Permanent Rose Gold Hair Color

Hannah's hair is a level 6 and I balayaged her hair use #Stroke7 mixed with #Big9 1:1 ratio and then add in 40vol ThiCC activator developer 1:3 to get the perfect cream/clay hybrid painting consistency that lifts the hair higher than any clay lightener without swelling or flaking.

Lifted for 45minutes to hair reach a level 9.

On dried hair I apply: Guy Tang #Mydentity color in PERMANENT shades

1️⃣ Dusty Lavender 8DL permanent + Rose Gold 10RG Permanent with 10vol and @olaplex on rootage to avoid hot rootàge

2️⃣10RG Permanent with 10vol and Olaplex No.1 1/32 oz on mids

3️⃣10RG + 10IG Permanent with 10vol and Olaplex No.1 1/32 oz on ends. Process for 35mins

Of course I sent her home with #MyRefresh Color Conditioner in Rose Gold to maintain color longevity.

Permanent colors have a different reflection because it’s designed to lift and then deposit the vibrancy. However I normally use Demi to deposit over pre-lightened hair. But I wanted to lift her base and deposit rose tones on her highlights simultaneously so we get a balance it warm and cool vibrancy. I styled her hair using #MyQuickBlow to protect as I do the blowout and #MyDefender to protect as I curl her hair and #MyPower hair spray to lock the style in place.

