This is Shree., I'm sharaing, my hair care, routine here. Pampering hair is very important for every woman.. First comes my mother's wonders., Its the reason for the strength of my hair.. She use to oil, my hair and plate it. During my school days., My mother used Dabur Amla Hair Oil on my hair everyday during my school days.. I doubt if we oil our hair as much as we use to Everyone, wants to look stylish yet have long hair. That wouldn't be possible.. You need to oil. Your hair. Applying gingelly oil twice a week, is a must. Else, at least on a Sunday. Apply it on your scalp and strands completely.. Let it soak for 2 hours. Soak fenugreek seeds, the previous night and grind to make a paste. Apply on your scalp.. There are two body types, hot and cold.. If yours is hot body, only gingelly oil would do. If it is cold body, add 3 dry, red chillies, sambrani, (, benzoin, resin, ) and turmeric to the oil. Heat a little and then apply on your scalp and hair.. Wait for 5 mins, then bath. Use shikakai for hair wash.. If you find your hair oily after wash or if you have dandruff use All Clear Shampoo., I use it every time when I oil and wash my hair.. I personally find this shampoo best to fight dandruff. Bathing Methods., Don't use too much. Shampoo. Use Shikakai powder. How to prepare Shikakai powder.. My mothers prepares this hair wash powder and stores it in a box.. I use it on Sunday's when I am totally free.. If you ask me if I have straightened my hair Never., My hair use to be wavy., But the Shikakai powder has helped. To prepare this powder. Take 1 kg, dried Shikakai, fruit, fenugreek, 500, gms, green gram, 500 gms. Soap. Nut for nourishment. Will make your hair voluminous. Dry all the ingredients in shade and grind it into a coarse powder.. If you keep too much oil, then you will have to wash multiple times.. You can also use clinic all clear shampoo if you feel lazy to wash multiple times. Use 2/3 drops in water. Dilute and use the shampoo. Dry. Your hair under sun light. Avoid blow dryers.. If you use shikakai powder regularly, your hair will become straight. If possible. Take 5 amlas make a juice mix, honey and drink in empty stomach.. Amla, improves blood circulation, cleanses your system and makes your hair root strong.. If you follow this regularly, your skin will start to glow as well.
