#phifhairbow This half up Hair Bow hairstyle is super cute for everyday, a special occasion, or whenever you need a 5 minute hairstyle! It works great on medium to longer hair.
You will need one elastic, a few bobby pins, a topsy tail (if you have one) or a rat tail comb, hairspray, and a curling iron if you want to curl the ends of your hair.
This hairstyle is VERY simple and great for beginners, and will take 1-5 minutes, plus time for curling your hair. SHARE if you love it!

Never though it's Shawn now and I've got a sling here today and we have a family event this morning to go to, and we thought we would just kick out a video for you on some of the cute hairstyles that we are planning on doing right because You always have to your hair, which is really not sure, but we do have a hair bow hairdo for you. We did one last year and a son was in it and it was a mando sorry. They knocked off the chair. A mando hair bow on top of her head and it was really cute and fun, but we've never done teeny tiny ones. So we thought we would do a little one for you today and it's gon na be a half back hair, both hairstyle. We have a lot of fun trying to get our names of our hairstyles out for you and not tripping over them. No, you say them, so we will get started and you can tell just to prep. I parted her hair just on the side. Just back to the crown of her head, and I just curled the ends of her hair, just to make you the rest of it cute so to get started. I am just going to brush or comb back her hair just from above her ears on either side. I'M just gon na pull this kind of loosely back into a half hair style, but you've got that smooth, I'm going to take an elastic put it in and then on. My last pull through and my elastic is tight. I'M just gon na pull this through. Just like we've done before to make our bow so once I've got a loop about the size you want, I want to Biggs. This is about two inches. I'M going to just come in here with my fingers and I'm just gon na find the middle. I'M just gon na separate it like that and pull it apart. Then I'm gon na kind of angle it down so this is facing towards me and you'll want to get some bobby pins ready, I'm just going to take the one side and I'm just gon na spread it out a little bit and then I'm going to take A bobby pin and I'm just going to pin it in place, they're grabbing the other side, just spreading that out that matches you can pin underneath for the bottom is long. Just that looks this thing, and so it looks like a bow. Okay, so once you've got your bow sections, how you like them then come to your middle and take section of your middle piece. However thick you want it, I'm doing not quite half, I'm just gon na smooth out out a little bit. This is going to be the center that covers this, so I'm going to pull this up and over now there's two things you can do here. You can come up with your fingers and before I check this, I'm going to lightly spray this with hairspray on both it just to smooth, but you can come in with your fingers. You'Re gon na make a hole tilt. Your head back sweetie make a hole right here, just all the way through the ponytail or with a comb. You can do the same thing with a rat tail or you can take a Topsy tail this size and you can stick it through either way works. I will show you how to do it with the Topsy tail, so just stick the hair through and then I'm just gon na poke it down in there just behind the elastic hook it down. I'M gon na come underneath and grab that Lucy you're poking out. Then I'm just going to pull this down and you'll want to grab when it comes out. So you can tug it tightly so just kind of tuck that and kind of pull the faux up and then I'm going to take another bobby pin and I'm going to pin it this way when I dropped it. These are a little ones, but you can use circular ones, but I'm going to grab this side and I'm just gon na tug it and push it down so angles this way down and then I'll do it on the other side, just to kind of anchor it And so I'm angling those so they kind of crisscross a little bit. Then you just come in here and just as you need to and if your bobby pins are showing just kind of tuck them down in there a little bit more and just a gesture. Those it's done, that is, our half up. Sparky Longtail: I tried it with my hair and it works. I tested a couple of different add ons to the idea and found that when you are doing it to your own hair it can be difficult to not have 'stragglers' when pulling the center knot through. I fixed that problem by braiding the center bit before pulling it through the top. I would recommend a box braid (4 strands) to make it lay more flat but normal braids work as well. This is a real trick and it works!