Twist twist twist put up and look how cool that looks? Do you do hello to other head Betsy said: oh man, I'm here at my friend Hannah and I haven't seen her in over a year and she's gone to my friend Ariana, to play with her hair a little bit right, yep! No one else to see you never listen. Her natural hair is a level 6, which is our dream level. Everybody loves to color hair at a level 6 because you get to do anything to it. So since it's been quite some time, we are gon na balayage. Her hair and she likes her rose tones to be a little bit cooler, and so we have amber rose and rose. Gold. Amber Rose is a little bit more of a warmer rose, and then we have rose gold which has more of a violet base, because everyone sees rose gold slightly different Hannah. Your situation is since you've done, both warm and cool rose gold. You have a preference of. I mean I loved both the warmer one lasted, really really long, which was great. You liked the cooler side yeah. I liked the cooler a little bit better with my natural color when it grows out, even though she likes cool tones. I have to find a balance because if it's too cool it will actually makes her look tired, yeah, I don't want you to look like ya dead, but we're gon na get started now, checking a close look at Hannah's hair. Here I want you guys to see the situation. You can see her natural level six into her old balayage highlights where her hair it pretty much lifted to a level 8 through here, but on the ends. You can see some level 9 pieces it's hard to see because the transition is so seamless and beautiful something's going to lift her ends up and put right in top or head to get. That contrast. So definitely these tips are close to like eight and a half or nine next year level. Six and, of course, you got these little 7/8 area transition. This looks very, very beautiful, but the situation is take a look at her fringe, her bang, it's just dark yeah. It grew up quite a bit. So what happens this when you have darkness right in the bang area? It just kind of collapse, it's like so. Our goal today is for some highlights in her bang area reconnect some of the highlights here. I am gon na overlap. The ends but I'll show you how I'm gon na do it so head on over this way, we're gon na come my color bar and we're gon na do a hybrid of stroke, seventh and big ninth always measure everything you're working with is very important that you Measure don't eyeball it or you're, not gon na get the right consistency so stroke, seven, it's our guy time, identity! Balayage right now, when you look inside you'll, definitely see that has like a pink rose powder. It doesn't affect the hair. Doesn'T do anything it's just there to be pretty, because I just wanted to look pretty so I'm gon na mix the equal parts of big nine, because I want to you - could use it by itself to get up to seven levels of lip or mix it with Big nine, which is a cream Lightner and get a hybrid lift, which is nine levels of lip. I, like you, know putting them together because it gives me more of a push more a pow, so I'm going to do one scoop there. I'M actually gon na go with about fifteen grams of powder. Didn'T get you 15 grams, a big night squeeze her out. You have a preference of Nixon one, two three ratio or want to four ratio, pick activator, I'm going to sporty volume because balayage light underneath more of a POW, because it's open air, it's not gon na lift like you would, if your to do big nine with Foils or magnum eight ok, magnet, eight and big nine. You can foil them or do global lightning. If you get the hair super platinum white, but with stroke seven for getting that Sunkist highlight and not everybody needs to be level ten. Sometimes we just need to be level eight or level nine, okay, so there's a stereotype going on. I write things. Guys, hang list everyone up to a level ten or eleven, and that's not the truth. Stop stereotyping me, since we have thirty grams of product in here. One two three will be 90 grams of thick activator. This is 40 volume, many grams, so I'm just gon na stir it, and here I want you guys to take a look when you first stir to balayage right now. You can see that's little bit. Thick, don't be fooled, don't add any more developer to it, but look at this consistency. This is the perfect consistency to gouache with is so thick that you could turn it upside down. It doesn't spill see you could try to dump it out. It'S not gon na come out alright. So what I do is I'm gon na divide her hair into some sectioning. Here I'm going to take out the parietal area, we're gon na section two parietal sections out the way I am gon na create a triangle right here in this area. Alright, so what you want to do is get your paddle out and scoop some product off of the bowl, just like that and put it inside up the reservoir on the paddle and then you'll swipe on the board, and this board is the guy tang, my vanity Washboard paddle so you'll see the first triangle here, where krei almost like a herringbone shape, criss crossing back and forth back and forth until we reach the top of her head. So what you want to do now, if my body positioning past me on point so every time I switch from left to right, I'm going to move my body positioning. So when I'm on the left side of her head, I'm gon na stay on the left side. Standing over here and when I go to right, I'm gon na stand on the right side. So you always start with applying the product with minimal product on your brush on the mid-shaft and remember this technique is not going to give you high lift you're, not gon na lift up to level 10 or level 11 you're gon na end up lifting her hair. Probably closer to level 9, I am gon na overlap. Her ends because she does want her hair to be a little bit lighter. So you can see here, I'm I don't dip back into the reservoir. I actually just swipe the product, that's still on the paddle, so you get minimal amount of product and you can see that even though I overlap her ends, I'm not trying to penetrate both sides so watch here as I get the paddle, I lay the hair on The Palpa at an angle so at this triangle point here of the panel. I turn the board at an angle and I swipe lightly through I'm just going to get one of the mesh sheets, and I actually pre-cut the match sheets here and I'm actually gon na lay just on the base part, because that's the part that needs more incubation Right now, because that's the Virgin part and the parts that's light, I am overlapping it and since I'm overlapping it, I know it's gon na go lighter, but I don't want to incubate it because it will go too light and then not, then it cause more damage. On the ends, exposing it to air allowed that part to dry first, even though the inside stays moist you're not gon na get as much lift, because it's not incubated so incubating the