So clever, oh my god, I broke the condom. Did you hello to all the hair that sees in the land and we have our global artistic team member, Nora and Armadale? They gone it's just a little bit of paranormal activity situation. You can see La Belle Rouge. Look at the orange stripe edge. It'S a little bit scary, doing a retouch on this, but I think that we have the power to do so. The superpower that is, are you ready to have some superpowers, I'm so ready time put that body condom on. I really want to show off those Prakash that you have in the back yeah a lot of times when hair gets over highlighted over time. You have these little sprouts from afar. You really can't see, but that's the situation we're working with she came in with this. So we have like a little orange skid mark, not cute, and today we're gon na use our hybrid consistency with big 9 and 9 m8. Let'S get over to the color bar Norah, you ready. I love using the hybrid consistency mixing Magnum 8 with big 9. I'M gon na do 50 grams of big 9 big 9. It'S amazing! It lifts up to 9 levels, but when you mix them both together, it creates a beautiful luxurious consistency. People ask me all the time why I like to use a hybrid consistency, and I think it's because I get the power of big 9 and the spread ability of Magnum 8. So I like mixing it 1 to 2 ratio when doing the hybrids. So that would make 200 grams of dedicated developer. It smells so good. It does all right. You ready, I'm ready, I'm ready to do it all right. So you know what I always feels important sectioning, the hair right, so we're gon na do almost like a horseshoe shape. I'M gon na go to a point in the back we're gon na section out the parietal, so we can isolate and know where we're starting, because she has so much going on back here out to isolate and make sure I go in and tackle every section. So you can see here underneath her nape. She has a lot of highlights going on already. Whoever highlights her hair prior to highlights, and mainly underneath I'm just gon na - do a little thin slice just to see, and I can see that there's lots of low lights inside I'm gon na pick all the low whites out so we're gon na lift this up. But be careful and cautious not to overlap this light and hair or she'll get damaged, so I'm just gon na do a little simple back home just to diffuse that line. So then I'm gon na place the foil down. So, what's really cool guys about our rose gold brushes is that is feathered on the ends of the bristle and when you apply the lightener, it already has a diffusion. Instead of folding it up. What finds that we overlay it, it looks clean for some reason. It creates a lot of heat. Take another thin slice, I'm gon na do this working our way up, also take notice guys that when I get product from the bowl, I scoop it and spoon it up from the side. Otherwise, when you start trying to apply product on the hair, it gets all over the place. I love having a towel on hand, so in case you need to wipe the corners off. It comes in handy as well. You just have to take your time and it's important to explain that to your client. You should have time you should make time because your client comes in and you want to give them quality service and none of our clients is gon na, come in perfect and make our life easier. But what we can do is put ourselves in their shoes and just enjoy people embrace their. My daddy there's a bunch of more different highlights down here. I'M gon na pick out the dark pieces once again, I'm gon na place this underneath place that over there. So the blonde doesn't touch the previous light underneath and now we're gon na overlap through the ends here, because the ends are slightly gold or yellow down here. This is a technique that I love to use to avoid pausing, because, even though I'm gon na slightly overlap her ends here just know that, because it's all the way on the ends, it's not close to the body heat - it's not gon na be as strong as You think it is just like that use overlap, the top let the ends hang out. Let them dangle wow this one. I can actually bring up paint on top here. Where is going to be encapsulated, and here I'm just gon na feather through the ends, because I want to brighten her up, especially if I'm gon na apply like a lighter superpower, shade all right. So as we move up her head, you can see all the pieces that we have woven out. They look very warm here, so I'm gon na wait. I finished foiling her whole entire head and it's gon na be the last thing I'm gon na foil, because it's ready so light and then at this point this is where her skid marks are, I'm gon na go ahead and overlap this and it's okay, make sure You lay down in a flat panel and when you get closer to blunt ends, this kind of let's sit on there, so you don't overlap them too heavily, always know that when it's only a level 8 or 7 brassy Orange, it can go a lot lighter. I'M just gon na hold it nice and tight here and I'm gon na pick up that blonde piece and kind of let her hang outside. If you're dealing with somebody that has medium light ends that you still do need to lift, but their roots are so much darker I'll, actually mix two formulas and do like say 40 up here and then maybe 20 on the end. Now that we finished foiling the whole entire head, what I'm gon na do is check the first section that we foiled first whoa, she's completely ready, so I'm just gon na go ahead and wipe off all of these sections here. So I just blot it just to get the excess product off, but I'm just gon na wipe each section, so it doesn't bleed on to the parts that we didn't apply the lightener to generally I just let the whole head process all at once, but because she Has so much hair and it took us a while to start on one side and on the top I'd rather just remove the first side, because it's already ready they all live hair is very, very strong. All right megan is blonder. How do you feel amazing can't believe you got me this blonde? It looks so good and it's still so healthy. When we have a slight stitch mark, you know with natural color. We would shower with it with like what a 7 into a 9 and then some clear on the ends. So we want to mimic that with superpowers right. So what we're gon na do is place purple, Raven down on her vataj to merge and blur, because that's the deepest color in the coolest color and then blend out to violet sorcery and then go into pink possession and then into cosmic art. So we're taking superpowers and mimicking a balayage pretty much, but a colorful Walia. Yes, you guys. We are gon na use, our new pink possession and violet sorcery super powers all right. So, let's squeeze out some purple. Raven. Okay - and this is gon na - go on her Rouge - I like purple Raven because it has a cooler tone for the base and by the sorcery has almost like that amethyst type of tone, and so we are transitioning from purple Raven to violets sorcery on bring out Into pink possession and then I'm gon na peace and some cosmic coral to lighten up the end creates a much more softer, more wearable look, so it's not one solid and then it's