Hello, everyone welcome to today's video today we're gon na be doing a haircut makeover on Miss sera. What we're working with here. She is like really long hair. It'S been growing out for a while, and what I want to do is actually I want to cut it. A lot of it not all of it, but a lot of it off to really open up her face. So when I'm teaching people about hair, what you got to know is that your eyes will always follow a line. So right now, if you're looking at her your eyes get pulled way down here. So what I want to do is kind of bring it up to about this level. She has some nice beautiful texture that will lightly layer, but not a ton. The reason why I want to do a ton is, I really want to create that look of fullness. I'M gon na give her a blunter perimeter and then really I want to. I want you kind of want to open up her face a little bit more as well, also head on over to Naveen comm, to check out all of our products, you're gon na love them all. They have the strength to style, thick hair and they are invisible enough that they can style fine hair. If you want to enter to win some free products, we do a monthly product giveaway. You can enter at www.viki, calm and trio. Okay. So what we're gon na do today is I'm actually gon na switch her part to today. She came in with it extremely offset. Why I like to move it slightly more sumpter for her. It'S because she has a finer hair texture. It falls and blows a little bit more easily with the wind so having it a little bit more in the center is really gon na help it to open up her face and have it to sit where it's supposed to sit so we're gon na put it Down the center because she likes to flip it, and this way it's gon na be equal lengths on either side. So what we're gon na do. First, just pick the length of the bottom and you're open to whatever, like as long as we get tied up yeah and with people that have a finer textured by finer texture. I just made her hair strands are really skinny. So when you're gon na look at it, you can look in the camera with their flyaways. You can't even see them because they're so skinny, so I like to keep the hair in longer or shorter, because that's gon na help to create fullness. You even look from here when I take this part off. Look how much fuller that looks so I'm gon na take that up. I'M also gon na keep the layering to a minimum again to create more fullness. I'M gon na cut it so when you're cutting here in natural fall, what you want to do is comb everything straight down like this and then hold it just with your comb. That way, you can ensure there's even tension throughout then when you're cutting fingers like this. We'Re gon na cut on the out stroke. You can you turn your head to right so to cut her sides, I'm gon na turn her head completely to the right to cut her right. I'M gon na turn her head completely to the left to cut her left and the reason is: is that's gon na ensure that the perimeter is all the same length? If I don't turn her head, the front will end up being longer because it has to go over top of the shoulder now if she was someone that wasn't gon na wear her natural texture very much or never work curly. I would actually probably just leave her here as one length like this you'd look for it. You see how much Florida, but because she does wear her natural texture. I mean they're just a little bit so that her texture has room to mold around and played horn pearl and then with her density of here. What I'm gon na do is I'm only gon na layer from the OL bone and up and that way, you're keeping enough as a perimeter for it to look full everything between the O bone and the parietal. I'M gon na pull straight out from her head and then I'm gon na continue to do that. All the way up to create a rounded effect. This will layer it but keep the layers nice and soft. The other thing I'm gon na do with your hair is: I want to maintain hair again. So what I'm gon na do is I'm gon na over trucked every section all the way back towards the subject? That'S gon na maintain as much length as possible coming in through here and on the sides and with any person women, especially, we all want our hair to look really full, especially around our face and again I'm over directing all the way to the center. Not the previous section to the back Center, and so you can see here, there's almost nothing to cut again almost nothing to cut now for the side. What I'm gon na do again, you can see the densities different here as well rates, a lot of us. It just naturally gets finer and thinner throughout the front, so what I'm gon na do with her is I'm gon na take a section from just behind the ear. As my guide, you can see where the layers are right. There I'm gon na take everything except the very front part of her hair and pull it back to just behind the ears and that'll, be my guide for her layers again, there's not a ton to cut it's just those long. These pieces isn't friend and now why I leave the front pieces out, is you really want to be able to carve them and again, if you look here on her and on anybody, it's so fine and through here, if you pull it up, there's a really good Chance that you're gon na end up cutting way too much out and they end up with these holes that they don't like, and you see that all the time with girls that have it or people that have their hairs. Layered there's this big hole right here. So when you keep it down, you can layer it. If you need to or touch it up. However, you will best suit their space shape at the very end. So now I'm going to do the other side again here, you're, going to see that I'm over directing everything to the center you and then again, I'm coming out that very front piece leaving all that stuff out and then I'm going to pull all of this stuff Back to just above her 100 year now to cross-check you're, just gon na grab the top section a little bit from each side, and you can see that they match perfectly so now we can blow-dry, I'm going to style the cut the front part at the very End today, I'm going to be styling. Your hair, with fix fix, is the best product that you can spring into someone's hair. That has a finer density. It gives a lot of body with very little grit or anything feeling in your hair. So you just want to lightly miss it all over and then some protect. Of course now you can blow-dry. This is what it looks like straight now, we're just gon na add a little bit of curl and actually when they're hair. If you look at it, it sits really nicely like, I might add, a little bit of texture just to break up the edges, but not really so the keys to point cutting is you want the shears to go in exactly parallel to the hair strand, so you're, Not taking out any chunks, I'm just gon na do this along the perimeter here just to soften the edges, without removing too much of the bulk, because I want to keep a lot of the weight in her haircut. So now, when you look at the front, it just pulls your eye all the way down here. What I want to do is I want to cut it up to about like here, so to slide cut. You want to make sure that you're opening and closing your shears all the way along, so that you're not tearing out any hair strands. You can do this in the direction that you want the hair to fall. So if you want the hair to fall forward, do this in a forward direction before I curl it there now, I'm gon na use smooth smooth is the best for defining curls. You really just want to break it out in your hand, you move is also really great for flyaways. You can put it right onto people's well, that's it here. It is. The big reveal all done. We keep sitting watch your feet, please. So that's it! For today's video, I hope you enjoyed it. If you have any questions or comments about how to do this, cut, leave them down below. We will get back to you also subscribe to our Channel release new videos every Friday. So I hit the little Bell so you're notified whenever we post new videos and that's it have a beautiful weekend: hi, namaste, namaste,