top here allows it to lift a lot higher and it's also closer to the Base where there's more heat you might want to criss cross over so instead of starting at the middle, if you are going to keep on working the herringbone up, so you see it like that. The section is a lot wider. I love doing this method. I'Ve been doing the diamond since guy forever, there's so many ways to polish guys, so I'm gon na repeat this until I'd start going into the horizontal diamonds. Okay, so I definitely want you guys to see this placement. It looks so clean, so beautiful, so I always feel like if you map out your section, the processing part of it looks more attractive and everything is more clean and neat, and also you know where you're going and you can see as we move up to the Crown the section gets smaller watch how the product displays on the panel look at the ends very carefully. You'Re laying the product sit on both sides of the hair panel, but not penetrating and letting it sit somehow we're always telling with social media, and I think the reason why we always talk about it, because when I look at your Instagram account, your aesthetic is so Pretty so clear, you have a theme going on which is really nice and you do have a large following too, and so I know that you know every time you come on. We'Ve always talked about like how companies and people treat you differently, based off your social media account, and more than ever, you guys were talk about mental health, but you have something to say about mental health. Tell us about it. I just think so. Many people have such a lack of mental awareness and it really shows like what you can really tell and like I've been working on my mental health so much the last two years and I've grown so much and it's amazing to Sikhs my anxieties to be just So bad, but just Sony evil, don't have the mental awareness when they're in a situation to be like hey. I was wrong, like I shouldn't have done that and just like know like so many people are just so selfish and like to play victim and like situations and stuff and don't like to see anything from another point of view and like to just stay in their Little closed bubble. Well, you know what it is. I was born in the eighties. This is before social media. We have to learn about etiquette. We have to learn about how to interact with people and how to have mannerism. We have to learn about manners and how to interact with people, but now people online they'll just say whatever they want and think that there's no like repercussions or Consequences, they'll just say: hey content. Would you say this? Is someone in real life yeah? No, I really should see those two colors, but even I mean I think, I'd just kind of show. The gives full platform. I think those people have always been around it. Just really gives them a platform and like with manners, I think a lot of people have learned like you know, just it's like in their brain like this is a minute, but they don't really understand why they should do it or like why they should apologize and Stuff they kind of just do it just cuz. They were taught to do it, but not exactly like why you know what could be wrong. I'M glad you brought that up about apologizing. One thing I've discovered is that most people are too prideful to say. I'M sorry yeah 100 % lers the people that I haven't talked to in a while, just because they couldn't own up to the fact that they were wrong in a situation and I'm the kind of person where, if I'm even like a tiny bit wrong I'll apologize. I'Ll own up to it and there's so many people that won't, even even if the full blame is on them, they just they can't they care they have to play victim. They have to play it on you. If I make up some way the water and the wrong - and I can't stand even - and the thing is it's like thing like - I think mental awareness is more with like maturity too, because I know people who were in their 40s 50s 60s, who are so so Little like mental awareness and their maturity and is so lokes. They never took that time to work on their mental health if you're not healthy, mentally, it actually eats away at you. Oh whatever sentence you, let your mind control you, like your thoughts control you completely and that's like where I notice, if certain diat bad words like that, couldn't even link you couldn't like. I couldn't control my mental space. Well, if you're not healthy mental, you can't get out of that. You can't function. You can't work because you feel defeated and you can't be happy and when you're not happy, it makes you sick, yeah and it eats away at you from the inside out and often you can't function anymore and a lot of people start hurting themselves physically, even because Of their mental health, so I know as humans we all go through this hair Bessy. So want to talk about this with you guys. Last year I went through this, like I, don't wanna call it dark moment in my life, but I felt, like God I was bored of myself. Okay, I think we've all gone through that I felt like. I belong right, creativity, right right, yeah, I felt like I lost my passion or something last year and I felt really defeated and it feels I don't know like I feel like. I just don't want to do anything and I feel, like we've all kind of gone down that route, so I feel like this is really like me talking guys when I wanted me - and I was just talking about this yeah and I feel that how I got Excited about doing hair and doing what I do again, it's I start doing things I normally don't do I start buying new products, doing different things like new curling, irons and new tools experimenting tonight then I became excited again and I think that's. The thing is, when you become comfortable and doing the same thing over and over and over and over again you get bored of yourself and then you get used to it and you don't want to change because you're comfortable and that's another problem, and I think that That'S the thing you have to step out of your comfort zone, yeah, that's how you find your passions and try new things and new experiences and that's how you feel happy. Otherwise, you just get comfortable and feel like you're stuck. Wouldn'T it be boring if used to do the same thing over and over again, would it be boring if you just do what you're good at I'd rather do what I'm bad at? So I get to be better at something. I wasn't good at thing to strive for, and I know a lot of people always say you know I like you the way you used to be, but for me I feel like if I stay the same me ten years ago or eight years ago, you'd be Bored of me too, for sure, so I want you guys to take a look at how much the hair lifted you can see the contrast of how, like her hair, got with the hybrid of stroke, seven and big nine, and look at that blend right at the Root, ah so I'm just gon