You don't have to be so cautious it field practice. What you preach, hey guys, welcome back to my Channel today, I'm going to show you how to get very sleek and straight hair. This is something that's very simple to me because I've been doing it for forever, but for those of you who need it a little bit more of an explanation and who just want to know some of my tips and tricks that I've learned along the years and Yeah this video is for you guys, and just so you guys know I like to take this sheet iron guard before I start straightening my hair and I like to do when my hair is still damp, and then I blow-dry it kind of in my hair and For my flatiron sleek hair sent me their Flatiron. It looks like this. It'S so beautiful. It'S like a matte black and a rose gold in a really cool feature about the straightening iron. Is it has tourmaline infused titanium, which pretty much just means that you're gon na get really good results, but you're not gon na damage, your hair too much along the way, and I've used this Flatiron about like five to ten times before I made this review. For you guys, because that's how I always want it to be on my channel I'd, never show you guys something that I'm not obsessed with and that I don't love. Also they sent me this little topping for your hair. It has little sleek hair on it. So cute, it really reminded me of when I was young because me and my sister used to always use these and I'm just trying on. Why not? Let'S see how this looks if you guys have never used this before it's so clutch like when you take a shower instead of using like a towel for your hair, this is like specifically made to wrap around your head. I'M gon na show you guys you flip over your hair and you pretty much just take it like. Oh, my god, and you pretty much just like button in the back and yeah alrighty. So let's get started, I'm going to first start off by pinning up my hair. I always put my hair up into sections when I'm just straightening my hair, because it makes it ten times easier. You have less hair to work with, and it's a lot more precise when your parts are smaller, okay, so first I like to do a half part, and then I like to have the bottom down the middle, and you want to comb through your hair. Make sure your hair is all even now actually should get a brush. Okay got my brush got my comb, make sure your hair has no knots before you start off cuz. You don't want to flat iron your knots that does not look cute all right. So my first tip when it comes to straightening your hair is instead of doing horizontal parts like this. Instead, if you part it vertically, the flat iron can get to the root, and you can really start from the very top and make sure that the whole piece is straightened and again you just take in so I like to take it kind of upside down to The root and go down so just so you guys know I'm straightening my hair for 50, because my hair is really thick and frizzy, so I just finally picked gets the job done faster, but this Flatiron goes from 180 degrees to 450. I recommend that if your hair is damaged not to go to 450, just take a little bit lower it'll be a little bit better for your hair and then I kind of just like to go over the ends. A little bit. Also. Another thing that I really like about this straightening iron is it's like a matte finish, which makes it really easy. It kind of sticks, to my hand, really nicely so that like when I'm straining it doesn't slip off. So, as you can see, I'm taking vertical pieces and going from the very root a couple times, I kind of just like to make sure that's straight and then release so see, I'm taking it vertically from the root and just making my way down. And I'm just gon na do the same thing to this side. I'M not gon na lie. This spot iron is probably one of the best flat irons I've ever used, like it straightens my hair. So quickly. Last night I flat iron, my hair and I think, like under 10 minutes, and that's if I really want to rush but just works so well, okay, so one of my biggest tricks when it comes to flat iron, your hair is when you part it in the Center in the back, you see how, in this area right here, it stays a little bit curly. I take that piece, just separate it and make sure that I go over it with my flat iron so start from the root my weight down, and this just makes it that your whole head is flat. You don't got some business in the front party in the back. Going on also do not forget that I'm gon na be doing a 50 facts about me pretty soon. So ask me any questions. It'S like watch my 50 facts about me and again, I'm going in with vertical parts like so so once you start getting to the top. It'S okay, ah just burn myself out it's okay to start going horizontally because you know that you're getting it from the root and the pieces are gon na start getting smaller and smaller okay. So I finished that part and I'm gon na do the same thing again. Take the top piece where I parted the hair and just go over that okay. So when I go to the top pieces, I kind of like to start with the sides and just pin up the middle and then do this one last, okay! So right now, I'm going for a very sleek and flat look, but sometimes I like to have volume in my bangs and this straightening iron is really good for taking it. You can just take it from the roof twist, the flat iron and just hold all the way down, and it gives you like a nice curl. You see that and if you do that on your whole head, you get like natural-looking like waves, but for right now, I'm just gon na make it flat. If you guys want to see a tutorial of me doing that wave on my entire head. Let me know because it turns out so beautifully like it really makes your hair look like you kind of just like woke up with, like naturally wavy hair, alright guys this is the finished look. I hope you learned something new or maybe it just helps you guys out just a little bit and oh, I forgot to tell you guys this flat iron has a 60 minute, auto shutoff, which is super important. I may or may not have set fire. Oh well. Setback no, I set fire. I fully set fire. I set fire in my kitchen like two weeks ago. I want to talk about it anyways. This is really important. I always forget to shut off my flat iron, so I thought that was like a really cool feature that it had, if you guys, are interested in buying this flat iron. FoxiBloxi: When I straighten my hair I try to use as less heat as possible because to not damage my hair and curls, so here's what I do to help you guys out! Basically I go over my roots twice and the ends once and then I straighten it once altogether (altogether as in one section) Hope this helps!

BlackThornRose127: If it’s a quality tool, there’s never a good reason to use the max 450 heat especially when passing the iron through the hair and over the ends multiple times. People don’t realize how much heat damage they actually can cause to the hair.