jacintaann keala: I love what you did with her hair. It's hard to find a hair stylist that can actually cut my fine hair. Most times I'll go in and when I leave it's even more obvious that my hair is fine!

demonsandlords: I like how you showed the haircut before styling it. THANK YOU! No one does this

Carla: I really like the way you approached her hair texture and how you treated it with care :) it's not easy to find stylists who actually understand how to treat thin hair texture

Judy h: I also have very fine thin hair and I honestly thought her hair looked so so so much fuller before the stylist added the hair product and curls... just my opinion...

Swetha Karthik: I gave my mum this cut and it turned out so good! Thank you :')

Marie B: Your client has an amazing face with such striking features. And hair looks great!

Lucy in the sky: Thank you for the help. I am in my 3rd yr of remission from cancer but my hair never really recovered. It's very thin on the crown but wavy and long. It's hard for stylists to understand how to properly cut the crown so I've been trying to do it myself and then it's a balancing act of pins. But I cut my hair like you showed and it actually flowed over the thin spots. I'll have to do some pinning because of humidity and stuff but I'm actually happy. Thank you so much. ❤

Helen Peter: This is absolutely gorgeous how you cut her hair. It's the finer cuts that make so much difference. I have extremely thin hair and it's long and I'm planning to go to the parlour for a cut. I hope they don't mess up my hair

J W: Thank you for posting this. The instruction was very clear, and your client is such a beautiful lady. Your style for her really frames her face well. She's lucky to have found you. I'm looking for a new style, and this may be it. I have long, fine, thin hair past my shoulder blades. I usually pull it up with hair sticks, but really at 48, I need to change this. It doesn't look good when it's loose.