na lift up each panel, so you get to see that blend and then you can see through the front as well the top of her head. Everything is seamless, as I lift so I'm gon na lift up everything, and this is where the dimension come in. We still leaving a little bit for natural coming through here, see that and you can see the jagged highlights throughout every single panel, but I've done so. This is what creates that dimension is separation and almost that retouch, okay, flip more and more keep going to see that it does not crack it just springs back to where it was. I can grab all of the hair twist twist twist put up and look how cool that looks. So we are back from the balayage. You can see how light her hair got. Her ends got brighter from me, overlapping it, and this was kept outside of the mesh sheet. So it's exposed to open air, so it doesn't cause any damage, so you could definitely see the ends. Are a lot lighter? So I'm gon na pull the ends up here. So you can see how bright the ends are. So if you look at Hannah's hair, you could see she's, not a level 10 or level 11. There'S still a lot of gold in it and that's the cool thing about stroke, 7 balayage. It leaves a golden. So you don't over live, so that's why, in my mind, go like okay. If I used mi it only deposit over the canvas but use permanent, it has the ammonia to lift another level. So that way, she's actually one level lighter underneath the tone. So I am gon na come over this way and we're gon na formulate, and this is the fun part I am gon na mix - ATL dusty lavender with 10 RG for her route, OSH formula, the lavender cancels out the excess warmth as we lift her base at The ratash and cool down her scalp area, so that way her base would be lighter with a rose tone. But yet the violet cancels that out and then through the mid-shaft, I'm gon na use just 10 RG. So you can see the rose gold tone and then I'm gon na mix 10 RG with 10. I G so 10. I G would be right here. So you have an icy gold formula on her ends mixed with the rose gold. So you get the paint, but it's not too pink on the ends. So I'm gon na grab 10 RG, which is a permanent color with a pl I'm going to mix them equal parts and put on her ratash the next formula, I'm going to use 10 RT. Just by itself one thing I love about using permanent and demi-permanent color for roles goal its oxidative dice look more natural. I find that when you use like a direct dye for say for rose gold, it tends to look a little more artificial. So I want the tones to be softer more wearable and that's why I turn to oxidative dyes like permanent and MI. For that look. But you want more pink or you always have the option of doing direct dyes. You just have to know the difference, because direct dyes are larger dye molecules and it sits on the surface of the hair. Alright. So I'm going to mix this equal parts of ten volume and the reason why I use ten volume instead of twenty is because, when you use lower volume developer, you get more dye deposit, so the tone is more richer. So I'm gon na apply the first formula on her vataj. So take a look at her level. Six and remember just because she's a level six doesn't mean that have to use a forty volume. I know in school. They tell you like, oh if you're, using a level ten, that you use 40 volume to find at level six. That'S not the truth. Alright, the level of the dye in the box doesn't indicate how many lives you're gon na get. It just indicates how much dye load in that box, so I'm still using formula one and this time I'm dragging the ratash form it down to the mid shaft and there's the reason why? So you get to see here that right when you first see the color oxidized, it's always gon na look really really dark on the blond parts and it's kind of look scary to your eye, but just know that once it's dry, it's just gon na blend right In because what happens is we always look at the pigment when it's damp or the hair is still wet and we think it's dark? That'S actually not so you can see, there's still some of her natural hair color in between and that's why I merge formula 1, which is the ratash formula right over that. So there's like it merges and to use the two tones together because it has more pigment and it's cooler, and I don't want to put the lighter one right there. So now I'm using 10 R G, which is the second formula remember this one is still with 10 volume and keep in mind even when you're applying this, I skip the in-between transition. So there's pure tone that I'm not bleeding formula 1 into formula 2 and then I opened up the in-between and merge them together. That way, I don't cross-contaminate that then I'm kind of fuse them together. But by that point I already create a barrier by putting the pure 10 RG right down here now. Take notice that I am leaving the tips out. So the tips is where you see most of the lighter blonds and that's where I'm going to add 10 IG into the formula and that's gon na warm it up. Some, I think, that's my biggest pet peeve when I see rose gold looking way too, like pink on the ends, because you tell that's where its poorest, so the color grabs there. So that's why I always formulate several different formulas. Alright guys. I want you to take a look here. How I left all of the ends out these ends are way too light. So we have to take about the porosity here so now come on. Come this way join me. We are gon na formulate this using the same bowl of 10 Archie, as you can see that's already sitting in there, I'm gon na add 10. I Chih this is ice going into this formula. Okay, we're gon na do about 30 grams, and now I'm gon na grab the 10 volume and add in that 30 grams of 10 volume developer. I'M gon na fuse this in on those ends now remember. The whole point is to just make sure that they're not too pink and then I'm gon na do this throughout our whole head and we are done. I'M gon na process for 35 minutes, and that's it tada you guys. This is the final reveal of Hannah's hair color. Look how pretty it looks. Oh my gosh like Hannah. I know you love it because this is like. I love it so much. I say this every time, but this is my favorite pink, really look at her face. Color we shifted it with the permanent dusty lavender and 10 are g, so it lifted her face. It just works together with her base color. Furthermore, look how nice and glowy they look. If you will, when the light hits those ends, it looks airy cloudy. So this looks very natural. I feel it looks natural. I'M obsessed guys definitely thumbs up subscribe, I'll leave, links below Sega stock Hannah's Instagram. She has a very beautiful Instagram with beautiful pictures and follow me on Instagram and Facebook and all that stuff as well. Don'T forget, subscribe ya'll subscribe. Rain: You're so talented...in hair AND music. I never get tired of learning from you.

