All products for true curly hair should be applied wet, and smoothed and scrunched through if your hair is fine or raked through if your hair is thick, but it HAS too be applied too dripping wet hair. The 3 thinks you need too look for in any curly hair product, is silicone free, sulphate free and mineral oil, these are all harmful, anti humectants are only suitable when you live in a place with very very dry air or if the humidity passes 70% invetween 10 and 70 you need too use something with a humectant
