In this video, MC Barber will be demonstrating how to create a classic kid's haircut with a modern touch.

Hey everyone. This is MC bar over here today. I have very exciting help up here for you over the last year have been so many haircuts I made so many videos, and most of them are the same. So, to be honest, I was kind of getting sick of pompadours and fades and when this kid walked in my shop today - and he did not ask for afraid - I had to make a video so in this video this is basically a classic haircut with a slight Touch of modern with a slight modern touch and it's very exciting. I was very happy to make it so I'm very like excited to share this work. I'Ll give you, and, as usually I make all my haircuts very simple with the good results I have to make them for everyday work, not complicated. So since we have like 20 minutes for haircut in a barber shop, an average - you know you don't want to make it too complicated, sectioning and so on and so forth. So let me get straight here to what I'm doing what I did. First, I did the portion shape on the top and section the top off. He doesn't want a too short he once he slightly short around the years, but he wants to kind of keep it long, but he wants to keep the top very well. This is very exciting: okay, guys it's it's it's fun to do and I believe this type of hairstyles will be coming more and more in their style, as we see longer coming in my style. So it is important to learn long, hair, hair styles as well. Not just a fades what the foods are exciting this one I do have a high fade with a comb-over coming up as well, but I think before. This kid has very nice texture. So, even if you have slightly closer to the scalp, this here will not stick tool will not poke through, but if the hair is very pokey, you should not get too close the skin. Otherwise the hair will stick out straight out through the style. So, as you can see, I take the sections first, I remove some bulk out of the hair, great internal texture, and then we move them in the razor I'm using is a straight edge razor. It has no guard it's on their sister style. Unfortunately, these razors are I'm done with them. I don't have anymore. These razors were special edition. I know people complain sometimes they're. The hair gets in between, as you can see in mind as well as they are getting between the blade and the insert. But but these are by the by far the best of all similar, similar razors, the other ones are worse than this. So actually, this razor is really my favorite racer of all the razor's. I will do the same thing on the other side now for finish. I'M gon na use the razor just to kind of blend in more connect the sides on the top and, to finish my cut, I'm going to use my edges. There are zero gaps and clean up this hairline. Besides the class that I'm gon na hold in Sarasota on the 28th of this month, I will as well have a class in my barbershop in April that April 23rd. It'S on Monday, I'm only taking a student and two two spots already taken that is Monday April 23rd is right the day after connected by the Expo. If you, I know all the lot of you know, students or beginners watch my channel and my advice to you guys is, if you are just entering the field of barbering, this is the fastest growing industry in United States, its projected to grow by 11 %. On till the 2024, you should invest in education and learn all aspects of styling, not just a fading or just a scissor work, separate yourself from everyone else and finish your haircuts with a nice style. So you can build that clientele faster. Your client, when he sees yourself air style, the way you should look like and when it goes on the street and people see how he said, looks they ask. Where do you get your hair cut and that's how I build most of my clientele, 90 % of my clientele is easy with us. His hair was slightly wavy on the phone, so I had to straighten it with a blow dryer. I had to use high heat. You have to be very careful when you use high heat first, you use medium heat on the roots, you set the roots, and then you use high heat on the rest of the hair, all right, guys um. Lilia Guerrero: Through my experience, I learned that using a razor to a natural curly hair is a bad idea. Our hair is quite elastic, the pulling strokes to cut the hair will eventually results to a kinky hair. Sharp scissors still the best to use. BTW, hair dresser or barbers should be aware of the comforts of their clientele. I could see how uneasy the boy's neck felt while his hair was pulled back or swayed to the sides.
