What'S up Babu fam? It'S me your main boo back with another video. I am so happy right now. You guys I woke up yesterday with the best news ever. The fabu fam has officially hit 300,000 subscribers. The fact that there are 300,000 people who want to support me and liked my videos is just so humbling. I can't even tell you guys how less and how lucky and how grateful I am for you guys. The number is just wild to me. I can't even comprehend it in my head, but yeah I'm gon na stop talking. I love you guys so much. Thank you for your support. I can't wait for what the faboo fam has to come. So moving on to today's video, I have created this little model. Off-Duty slicked back bun moment. This look is show-stopping in my opinion. If I saw someone with this hair, I would be like damn. She got her life together, because it's just so simple and it shows off your facial features. You can wear it with a nice little fresh face, feeling good. It just emphasizes the jewelry you have on your clothes. I just love it. This hair look is so easy to do. I think it takes me underneath five minutes when I'm not on camera. I know you guys will look absolutely stunning. Please recreate this look. I got a lot of DMS on it when I posted a picture yesterday so make sure to post it so that I will post it you post I'll, repost, you, okay. I love you guys. So much and I'm let's get onto the video all right, so this is what we're working with here. My hair is super oily. I think it's been about 4 to 5 days. That'S when it's the best for sleeking those natural oils, they're your friend, so the things you're gon na need are a round brush everything likes to use a round brush, because the boar bristles really do a good job of sleeping back. All my baby hairs some hairspray and here's where you want, and next I really recommend using two separate hair bands. This is like my little trick to making sure that my hair stays secure in my bun and if you have thicker more dense hair. Like me, these hair bands are a lifesaver I'll link these down below. My mom actually showed me these they're thicker than a regular hair band, and they just they work wonders if you have thinner more fine hair. If you've bleached your hair, I recommend using very thin hair bands because it's going to avoid any breakage and, lastly, a straightener. So first I start off by just pushing back all my hair like so, and you can use a comb for this. I'M really comfortable with just using my nail and I'm just creating a middle part down my head. That should be good and then from here I'm gon na take my brush and just kind of brush it in the direction that the part is going. So, just like that, and then from there, I'm gon na lift up my hair, making sure that this part is still visible kind of making my way up with my hands as I'm grabbing each side. And then it's just kind of the question of where you want. Your placement of your bun to be, I learned a little trick from Chris Appleton and it's basically you take your finger and just measure it from your eye. All the way to the end and that's supposed to be the most flattering place, to put your bun. So mine is about right here and then I'm going in again, I'm just taking my brush smoothing out all ends and then once you feel like you have it at a good angle. You'Re gon na just take your hairband and wrap it around as tight as you possibly can all right. So you should have something like this, then we're gon na do is just take your ponytail wrap it around with one hand like so and just wrap it around. All the way until you have about like one inch hanging out whichever side you want to choose, so I choose my left side and you're gon na take your second hairband yeah. Just tie that into place, leaving that extra hair out. So you should be left with something like this and then I want to just take my straightener and just straighten that hair so that it's pin straight and then grab your hairspray say goodbye to those baby hairs and there you go. This is the final look. Usually this takes me around three minutes. Just shows off all your features get your hair out of your face. You look fresh, you look sleek, you look good, and this is not just a daytime look like when we're out of quarantine. Catch me going out with this hair so yeah, that's it for this tutorial.