Aaron Y: Wow, that color is PERFECT for her. It looks like it just grew out of her head that way, the tone is PERFECT for her skin

Ashley Holston: I love how Guy’s sessions always turn into a laying under the stars heart to heart deep conversations with close friends type of vibe

Juliette De Maso: My husband was walking by and actually stopped and said “oh wow. Nicely done” That’s a big deal.. Truly this color work is swoon level 11.

Meme God: I want you to know that your newer content is so soothing and informative! I’ve been watching you for years and I can feel the honest energy coming from you lately.

Melissa Callia: People who want to keep you down: “I like the way you used to be” Embrace growth!

Baby Gurl eats Shicken nuggits: I really like how informative this video is! Usually when I think of dying hair I think of it being so messy because that's how I dye my hair. I have curly hair and where I live to get my hair type properly taken care of I have to travel almost 2 hours to get there and I have to wait so long for an appointment so I've been doing my own hair. But seeing hair getting colored in this way is just so beautiful. (Gotta work on not being so messy lol.)

陈杰: I love guys hair so much, he looks like an anime prince with that hairstyle

Whaleyyy: I INSTANTLY CAME HERE WHEN I SAW 2 THINGS (1) NOTIFICATION (2) ROSE GOLD ❤ It's so hard to get a good rose gold and Guy slayed it again

Amy Williamson: I can't believe you just posted this! My hair is the same as the beginning and I'm doing this color today!! Oh the synchronicity!

Sabella Qawiema: Guy Tang is giving me chinese emperor vibes and i am livinggg for it!! Also love the hair transformation so so much, the colour is gorgeous

Bec Gedge: Omg she's stunningly beautiful! She could literally rock any hair colour with that skin tone, I'd love to see her in a solid/ish 10rg!!

