Vlogmas: I Found A Bomb Braider In Atl, Homemade Holiday Drinks + More

Back to another vlogmas video! Your girl has been through it in the past 24 hours. Let'S just talk about it. I just finished getting ready for the day. I have a hair appointment at one o'clock, so i got ready for that. So yesterday i i vlogged my whole day. Your girl got up yesterday in the best mood i love my whole day. I got ready, i got cute, i opened up some packages, y'all i cooked, and then i went out and made a whole holiday cocktail. You know it was a good day. I get home and i'm setting up my computer getting ready to edit and then i realized that all of my files were like unable to play. They were not working. I'Ve never had this issue before and it was like the skin. I was so upset. So out of all the footage that i had from yesterday's vlog, maybe four of them were able to be edited. Most of my day was not. I was on a phone with apple for a whole hour. They were trying to help me figure. It out couldn't work. Just the worst as a content creator. This is like the worst feeling, because you know you spent your days just like working on your content. It'S like a whole day of work and then everything is gone. You can't find it. You can't use it. I switched sd cards. I cleared out this new sd card, so we have a fresh start. Everything happens for a reason: baby, a miner set back for a major comeback, so but anyways, i'm so excited as you can see by the title, i'm getting my hair braided today i'll. Let y'all know a little bit more about this braider and how i found her and what we're getting then say on the way there. But it's about 12 o'clock before i head out. I do want to make some lunch so we're about to go ahead and make something really quick, really delicious to eat. We have to go. We have to go. It'S me with this bucket hat for me once you see it on like this, then my hair, not that so i've been wanting some feed in like straight back bridge for a while, you guys, um, but this will be my first time really getting feeding braids. With my hair, this short, i was scrolling on tick tock. Yesterday y'all and i was like this, video was got, sent. I'Ve just been looking for a braider. I'Ve been looking for someone to slay my hair, so what's so good for me, first of all, y'all. She washes your hair blow dries and then her braids look so good. They look so neat that video sold it for me girl. I headed straight to the website and booked my appointment right then, and there and she said i got some baby hairs to work with. Yes, don't play i'll put it on the screen, for you guys so make sure y'all go check her out. She is so sweet. Thank you. This could be like a little mohawk. Look just do some braids on this side and curl up these. What edge control? Do you use uh this right here edge effect edge in the pink bottle? Number five number: five: okay number: five! I have um edge booster. I like it, it kind of does it kind of if you put too much yeah um. Sometimes i use some mousse, but it doesn't last as long see. Let me tell you a trick. Let me give you a trick real quick. Yes, so i literally will only put the tiniest amount of edge control on y'all's, hair and i'll just go over it with just a little bit of spritz on my finger and just go over it and it'll hold it. It'Ll hold it for so long and it won't give it that, like cakey, feel yeah, and it won't give it like that build up. You know what i mean. Yes, i hate it and it lasts for so long and literally once your edges like go out of shape, yeah brush back over. Don'T anything, don't add anything, don't let anything else just brush back over it, but i'm going to show you once i get to your baby here, that's a good little tip and any tips to wrap this like at night, literally a scarf, nothing crazy, a scarf um. I suggest you let this back piece here hang on, so it won't. You know, bend up the braids or the ends or anything yeah and yeah put it in like a low ponytail. You don't want it. You know what i mean like all over the place. Is me, oh, oh, my gosh wait till you see the edges. Maybe i can leave right now. I would be happy. Okay. Let me go home y'all. Look at how long my hair is. I love it. You like it. I love it. Girl love their. How many braids would you say these are like 20.? Let'S count real, quick, two: three: four: five: six: seven: eight: nine ten, eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifty sixty seventy eighteen. Ninety, two, thirty, two: six: twenty five on the dot: oh twenty, five! Twenty five on the diet per over there. Maybe i had never seen my scalp this neat child. Oh lord, you got to feel the breeze you're about to feel the breathing i'm about to be outside a lot and tell them your hair was long enough and not to play with you. Okay, don't wear it! I got hair now right, don't play with her. Don'T talk to me, we saw you see it y'all, and these are past my ways. They are so long. My sis hooked me up in less than three hours. She is such a fast breather. I'Ve never had braids, so neat baby hairs is popping. I didn't even know i had that much baby hair to work with okay, sis showed me and she showed me how to take care of them in the future y'all. I am so happy with my hair. These are called this, i think, on her website. These are the straight back or feed in straight back braids, so neat so cute and they're not tight at