew the hair onto the little clips here and you can get these from like the beauty supply store anywhere. We should definitely kind of do an unboxing, so it is from aliexpress. I was on tick tock and i saw this. Video is done. Yucky tape, in extensions with me, for the first time on time for hair, we were going for a supernatural voluminous look look at that. I saw this and i was like oh, this is not this is nice hold on. I saw that video and i saw how versatile the the um tape ends were, like you can put your tape ends up in a ponytail. You can wash them. So, of course, i got on youtube watching a ton of installation videos. I even went to a bunch of local beauty supply stores trying to see if they sold it in any of the areas nobody sold it. I got 60 pieces and i got the kinky kinky straight we're not focusing kinky straight. So let's take this out and i also got it in 22: inches, let's open it up and see what it's like. So on the uh reviews, people were like. You should probably get 80 pieces because that would make the hair look. Fuller y'all already got a ton of hair. I just wanted a little bit of length and maybe just a little bit more thickness, so it is in this little neck cap - and this is this reminds me of when i was about 10, getting dukey braids and if you don't know what dookie braids are, they Call them jumbo braids now, but in the hood we call them dookie braids, it's pretty soft, oh my god and i wanted to get something kind of similar to the texture of my hair when it's in its natural state. It literally comes in pieces like this. So apparently they send you um replacement tape like you can reuse those, and they also sent me some little hair ties. I actually needed some of these. I was thinking about layering, my hair, because my hair is so long. You guys can see. I kind of wanted to get some layers here. I don't know i just want to try something different with my hair. It'S all starting to be one length stay tuned for these. You guys all right, you guys, so i am starting with this clear, all textures and tone color from my local beauty supply store. This is the only hair color i use. I love the conditioner in this and i'm using 1b silken black again. I can't express how beautiful this hair is. It'S so so so so soft, if my camera can focus uh, nice, full bundles here and we're about to get started with the color. So i'm going in with this color just like i would on my natural hair, i'm just working it all in i'm trying to get the hair as saturated as i possibly can. I hate that you can't see because my the camera's just really focusing on my arm, but i'm just using a comb to work everything in getting the color um just trying to get it on every strand of hair. I possibly can and just really really working that color through these pieces. All right, i have colored all of the hair. I am going to let it sit for roughly 20 to 25 minutes and i will wash and condition alrighty just in case anyone was wondering i do use the exact same products on my pieces that i use on my hair, the treasure tresemme, moisture, surge, shampoo and Conditioner now i am going to let it air dry until it's completely dry, see you guys in a second alrighty you guys, i am back with the review for the tape ends. I really hope i have actual hairstyles watching this video, because maybe you can explain to me what i did wrong. I do have them installed. I maybe have about four rows in um. I did them myself. I could not film how i did them because girl that was a housewife i actually had to have justin help me with the first two rows, but it was a little tricky only because - and this is where i think i did them wrong - did not read any Instructions that said that you could not get the hair wet. You couldn't color it. None of that. So i assumed that if i decided to like pre-wash them or color them, it would be fine, so i did actually color them like you saw in the video um, and so i went. I went in to initially actually have one here when i went in i'll. Show you it has a sticky strip there, but if you that strip isn't really, it doesn't hold very well, especially when you just use this by itself and when i went in to actually try and comb the um the extensions with my hair. They just slid right out. I don't know if i if it was like that because i had them wet before, but i'm so glad that they came with sorry teddy's been chewing on this. It came with the replacement tape because these wouldn't elastic in my hair. Without this i don't know if you're automatically supposed to go in with the tape or you're just supposed to use this. I don't know this. Hair didn't come with instructions and the video that i watched, i will link it here. This is the video that i watched to basically coach myself into putting these in. She did an amazing job. I didn't do everything that she did, because she, as you can see she parted the hair. She took the piece of hair and she put a um a tape in on the bottom and the top. I didn't do that. I just put it on the top, but it's fairly easy to do honestly. If you have like good quality like tape, i love the quality of the hair, like this hair. Look at this it just it blends in so well with my hair. Look at that so well, and i didn't want it to look like too too too full. So that's why i added just about four three or four rows. I don't know how this is going to hold up when i wash it. I just have a feeling that it's literally going to just come all out on my instagram asked me if i went ahead and installed them on clean hair. My hair was totally clean and ready for install, so i wanted to share on here exactly how i installed one of these. So i took about this much of my hair. I actually went ahead and parted the section that i wanted to use, not even that much of my hair parted it out. Let'S put this over i'm going to go ahead and add, as you guys know, you can't use this by itself. It will totally slip out. I peeled it off of there and i'm putting it on here like this not doing a very good job, but i put on the blue piece like that and i'm going to peel the blue piece off and leave the sticky piece on, and so all i did. I hope you guys can see this took it and placed it right where the part is and just press down now. Somebody said somebody asked if i sealed them with flat irons. I i didn't know. That was a thing of course. Before i installed this, i actually flat ironed it, but i am going to flat iron it here, so you guys can see how it blends with my hair. So, oh they love it when i turn up the bass uh, so i got it pretty much blended in with my hair, just like that. So overall i do like the look of the tape ends. These look very natural if you want to just add a little more volume and length to your hair, they're, very, very, very tricky. I would suggest, probably if it's your first time getting them installed a professional, because professionals know the do's and don'ts to this stuff. Do like that, it is a different alternative to maybe clip-ins or u-parts or sew-ins, because they are seamless, but you can't even tell that i have them if i decided to put an up style in my hair, they lay really really flat. Clip-Ins clip-ins could never do that. So i'm a fan, i think i i would just have to experiment more and tweak it a little more try different brands of tape ends because i'm pretty sure the quality of the actual tape is different. Everywhere you go so um. I think i explained everything in this video. I will try to answer any questions that you guys have just leave it in the comment section i'll see you in my next video bye,

