Well, I think women like to look nice. You know when we have a really good haircut. We feel great about ourselves. You know you can tell when somebody's just been to the hairdresser and as they're walking down the street and their hairs blowing in the wind, and it just feels great when I was a young girl, I had really thick hair, it's very shiny, very healthy. I had always had very, very long hair. My hair was always very quick and easy to do because it was it was healthy and thick. I would run a brush through it and I could wear it out or I could tie it up and it wasn't actually until I started losing my hair that I had to spend a lot of time styling it about a year ago I became quite ill, and I noticed that clumps of my hair was coming out when I was washing it when I was brushing it it just basically all fell out. I just felt very insecure, very down. You know I didn't want to go out. I didn't want to, you know, see my friends because it was very obvious. You know it's very important for me to present myself well, and you know I just didn't feel like I was myself anymore. I tried things like the hair extensions and going to a hairdresser. Nothing worked, you know, it didn't make me feel any better and it really for me felt like this was going to be for the rest of my life and that I was never going to go out ever again. But then I found transitions here and that's when it changed. For me I tried like those clip-in extensions and it looked awful. You know I had a very flat skull and then you know big hair out here and it just didn't look natural. So I went to transitions, you know looking for a solution that was going to help me. You know in this my skull as well as the fullness in my hair, the experience that transitions was fantastic. You know everyone's so friendly and lovely and they understand what you're going through. You know they deal with people like me every single day, so they were very in tune with how I was feeling and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, but I really did have people that you know knew what they were doing. They were going to help me. I chose the crown intention because it was the most natural look it's easy to put in. You know it takes a few seconds and I'm done my life has changed dramatically. You know, I feel great. I have the confidence to go out again and to do the things that I wasn't doing anymore. It'S had a really positive impact on my life, you to be honest with you. I had very low expectations when I went into transitions. I tried many other products and nothing made me feel good, nothing looked good and then you know once I tried the crown extensions and it just looked amazing natural. I felt great you