all. So at first she was like. I don't know if your hair will be as neat in a in in last as long because you know my hair is shorter and i did blow dry my hair this morning, but i was like, since i know a lot of you there's not much to work With but once she started, braiding and gripping my hair, she was like oh you're good, like there's enough to work with so right now, i'm about to head on my side of town and we are going to target um. I want to make this holiday drink tonight. I made it yesterday um, but you know what happened with my footage. I lost all that footage, so i'm gon na be remaking it tonight and i'm gon na add a little twist to it. Try something different! So i'll see you guys once i get on my side of town, i'm about to focus on this little road, all right, so i am here i'm at target girl. The stress that i just took on this highway. Leno'S traffic is not for the week. It'S heavy traffic, they're driving fast you'll, be feeling like the car is about to hit you girl. I don't know how to explain it. It'S like a you and your steering wheel like that type of feeling. I was looking for some festive pajamas for y'all, but it's like the pens have the holiday touch to it, but the shirt will be like a regular, plain shirt. But i found this - i don't know just grab that and i couldn't find the candy cane, but i found these so that'll do that'll work because i'm gon na crush them anyways. They are completely out of eggnog y'all. They just have the lactose free. It'S not the same, it's not the same um technically i do have eggnog at the house. I just had the one with alcohol and i was looking for one without at all. Excuse me, sir um, do you have any eggnog without alcohol? Well, if we still have some okay, i found this one um, vanilla, spice, flavored eggnog ultra pasteurized. I don't know why i say older by the way, but we'll give it a try. So i wanted to do a quick outfit of the day. Co, azara um. My long sleeve shirt is h, m, lululemon, leggings and yeezys. How cute is my pj dress from target okay? This is how long my hair is y'all if y'all want to see the back okay. So this is the back pass. My butt - and i am five six. So she did them really long, y'all really long. I also love how thin the braids are. It'S not too bulky or anything. I also go ahead and make some holiday drinks, because i found this recipe on tick tock yesterday and it's basically honestly, it's basically like a type of baileys and eggnog martini, and it looks it's amazing, so i made it last night. It was busting, so i'm gon na go ahead and make another one tonight because, like i told you, i lost all the footage from yesterday's vlog. So yesterday i went to a liquor store and i got some eggnog. I got some baileys and y'all. This is so good. I got this smirnoff peppermint twist, so it has vodka with peppermint, it's a limited edition. Maybe so yesterday i got these martini glasses from crate and barrel, so cute they were only four dollars. I also bought this so for my alcohol. Okay. I also got this shaker all right y'all, so my goal was to get some candy cane. This is all that they had that'll work. I need to crush these, so i can make my rim, so i think i'm gon na throw these in the blender see what it does. I don't have a food processor, but let's see what it is girl, not me, making a mess all right, y'all, let's see what this is giving. Okay, let's see, should we do it a little bit more so in this one, we're gon na do the hershey syrup. Yes, sir, so i'm gon na do this vanilla, spice eggnog from target instead of this eggnog that i got yesterday, i'm not a big fan of that. You know, and i just tasted it y'all this. Is it right here we're gon na dip this in the chocolate? First, oh then, we're going to dip it in here, so my camera died. We'Re going to do the second glass okay, because i'm making two anyways um dip it in your chocolate first and then we dip it in this girl a miss okay. The first one looks better, but you get the point right. You get it first thing. I'M gon na do is the smart enough peppermint twist, i'm gon na do one shot of this because it's strong y'all it is strong. This is about how much i'm gon na fill it up. I'M gon na do one we're gon na do one shot of bailey's rodder, and then this the this is the kicker right here. I'M gon na do two shots of the eggnog, because i want that sweetness to it. One two: okay, now we're gon na get some ice mix that thing in here. This is how the bartenders be, and it gets cold really fast. All right. Let'S pour the first one before we pour. Oh, my god, i was gon na forget. I'M gon na put some hershey syrup in my glass just for the aesthetics. You know what i'm saying. Yes, i'll pour these look even cuter y'all than the ones i made yesterday, because i had the right stuff this time me y'all that looks amazing and then um. What did i do yesterday? I added more chocolate syrup on top - i don't know just cuz, yes ma'am, but i love the rim, i'm so in love. With this ram, i think it looks so much better than what i did yesterday. We are going to do a taste test. Y'All cheers. Maybe this is good. This is perfect. You can make this for girls night for the holiday. That'S your family reunion! This recipe is so easy. The rim with the candy cane adds a little bit of peppermint a little bit of spice to it and it's sweet um. Should i try any more holiday drinks?
