Hi, I'm Lindsay wheeler with Jamison Shaw, I'm here with Rachel, showing you how to do a quick shinny on up to for your guests. First thing, you'll want to do for this. Up do is section it into three parts divide it from the top of the crown to the top of the ear on both sides. Then you'll just have your ponytail in the back secure the hair into a loose ponytail once you've secured the ponytail, you want to loosen it just a little bit and split it in half. Just like this then you're going to pull the ponytail through to create a nice little detail for you to start your shenyang, then you're going to lightly tease the top part of the ponytail. To give it a little bit of texture for your updo you're, going to begin to roll in place your bobby pins in to your shin you, so I'm not worried about it being a little messy. I think that it gives it a little character and a little possess. You just want to make sure that you have enough bobby pins to support the hair. Once you've secured all your bobby pins into the updo, you can begin to kind of spread it apart. Give it a little piscina so that it's not just so smooth, then you're going to use the front part of your hair to add to the detail of your updo. So you once you've already curled the pieces. You are able to just kind of twist and pin and do the same on the other side so lightly, just spin. It make sure that it looks good on the side and pin with the remaining hairs that you see here. You can lightly just tuck into the sides of your updo to get rid of them and do the same. On the other side, a little trick that I like to do to kind of get the ends out. Is you open up your bobby pin like this? Put it towards the ends, wrap and just stick it right underneath the up to here, and then that way you don't have to fight with the ends. Now you can kind of check it, pull it apart, a little bit if you'd like just give it a little bit of some texture.

Chiccp101: Thanks Lindsey for making this updo look so user-friendly! I can’t wait to try it on my hair.

Augustina Francis: Very nice . Easy to understand. Thanks a lot for explaining so well .

Maria Victoria Salita: Simplicity is truly beauty! Less is more! But I have a question- can you also use a quick bun hair accessory( the one that looks like a long tongue with a slit in the middle to insert the hair while styling it) to minimize the use of many bobby pins or hairpins? I really want to learn hair styling and dressing without cutting the hair of women. I think it's a waste to cut women's hair if you can style them beautifully.