Lola Sky: There's no way any videos wouldn't have shown that you have to sandwich the pieces together. Flat iron to seal helps too. I hope they worked when you tried again. They look effing stunning

SimplyElyak: They didn’t “stick” because you are meant to use 2 pieces, with your own hair sandwiched in between them. So one on top and one on the bottom.

MellJustSimple: I love how it blends with your hair really well. If I didn't have dreads I would have definitely give this a try.. It turned out beautiful Tasha. ❤

REiRA RaYa: Even tho it wasn’t done correctly, sis!!! You still slayed this with a few single pieces & blessed with amazing hair I still love the outcome

Jacqui: They definitely look good. Looks pretty easy, I’ll try my luck trying myself cause the cost of the installs babyyyy lol tuh

Ms. Asha : Amazing hair! It came out so nice.

simone griffith: lovely install , how did this hair hold up? I'm thinking of purchasing

21Awele: You’re meant to sandwich your hair between two tapes for it to last

Childress Giles: Your natural hair is so pretty. I understand you did it for volume. Looks great

Kyla Hayes: I can't believe she watched so many videos and still did it wrong

Danni Connor: Soooo l just found you today and l ABSOLUTELY love your vibe, your energy and of course that hair honey

Kyla Hayes: Make sure u don't get the tape wet until you install it

S Pressley: You definitely need to sandwich your hair between the pieces. Hope you try it again because it looks gorgeous in you!!

AllThatShines: They look so good!!

Annette McNeal: Love it!!

Black Stallion Trucking llc. #Primeinc: That's why they didn't stick you are supposed to sandwich them that's why when u wash them they are going to come out

Maxx Millii: Okay you’re supposed to sandwich your hair between the two track not one sided love lol cute though that’s how they adhere and stay put between washes

Shania Yindai: How long was the shipping ?

Baybee Banks: Your hands have natural oils which prevent the glue on the tape from sticking

ColorJunkieTay: hey girl your section is way too big and the reason they not staying is because they have to be seal to each other. Love the look thoooo amazing hair ordering now

Lupe Pena: Awesome !

J Nevé: I hear some tapes are not as strong as others. However you definitely aren’t supposed to wet the tape prior to install. You also made your slices to thick. It needs to be thin paper thin. Even thinner than paper actually.

TheKD3329:

Jessica Ortega: So if the tapein comes with tape already it's not a good idea to wash it or color cause the tape would loose force so you would need to replace those tapes it came with

Ahlaya Reed: BABY ITS GIVINGGG

Black Stallion Trucking llc. #Primeinc: You did them all wrong

Kesha Miro: Lol