Frankie White: OH SHEESH! Love the triangle technique you used and body position is SO important. So many people forget about it. Can I get this colour in the UK? I love the depth of the tones

dulce amaya: That is so beautiful, you are so talented. I love this color, and I wish that I was close to you so that I can set up an appointment with you to get this done on my hair. The best part of all your videos is when you talk about what's going on with the world or with ourselves in general. This is one of the reasons why I love this channel so much, not only do we learn about different ways to do your hair, but it also helps us in many other ways. Stay safe, healthy and keep thinking positive thoughts. We love you very much Guy Tang.

mai567: Gorgeous!! You're the only person I'd let lighten my hair!

luckyblackcat16: Such a gorgeous color, I love that rose gold so much! Beautiful work Guy!

Christin Leiba: Literally was just talking about this to my husband the other day about people not being capable of taking responsibility for their actions and just apologizing. I am the same way where I will just apologize and own up if I am the least bit wrong about something. I think it’s so important to keep my own empathy in check and just wish more people would check themselves more often too.

Eylem K: You’re a true artist in every way. Your music and your artistry is so good. Some people simply cannot even think colors like you do :) I’m having my own hair disaster nowadays and I wish you could’ve fix it

Sheri Kwasnik: I have been wanting rose gold for my hair and waiting for this video...thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Sarah Kendrick: I love watching your videos. Makes me sad I went through such a dark depression in my life and I let my license go. I wish I had not but I felt like I was not good enough and I had lost my mom to cancer. Everything together I just did not want to live. I love how you bring so much to awareness. Love you guy tang

Mitch Hagan: Hi Guy, as I am watching this, I'm amazed at how you approached her ends - it's all in the details! And then it occurred to me that I've been watching you for years, and I have learned so much about hair color from you. Life is an unending process, and as I've gotten older, I know that it is hard to keep a positive attitude throughout life, but it's the darker times that create positive change and forward momentum. So I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you and your work and your channel. :)

beingMarie: Is there anything you can’t do?!? Her hair looks amazing!!!

Juliette De Maso: Omg this is Breathtaking. Now I’m having ballerina slipper guava taffy sunrise dreams, and this is a major no for me, trying to rest my hair after a couple of years of bleaching and wild colors. But babe you are tempting me to madness right now lol

Kimberly campos: Wish I could get my hair done by you, I am 25 and have never had my hair done professionally or even colored. Honestly I’m scared of stylist because every time I’ve had my hair cut it has just been chopped and mangled. But somehow I feel like I would trust him with everything. Even with coloring my virgin black hair!!!! ❤️ you

Luvneigh Luvneigh: Thank you guys so much for discussing mental health. Its so important, most times we think of our bodies looking healthy physically but being healthy and happy mentally is very IMPORTANT. Healthy mind healthy you!!!♥️♥️♥️. Hair looks great. Sending lots of love to you guys

Andromeda V.: Hi Guy! . Besides watching you create, which is mesmerizing to me, I love how you recreate your OWN look from time to time. The spirit of a true artist, for sure! I love your work but most of all I love your heart... ✨✨ P.S. my spirit animal is hair master or more specifically, YOU! You are my spirit animal, Guy! I’ve been registered radiological tech for almost 30 years, which is mostly science. Hair is my main creative outlet. You inspire SO many people, even outside of your industry. That’s A-Mazing!

Sevi Regis: Wow, it came out gorgeous. Such a great teacher and artist, Guy. And I love your (GT) hair this length, you can do so much with it.

C Stratford: Sorry I have to say that I love your videos, they are always amazing

Tylerrzz: Your education and passions will inspire many to grow~ it is a wonder within itself :) fantastic work! Stay beautiful ❤️

Lukas Mills: Wow. That color was made for her

Maraea Tahere Mokaraka: I love how you bring so many diverse people into your chair and talk about real things that we all go through in some way like mental health, sexuality, marriage, dreams, music, self worth, culture. XO love it...Kia ora from NZ

