A messy bun is the perfect hairstyle for many occasions and it is easy and quick to achieve the hairstyle!

The best kind of red carpet updo is the effortless updo, in my opinion, at least so I'm going to show you today how to get a really easy. Simple one bobby pin updo going to start out by using red confession waves, and this is a sea salt spray and it gives your hair fantastic texture start by shaking it up, give it a good shake with all the salt swirls around in there, and I'm just Going to mist it all over my head and what this is going to do, is it's just going to create like a really great base, so that I can get my hair up as easily as possible. You want to make sure you get it all in there into the root area into the end area. A little bit all over more is better trying to do. An updo on clean hair is really really hard. So if you happen to have second day hair with some hairspray leftover from last night, this would be perfect, see how I can just sort of play around with it with my fingers and it kind of stays where I put it, that's what we want. So when you feel like you've got enough product in there you're going to come into the root area with some quick tees, a quick tease is fantastic for creating a good base at the root and good volume without actually having to back home or tease your hair. I'M just going to give a couple little mix into the root, so you're gon na want to use one of these French hair pins, and what this is gon na do is it's just gon na make it so much easier for you to just use one pin You'Re gon na be tempted to use a regular bobby, pin one of these guys, but don't do it because it's just gon na make your life so much harder. You'Re gon na have to use like ten start by just pulling all my hair up into the back. I'M just gon na start playing around with the shape a little bit. Try to get a nice little texture going on I'll, see how easy that is to just pull that up. My hair was clean. It would be sliding all over the place so once you've got shape that you're happy with you're, going to pull your hair back into a little ponytail and you're just going to start twisting. Okay, don't worry about twisting it too tight just twist enough to just be able to secure it, I'm going to take my end and I'm just going to tuck them a little bit underneath the base of my bun here and then I'm going to take my French Sharpie this guy yeah I'm going to anchor it into the circular part of the bun like this, and then I'm just going to turn it around see. That does not move pretty tight. There come back around the front and just make sure that nothing shifted or got weird idea and just pull out whatever you want to pull out make it, however, messy or, however neat you want to make it look. If anything looks a little bit too clean. Just come back in with a little more quick tease, you can actually use this like a hairspray like a finishing spray, just use your fingers to sort of manipulate it and pull out a little more pieces around your face. You want now you have it super easy! One hairpin updo
