Dollar Tree Review Temporary Hair Color

Hey guys, it's Joanne here and I'm excited today to bring you another one of my Dollar Tree review videos and this one is going to be reviewing the temporary hair colors from the Dollar Tree. So, if you're interested to see how this product works in my hair, then stay tuned, so today is actually today that I'm going to get my hair caught in colored, I'm getting my new fresh color put in getting a trim, I'm going to have the purple and The blue put in with the pink reap with the pink root, put it on the top and, as you can see, with the way my hair is now, you can see that my bright pink has totally faded from my hair at this point and when it comes To hair color, especially the designer colors, some colors last longer than others, unfortunately, for me, the pink in my hair does not last very long at all. It lasts, maybe two or three shampoos, and that it immediately starts to fade. So what I did was I went to the Dollar Tree. I have always seen these over in the hair aisle with all the brushes and the combs and stuff like that. So I picked this up for a buck and I tried it on my hair and I want to say I really really liked it. So I wanted to show you exactly how I use it in my hair. You can see that the front of my hair is very, very faded. Normally what happens when you have a product when you have hair put in your hair hair color put in your hair, it's best to color or bleach your hair. First, that's what my hair stylist! Does she bleaches she bleached the front of this like blonde and then she put the pink on it. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to take sections of this hair that have already kind of lightened up and I'm going to put this product on it. So you can actually see like a before-and-after of how this applies to the hair. So this product comes with one color pack and it comes with one comb. The comb has already been used because I've been using it throughout this month since my hair started to fame, and so I'm just going to open this up for you, so you can see exactly what the product looks like it comes in a big you get quite A bit of product now, if you're just using this for like little chunk areas, this will last you a long time. You just have to make sure you be careful. You know clip this fold this over put it very carefully back in it doesn't dry out at all. It stays fairly liquid inside of this container. So all of I do real, as I just take a chunk of my hair and I'm going to probably be looking down at my other mirror, but I'm going to be taking a chunk of my hair and what I'm going to do is I'm going to apply This pink color to try to get the darker sections off and then I will also show you how this works. I will also show you how this works with a darker section of my hair. Okay, so all of I do really is I just cut a corner off the off the top corner, push the product up and I'm going to literally just start putting it on the comb. As you can see here, it'll come out and I'm just putting it up. Literally and I'm just going to comb it in and if you want to do this on dry hair, you want to do this on dry hair. So I'm going to comb comb it this way and then I'm going to take some more product and I'm just going to keep on layering it until it gets coated and you can see how the pink is starting to grab onto those pink sections to those blonde Sections right, then, I'm going to come over here, because I do have a little bit on this side that I like to go pink, I'm going to do the same thing on this side. Now. What I've done in the past is I've normally just let my hair air dry and then I would brush it, but for this video I am just going to speed up. I am just going to speed up the process thanks and by getting out my hairdryer and I'm going to dry. It really really fast and then what you wan na do is, if you have any products that might have gotten on your forehead, you can see you can see that I really just use a very little bit of a product in there. Still a ton of it left, so I could literally just do this really quickly. Every single time I shampooed my hair that I wanted a little bit extra pop of color to come in, so I really really liked this product. It lasts all day long. If you would like to see it on a darker chunk I'll show you exactly what it looks like on a darker chunk. What I'm going to do is I'll. Take a chunk like back in here a long chunk like this, and just so that you can see the coverage of what it would look like if you hit a darker piece where's. My comb put that over there for now, I'm just going to literally put the color on my comb and by the way, oh that's way too much and by the way, this literally rinses out with just right with a shampoo, it literally rinses out with a shampoo Okay, I'm going to dry it. So, as you can see, you can't really tell that. I put the pink up here and that's because the hair color is darker. The hair color will pick up if you have the blonder hair. So when you use this product, you need to make sure you have your hair, your it will work fast on lighter shades of hair, the darker shades. It will not pick up on. You have to actually bleach those chunks lighter first before you would be able to put this on. So I highly recommend this product, especially for touching up my my pink area. I think it would work great with lighter, lighter, lighter brown or blonde hair. Definitely the color will stay.
