How To Cut & Style The Kelly Oubre Haircut

Styling curly hair with products by Woody’s for Men

Something you see about everybody doing I'm here with my loyal man, ty reading his little tirade. Big sorry is on his way end, but I read: he has a really nice hair textures. You see he has a very curly hair pattern. So what I wanted to do is demonstrate team one of Woody's products. This is called woody web and the web is a really great product by actually adding texture and pulling out and defining the curl pattern that you see in his hair. So this is something you can use for. Curly tops, and you know a lot of guys like to wear their hair natural on top. Even our ladies and this product is excellent because it gives it a whole, but what I like most about it is the whole. Isn'T a stipple is a flexible whole, so it's a vibration type of whole and it really helps with that last icily of that wave. You get a really good, curl or good bends, their hair. It actually adds and enhances that time. Really it's nice for a texture like this and a style like this, because it could be manipulated. So it's not a product that goes in. It means a lot completely throughout the day. It can actually be manipulated throughout the day and different things to really bring out some of the desired curl pattern definition, and what I like also about that you would think. Sometimes we get a flexible hole that you won't get shine, but this will give you a semi shine as well. So it helps the hair to look more healthy, a great hole and it's inflexible. So you like winning on every level you can't lose with this product. So I'm gon na quickly demonstrate how I use it, how I apply it and what I do it. What I like to do, after I take a nice portion of it out, as I put it into my hand, I apply it right into the palm nice and not enough palms. There now go ahead and emulsify the product or I rub it together and it helps to break down the product, making it more easy to apply to the hair and right for my fingertips. Now I go ahead and I work it in two areas. I don't just rub it into the head. Instead, I just kind of work in certain areas. Once I use up that mouth is on my fingertips, I would turn into my palms take more from my palms and I work it right into the hopera pattern. There are certain areas that I had that you really want the product to apply well, for example, here and the size of this here we want to actually use some of it to style and full of hair up. You can see it, I'm getting a really nice hole from it, and it's also putting out some nice define to this curl there. The definition so I'll work that all the way around the head again back to the palms and working a product in what I like. Also about this product, because you can actually continue to build with it. If you find that you don't have enough product in your hair or to the clients here that you're applying it, you just go right back and repeat the process again you're, taking something right out. Flying it back to the palm emulsifying it from your fingertips, working it in so I like to use this rake technique, so I'm using my fingers almost like a rake and I'm driving it right through from the base of the scalp right into the defined area that I want the longer curls I like to start on the edges. I just taught me to really a style better, not conceited, which way to hair pattern wants to go. Sometimes a hair pattern is so defined that you don't want to work against it. You want to keep that natural curl pattern, and it really helps out a lot alright, so this is coming along pretty good here. What I'm going to do now? The area I love to play with and have fun with, is right here up in the front hairline when the client looks in America. This is the first place that he's want to see. Also, when he's reading immediate people to other guys, it's the first place, they want to look so you want to actually spend a good amount of time and make sure that you apply the product really well and really bring out that desired. Curl patter makes you one, especially in the areas that are seen for most and that's where the hairline comes into play, as you can see already style, tyree or shape them ups. He has a temple fade, really popular haircut, I'm here in Philadelphia when the East Coast right off the USA - and this is a really popular hairstyle - look especially this time of year. Right now we're in December. So it's nice to have a little extra here, your head. It helps to hold in a peak, and one of the dilemmas is because we're in the East Coast winters make it really difficult to retain moisture in our hair, so this product is great because it helps to actually retain moisture by locking it in so after I Gave him a temple fade and feather his neck, as you can see here, put your head down just a little bit, so we feathered his neck here with temple plea. What I mean by temple fade is here's the temple of his head, see just below. That is where I really gave them a nice dramatic feed, I'm here, so he has a temple fee and this hairstyle again like I was saying this. You know it's nice hairstyle. I wish I had more hair. I can wear it myself. I definitely would a little jealous, but that's alright. So now you can see me work the product, then it looks good and it's healthy yeah. It'S a nice tip. This is from a company called twisted up, and this is their answer or solution to creating a twisted. Look on the top of head, so I use this in a circular motion on that using clockwise and a clockwise motion, and I rub it in a circular motion right around the head and again this helps me to distribute the product. It helps to bring out as a natural curl pattern and it helps to bond up some sections of the hair so that you get that nice, natural, full fluffy, bountiful curl. If I can use that word online. So this is just a styling tip that I had a couple of tips: you'll find on Bob that are locked up when he ends. Did these frizzy balls on the end and that's because his hair he constantly uses it, leaves it in this hairstyle. Normally, what Tyree and I do is every couple of months - we go ahead and give him a really nice Trump. We bring the curl pattern down his parents gon na make sure it looks good and it's really healthy for is hair to do so, but sometimes you find those hair, those sections of hair, just the hair shedding it sheds and you get these balls hair. In the end - and it's perfectly fine just to go in and remove those you want to remove them, it's a again shuttle hair. So it's not attached to the scalp and it's making this haircut look a little. I'M kept. We just go ahead and get rid of their. I don't worry about it, making his hairstyle and even cuz, I'm really just trimming to shut. It is very, very tips that is here here. So that's that's! Okay! To do! There'S nothing wrong with that at all. Alright! So he's coming along here's one last thing that I want to show you you got ta bear with me with the sound, but I love to use my blow-dryer to help bring out some of the curl patterns as well. So this is some technique. I'M going to turn my blow dryer on is going to be heat, because I want to divide it emulsifies, no more and when you use the blow dryer a circular motion around his head and it's gon na help to separate the curls as well. All right so Tyrese, looking great there he's ready to go. I had nothing to do with the handsome love Dustin's parents, but the haircut. I can't take credit for that and then cutting them up in his own barber since forever dad coming to me well over 15 years. So sorry he's looking great again just another tip. I want to show you on using Woody's products. You haven't tried Woody's wet before I highly recommend it for this type of hairstyle. Thanks for spending a couple minutes with me.