Redenne Hope Amemita: Her Hair looks amazing! I wish I have one!♥

Eragon Brommson: Guy you spoke to me so deeply with what you were saying in this video about losing your passion and not wanting to do what you used to love, because I'm currently going through the same thing. I used to love singing, it was my life, my escape, music class was my favorite class BC singing was just my emotional outlet, but now its different, I bought a bunch of recording equipment hoping to pursue my dreams as a musician, but something happened and it suddenly feels like such a chore, everytime i try to record and sing into my microphone I feel anxious and I never end up recording anything im proud of, but you've motivated me to do better and pursue my passion. You said to try new different things, i think im gonna start by learning to play an instrument and broaden my musical horizons and capabilities, and study proper audio production and editing. Thank you for being such an inspiration

Swifty666: This is EXACTLY the color that I wanted my hair to be, but my hairdresser couldn't make it work Although my haircolor resembles hers before dying it a rose gold, the color turned out really toned down and not nearly as bright or pinkish. He said it had something to do with my hair type (I have pretty thin hair). But could the problem also have been the brand? (Schwarzkopf) Or the amount of product he used? (He had barely enough for my long hair) Would love some advice on this.

Jackie Osborne: beautiful color as always! Also enjoyed the mental health conversation.

Thank you and your hair besties for revealing your inner selves. It helps others to realize that our feelings aren’t just dismal thoughts and they are LEGIT and they can be overcome. T R: Shes super pretty before as well but this new color took her to the next level, amazing result!

Marina: I dyed my bleached hair with permanent hair dye and after a month the permanent dye still washed off, most of it. This being said, I think it’s important to point out that the first time dyeing a bleached hair it will still wash off quick no matter permanent or not

Enrish Cakes: I love watching your videos. With all this negativity in the world right now, watching you makes me smile.

AR: I always wonder if Guy always gets the color he visioned in his mind or he just accepts the end result. I also wonder if he could get the same results with lesser product....

Alexis Robinson: That balayage paddle is amazing!!!! Ingenious tool

Nurbanu Davaz: the amount of information... wow I feel guilty watching this for free. you're such a great teacher!

88msbugsy: Hi GUY!!! YOU ROCKED IT!!! I'm a hair designer of 35+ years. I overworked, and I had 3 back surgery's... So, I stopped full time after my 3rd surgery, mid 2015. I apprenticed originally under a man in Baltimore, named Sophlin, or Stephen Caulderone. He's up for Baltimore Magazine's " Baltimore's Best stylist" this year, and I hope he wins... Your work is amazing!!!! Sophlin worked for Rusk in the early Irvine and Rita days. I worked for Rusk in the later Irvine and Louise Rusk days. Now Rusk "sold out" to some company... I love teaching, and I taught for Rusk, L'Oreal, Framesi and Goldwell... Recently, I purchased color from a salon that closed. It was mostly Rusk color... but also GUY TANG !!!! Then I saw your videos, and I can't wait to use it... Oh, how I miss the days of traveling, and working so hard behind the chair. I always needed lots of color to choose from, like you do... I want your entire collection!!!!! I'll look for you in Orlando or at whatever show you're at next... Thx!!!!! Keep up the beautiful work!!!!!

Natascha Valkenhoff: Having a bad time here too right now. I let my mind take control and don't know how to stop it. No panic attacks any more but I hyperventilate almost the whole day working on it now... hope my little one won't copy this from me. Love it how you are so open about this.

Βασιλική-Νικολέττα Σακελλάρη: Ok first this colour is . I have my hair a similar warmer tone and its so wearable even in business world. Second i salute the girl about the mentality of people at their 40-50ties. The immaturity is insane. Especially at a work environment where you are ment to be professional. At times i am so taken aback with the amount of ego and the inability to admit wrongness. I Always admit to my mistakes and apologize multiple times. Mistakes are human and expected. But when i see this prideful immaturity from people with almost double my years... Like are you not grown up enough?

Odd-Eyes 94: I'm preparing to go from a natural dark chestnut to a rose gold. I've never bleached my hair, but yes, I am going to someone who knows what they're doing. I'm nervous, but excited.
