Hey everyone: this is Aagam Singh, Sisodya and you're watching disease media. Today we are going to talk about a very, very important topic. That is a serious question in most of our life. That is boldness with that lots of questions can arose, but in this video i don't give you any type of unrealistic sympathy while talk about the actual the real truth behind it. So, let's start with the first question: that is what is the reason? What is the cause behind boldness? There are lots of reasons behind boldness, but the most common reason is the genetic or the heredity hair loss, which is also known as from other names such as male pattern, boldness or androgenic alopecia, which is not discussed properly and just left. By saying it is a genetic or heredity problem. Now, after listening and understanding all these facts, one question is definitely arousing in your head that what is the proper treatment or cure of this heredity hair loss? So listen it carefully. There is no cure of heredity hair loss. I am not saying it just for fun. It has a very big reason behind it that you have a defective gene which you get from your parents or from your family members, which can't be changed with any type of medicine or any type of therapy. However, there is no permanent cure of heredity hair loss, but the process can be slowed down by using two important preventions and precaution. The first one is the use of minoxidil topical solution, which you have to apply on your scalp twice a day to slow down your hair fall. It is also recommended by lots of doctors, but here i have to mention some disadvantage of minoxidil that it won't work with some people. It don't show any type of effect, any time of slowing effect of hair fall and, secondly, it shows allergic symptoms with some people. Such like rashes or itching on the scalp area, the second recommendation is the use of protein biotin and vitamin c rich foods in your diet. Because, as you know, our hairs are made up of protein, and when we take a proper amount of protein, then the health of the hair become good and they last for a long time. As such biotin and vitamin c enhances the hair follicles for protein. You can take different variety of pulses and dairy products and for biotin you can take almonds walnut and curd, and for vitamin c you can take tomatoes, citrus fruits, such as lemon or oranges, and many type of soya, fruits and vegetables, which have a high amount of Vitamin c in them now the next and the final question arose is that is it possible to grow your hairs back, which are lossed due to heredity hair loss? The answer is, no. You can't grow hairs on the bold area by using any type of medicine or natural remedy, but if you want hairs on your head, there is the only one solution that you have to have a hair transplantation for this. You have to choose a highly skilled and highly experienced doctor so that your transplanted hair lasts long. While, if you choose a very unexperienced or unskilled doctor, then the transplanted hair will last for a very short period of time. In this whole conversation, you have listened. No many times, but don't afraid of it, because this is your reality that you have a defective gene that can't be changed.
