How To Fade | Easiest Method | Skin Fade Haircut Tutorial With Textured Undercut For Beginners 2018

Hi friends and viewers I'm an amateur barber

Don't forget to like, comment SUBSCRIBE and take out your rubbish on the collection days.

In this video I use the fading down technique which is generally easier because you don't have to faff around with guidelines as much, so really its quicker aswell. As you can tell I'm a fan of it - give it a go why not

Shit I know I spelled subscribe wrong at the end of the vid but Im not going back to change it now :(

Hope this was useful for someone

What'S up friends and viewers, I'm an absolute amateur at cutting hair, and you know what that's good news for all of you, because if I can do it and so can all of you right, let's get into it, shall we today we're going to be doing a Skin fade on my friend dance Mullen. This is the before of what it looked like, and this is the aftermath. As you can see, it turned out like quite nice, so I'm quite happy with that. So, let's get into it and I'll show you how I did it guys. We start off with the four guard open we're just gon na clear that bulk out and the reason we're starting off with that full wide open so that we can do clear. Our canvas and have a nice clean surface to work upon okay, so we're gon na use. The four guard open just get rid of all that bulk on the side of his head and then the next thing when I come underneath what we just did just underneath it with the two guard open again we're just cleaning the area and making a nice surface To be able to put our lines in and without having hair in the way, okay, guys, nice and straightforward to start with today, once you've got that a nice area clean, I'm gon na, come in with our zero guard fully open. So it's a north point. Five. The reason I like to do this is I like to come in with a north point five and then clean, underneath it with a zero afterwards, just because then you're not setting in the harsh line to start with, obviously I'm only an amateur. I don't really know what I'm doing, but I find this way easier. You guys might as well. So I'm just telling you how I do it so at the moment no guard opened, but then afterwards we're coming in with the guard closed and we're just gon na clean underneath it and make it into a zero but flick out into that. No point: five. I hope that makes sense guys, as you can see. This is what we're doing right now, just flicking out by an inch below the guideline, and then what I do next is I come underneath that, with my brand new pair of T out liners like just do the same sort of thing really just flicking out that Nope into that low point, five area, just so that it is a board, fade right, rumors, coming in just underneath what we've been doing cool so yeah. Just remember where you went with the two open guys and we're just gon na clean up just underneath that we're gon na flick out about an inch below where we were with the two closed. Could the two open sorry? So this is the two closed, so it's gon na flick out just beneath where we work with the two open, so we're gradually working our way down the haircut okay, so 1.5 garde halfway open. So, in theory, is a 1.75 right now and again, we're just flicking out just beneath that part that we just did with the two clothes and, as you guys will see in a minute, the fade starts to take care of itself. We'Re not putting any more guidelines in we're fading down with this technique, which is the easiest technique guys you have to worry about. Adding more guidelines see you know where our one point five and, as you can see where I just pointed we're just following that line down around the back of his head and we're flicking out just below, we were with the higher guard. So one guard open. One point five just flicking out just before you reach the dark spots guys. Can you see that dark spot just getting around now closing that one guard up another way bless you carrying on. One guard is closed now and just again following up just underneath what we just did with the one guard apron and you can see that the face starting to come come in now and it's starting to look pretty good. The fade is starting to take shape. Well, I'm just being real gentle and just like flicking out I'm not pressing hard against the head, I'm just softly flicking out below where I think I just was your arm. You really do have to sort of keep a mental image of where you think your last line was you keep them. You got imagine where they were really so now, with the north point, five guard open we're just gon na clean again once more. What we just did underneath, where we just were flicking out as always gently and using the corners of the blades as well, just so as not to create any more lines or anything like that, and then after this I'm just gon na close up about note point: Five guard and connect the last two bits should be the last step, connect it to the first line like putting at the beginning of the haircut and as you can see you guys, if you follow this method, it's actually really easy. You have to stick to your method and trust in the process. Guys and you'll come out of a nice fade and okay. So after this I'm just gon na go back over and do a bit of detail, work and just use all my guards here and I'd. Remember I put a one guard fully open and I'm just going to flick out in the dark spots any dark spots that I can see just go over the haircut any spots that you missed and then we're just gon na line them up guys with the T. Outliners and then we're gon na be done dad. Yes, there we have it viewers, there's the finished result, give us a little spin smoke there. We go it's looking pretty crispy. If I don't say so, myself viewers. What are you? Are you thinking? Small n? Are you happy, I'm very happy? Thank You Man. Any thoughts on the ERM experience, my back hair, there's a joyous occasion and wish you pendejo, I'm gay. Okay, guys, that's the end of the haircut just want to say thanks for watching. If you watched this far, we reached a hundred subscribers, which is pretty crazy, wasn't really expecting to reach a hundred hundred subscribers, even after I've only done like four or five videos. So those of you who subscribed thanks a lot and those are usually I'll subscribed. You know consider subscribing I'm not gon na make you I'm not gon na force you, but maybe you know if these hundred have done it then maybe you'd like to as well. So everyone have a good week we're going to be doing some more uploads soon. Some more self haircuts, some more haircuts on friends and just all more sorts of things. Okay, guys! Take it easy! Congratulations if you've got this far well done for watching, and peace have a good one.

Toni Reviews: I’ve been watching your videos to cut my own hair. I even cut a friends yesterday. It is a case of trusting in the process although sometimes it’s hard to see exactly where you last were with the last clipper. I’ve done about 5 cuts on myself now and they are getting better, but every now and again I see a little line I find hard to eradicate

Krystian Kozlowski: Another good video and lesson for me! Thank you for this! Have a good one!

Leo Nicolay: That fade is cleaner than most professional barbers can do it, well done. What does open and closed mean? i do not have a WAHL clipper so theres no little handle on the side of the blade. Can you explain how open and closed translates into millimeters? Also: your friend is very lucky to have such a beard while having full hair while being blonde ;)

Steven Nichols: nice tutorial, nice skin fade.

steve coyne: Nice job, it’s different doing it on somebody else... This will make you more efficient on a self cut

Dan Rawkins: Does having better clippers make the fade better or are the clippers just wireless and lighter?

steve coyne: Great cut ✂️✂️

Christian Besonia: Bro, you need more lighting for this video, cant even see the fade coming together clearly

Dan Rawkins: Where did you buy your magic clip I'm looking for one?

Dan Rawkins: is the curved or flat blade better

Tom Mac: Smart

Danny RAWner: Why did your canvas look so nervous ? Think he has trust issues

Faiyaz Khan Ahmad: Nice