Meagan Hiller: I really appreciate this. I find so many cut tutorials on YouTube these days that are just too hard to follow. This is the type of cut I’d do on a daily basis! All the crazy shaped sections and parts and disconnects. I just can’t remember any of that! Thank you for making this easy! One thing I love about thin hair is being able to cut the perimeter without sectioning!

Donna Callahan: Dark hair against the background of a dark cape makes it almost impossible to see. Your skills are fabulous. Hopefully just a simple modification for the camera will create better contrast for the viewer. Thank you for the video!

Tammy-Lee: That serum flatenned her hair. It looked more fuller when you blow dried it only. But either way she looks beautiful..

Anha K p: This hair cut really suits her. Loved your presentation. Subscribed!!❤ Also sister can you please suggest me a hair cut?? (mine is very thin and frizzy medium length hair) love from kerala!!

RedLadyBug 91: This is what I need! I want a Bob that I can still put into a ponytail with my straight fringe . X can’t wait for the hairdressers to open x

cosmos: Wow!! Loved the transformation (^^)

D N: Wow! You did a great job with her hair.

Maheen Shaiq: The part where you say "that's where the eye goes" was an aha moment for me! Very helpful!

K: Never been to a stylist but I wish you could do my hair. It’s so fine I need a hairstyle and cut

Symone H.: Your client looks so much younger after that cut! Love it!

Chelsea Vuchinich: I really appreciate this video. Fine thin hair tutorials are hard to find!

Ashley Rivero: How do you know how short to cut the layering? Is it just a consistent guess throughout? Or is it when you pull it straight back you go to the the shortest strand (top area)?

Lizlove: Amazing video and instructions!

Coco Loco: Great job once again can you please do an extreme hair makeover!! Like going from box dye black to platinum blonde!! I love hair makeovers!!

Nabila Hussain: thanku i did on myself and loved it... after watching thousand videos!❤️

Josie Deadric: How would you describe this hair cut to a stylish if you wanted to get this done? Super informative and helpful video!

Holli Bailey: It was a very helpful video. Your model is very pretty and the cut looked great on her.

Mel: Wow I didnt notice how beautiful she was until you cut her hair. It really shows her features.

Judy Wilson: Really nice cut!

Katie: It was great until you put the smooth in. You cant use that on thin hair it makes it look greasy. Every stylist thinks you can use those products on all hair you cant. Otherwise loved the video.

M. Castel: I like ur technique and compression of thin hair but the stuff you used for her curls made her hair look stringy. She needed a little tease and full curls.

Stranger's Opinion: Hi. I want to cut hair for mom but I'm afraid to layer her hair because it is really thin and straight but don't want to make her hair look flat, she hates it when it is flat and without volume so I was wondering if you could give me advice what is best to do? If you answer I would like to thank you in advance.

Elizabeth: How would I ask a hair dresser for this exact cut (but a little longer)? They never seem to understand what I’m asking for in a haircut.

Miso·film : i also have those kind of hairs at the age of 17 and i am so upset with them....can u suggest some haircuts for teenage girls

KellyGirl83: Great look.

Tracy: Whoa that looks amazing.

RedLadyBug 91: I have natural curly fizzy hair that I’ve had in a ponytail for years with a straight fringe. It’s dry and very thin. I want to cut it short so it can grow back thicker and stronger #advice what products needed?

NateTheHairNerd: Love it

maiters: Is it possible to do something like this technique but for long thin hair??? I don't want to cut mine too short :(

MrzBadaBing: I love your hair color what did you get done and what formula

Danai K: Is that a joke or what? Her hair looks sticky... Not thicker!

Jennie Lopez: Wow...terrible hair cut. I don;t undertand why so much triming when her hair is so thin. I will be so upset if my hair was cut like that. I think that is a hair cut for a fuller hair.

Hamza Khan: Kindly Tell me name of this haircut.

Ritu Pandey: Namaste

judithe100: Her hair is NOT thin!!!