an easier grow out for her as well. I'M like saying here squeeze thing: it sounds like I'm farting ha ha ha. Everybody thinks I fart anyways. So we all do don't we. I thought you said girls, don't fart. Last sure we don't. Let'S get started all right. Well, I almost forgot my gauntlets feeling like a hero. What'S really awesome is that, even though her natural colors dark you'll still see some of the toned gloss over her natural, which gives it dimension right, what's cool about our brushes here? Is that? Because it has those jagged bristles on the end, I'm able to apply it close to the scalp without actually touching the scalp, which will save us so much time. Super power is about what it means everybody thinks having superpowers, make you a hero, it's what you do with your powers. That makes you a hero. So, if you're ever in position of power, whether it's at home at work, just know that if you want to be a leader or mentor, it's about what you do in that position all right. So as we move on to next formula, what's really important that we start the nape here, what I do is I take the previous color and just kind of get my hand a scissor kind of like a we call it. This is a position. Take the viola sorcery, I'm gon na place it right on top and smudge it right down. On the nape area, I like to bring the color down further just to create dimension, underneath I don't use much product what you finds that the product spreads so well. When you swipe it down - and I want something, go higher - it's something to go lower, so don't get caught up in like oh, my god needs to be all aligned all right. So now I'm moving on to pink posessions. So the difference between pink possession and the gentle magic and tone is that magenta magic is on the cooler side of pink wear. Pink possession has more of a candy apple paint tone to it, which I love. I place the pink possession on the ends first and then I drag it up and the reason why I do that is so you don't cross-contaminate the colors. This allows me to merge the two color together, so it blends seamlessly almost creates an iridescent feel, I think sometimes, and I'm leaving the tips out just so. It gives room for a little bit of cosmic coral blend through the ends when you have a flat panel. Like this, it makes it easier for you to apply the color exactly it's, because if you start roping it you're gon na have hollow spots on the inside all right. So now I'm going in with cosmic coral and so what's really unique here - is I'm not trying to make the cosmic coral be its own thing, I'm using cosmic coral laying it on the ends of her hair and then smudging the pink possession at the top and Pulling it right down, so it creates a transition pretty almost like a grapefruit type of paint. So that's so unique. This is what sets apart a hair colorist and the hair artist versus our clients that see all these YouTube videos that they can just grab color and slap it on themselves. This is where you separate yourself, and what I love is that as the color wears off is gon na be beautiful. That'S the here is like how it wears, because I made it lighter on the ends and cooler and deeper at the top, as it wears off all of this, where the cosmic auras will beige out and she'll have like a smoky dusty, lavender tone at the ratash That blurs into this like biggie, she blonde toned ass, almost like a hint of rose gold effect, they're paying for one color, but they're, really getting like three or four different colors out of it. As time goes on, the cosmic choral goes higher up on her face frame and that's what creates that money piece like balayage effective? It is just as beautiful in the natural tones as well. So what I like to do, yes, you can see the front is dragged up higher. I just want to anchor these up just so they don't bleed if you really want to lock it in nice and tight do a triangle. So you fold it in like this. That makes sure that it doesn't bleed all right. So, let's let her process for 25 News before we rinse her out and I'm a little bit thirsty. Let'S go grab something drink. Yes, all right, so we're processing your color. How do you feel you nervous um? No, not really, I mean I'm really kind of ready for a different hair color. I gon na post a selfie on your Instagram yeah, I'm gon na own it all. My friends are really excited to see. Finally, just like a new color, oh they're, gon na judge you for having a different look. I don't care, I don't care if they do. Everybody I surround myself with, is very positive. If I do have anybody who's negative in my life, I'm very good about kind of ignoring that not letting it affect me. Do you get negative comments online, like the people say mean things sometimes, but for me it's like. I think when you don't react to it and you have such a positive attitude and you're still doing successful. I think everybody, I think you have had your fair share. Okay, I'm guilty sometimes there's a couple times. I made a mistake of responding to some of it because they make me so mad. We have like 20 good comments and one bad comment. I think that's so natural that most of us just gravitate towards that one. One negative comment and just forget that there's 20 good ones, you know what I've been doing. It'S just like really responding and paying attention to people who do care and say nice things. If you respond, you, let them win exactly and I let it slip and I say something and I always regret it because and they come back and they say something is never-ending. We have no her own worth and not seek it from others. The other day, hair besties, were at a really beautiful positive comment. I sent it to you and I said, look what a nice thing to say cuz. I just think you know it's so easy to be like. Oh, my god, did you see what this person said? They say something nice, but you never respond. Oh so they don't get a reaction from you so why they even say something nice. So then the people who are saying something negative as soon as they get a reaction. They call like you know what they're gon na keep right. I think that's something we need to start doing from here on now. I think that we could change so many people's lives if we just say something kind to people, actually look at them and go like you know what I love your eyebrows or I love your lips or find something you do have in common, especially with your new Look you're gon na be judged. There'S gon na be people to kind of stereotype. You, okay, you don't care. I love that she says you're, confident, yeah people like that it is gon na really own the color inspiration. That'S superpowers girl, yeah hyah. Oh my gosh guys. I am so excited her hair color. I mean I don't even know what to say. You can see that violet sorcery coming through that depth of purple Raven her Batoche, because you have so much depth and color pigment with superpowers that her vataj smoked out right. The scout, I love the cosmic coral on the end melting into the pink possession, because it gives it that very romantic gothic type of feel that I feel like a goth fairy.
