Hi, everyone of you guys are doing well welcome back to another video. Today'S video is a highly requested one. Ever since I started Instagram, everyone has always been asking me: what is the best way to do the job fun or how to achieve even volume in the back and I've been meaning to do this video for a while. I just found it difficult because I can't demonstrate it on myself, so I've been trying to coordinate a good time to do it with someone that doesn't wear a hijab and I finally had the chance to with one of my friends, so you guys will be seeing A voiceover after this clip of how I do my butt in the back, since it is a voiceover. I want to show you guys the items that I'm using first so that you have an idea. I will, of course, like everything down in the description bar below, so you can have all the info to look back on there. Everything that I mentioned from hijabs to under calves, to scrunchies, etc, are all from culture hijab, but they are one of my favourite brands to shop at, especially for HF essentials. They have everything from printed chiffons all the way to satin non-slip hijab. So you can find a whole bunch of items there that I'm sure you'll fall in love with okay. So the first item that I used on my model is a under cap and it is a nude colored under cap neutral toned, and it looks like this. I'M not sure if you guys will notice this, but this under cap is a lot longer than a regular. Under cap and the reason why I like this is because you want as much coverage in the back, especially when wearing chiffons, you want it to cover your hair completely and not everyone has short hair. I know a lot of you. Girls have long hair, so you want to be able to have as much coverage so that if your pajama happens to be see-through at least you'll know that your hair is not gon na be showing. So this one is from culture hijab and it comes in several colors. You guys can check out there on cap section. They have so many different colors and types. They even have crisscross ones. They have ribbed ones, which I'm going to show you in a second but yeah. These are super essential to be able to achieve a proper bun in the back and as well keep your head job in place all day so make sure you get one of these. I prefer this one specifically just because of the length and it's very, very stretchy and comfortable, so this is a great find. The next under cap that I used on my model was a ribbed under cap, and it looks like this. It has a bit of like a ribbed texture going on, and this is nice to add a little bit of a different touch to your head jobs. It also has more texture so with hay chives that tend to slip around more. This is a great option. They also have matching hitch, ABS, rectangular hijabs, that go with this, so you can definitely like mix and match, or you can match it with the head job that goes with it, to create a look that looks, cohesive, so definitely check those out. If you like that cohesive type of look where everything is the same, color and same material, it really is a very clean and a really nice look to go for in the clips that you're gon na see next you'll also see me use a scrunchie, so you Can use any scratch? Do you want? You can use no scrunchie if you want as well, if you find that your hair has enough volume, but for someone that either has short hair or has hair that doesn't stay in place that tends to flop downwards. It'S nice to add a bit of structure to the back, because essentially, your button is what holds your hair job in place, because the weight of the head job lands on the back right there. And if your bun is like really low or flimsy, your head job is gon na start sliding back regardless. So having a scrunchie that has a bit of volume is really nice. This one's also from culture, hey job. I call it a noodle scrunchie, but it's just a volumizing scrunchie and the nice thing about it is that you can literally pack it into your under cap and like make it really really small and compact as much as you would like it to. You can also leave it out, so it just depends on how much volume you want in the back. I'M not really a huge fan of like extreme volume, so I tend to really scrunch it into my bun and have it on a size that I'm comfortable with. So this is really really helpful if you need that extra volume in the back, I will also show you guys in the clips coming up how to achieve a bun without the scrunchie. So if you don't have one don't worry, I will be showing you guys how to do it without one, but it all depends on your hair type. If you have curly hair, for example, or textured hair, you can most likely achieve a bun without using any extra volume. But if you do have soft and silky hair, you might want to consider adding a scrunchie in there as well. And if you guys are wondering what head job I'm using on my model, I am using a culture head job chiffon, and this is what it looks like. It'S a beautiful earth toned Brown. It'S really really nice textures perfect. It doesn't slip out of place which is awesome so yeah. I found it really easy to style my model and that's the one that I use in the video anyways. I'M gon na leave you guys to watching the tutorial. I hope you guys enjoyed this. If you have any questions or if anything is unclear in the tutorial, please leave your questions down below I'll, be sure to answer them and yeah I'll see you guys in the next video bye. Okay. So I started off by putting my models hair in a bun near the middle of her head. I then apply the volumizing scrunchie right on top. It should fit nice and snug. Then you'll see me putting on the under cap and stuffing in the bun and this Frenchie right into the back of the under cap. Now I'm going to pause the video right here, because this is the secret step to achieving the perfect fun that will stay in place all day. Long feel free to rewind. This clip as many times as you need to to really nail this important step. You'Re going to take the bottom hanging bit of the under cap and stuff it in between the bun and the elastic of the volumizing scrunchie. This will secure your hair in place all day long, because you are basically closing the opening and securing everything in place. Now I'm just styling the head job so that you guys get a better idea of what the bun looks like after you put your head job on just use a mirror to see what the bun looks like in the back and push it around until the volume Is even and not pointy at all, so you'll see me adjusting it a little bit here and playing around with the volume. Until I like the way it looks, I'm going to also show you how to achieve a lower bun with a volumizing scrunchie. I know not. Everyone likes a high bun with a scrunchie, so for this one you're going to have to tie your hair lower near the back of your neck, similar to before you'll place. The scrunchie right on top of the bun then place the under cap on and stuff the bun and scrunch it inside the back of the under cap and of course, the next step is to do the secret step that I mentioned earlier to secure everything in place. I'M just taking the bottom bit of the under cap and tucking it in between the top of the bun and the scrunchie elastic again, I'm just styling the hijab. So you guys can see what the bun looks like once you have your hijab on. It sets pretty low, but it still has a really nice amount of volume, making it even all the way around the last style that I'm showing you is a bun. Without a volumizing scrunchie you just in case you don't have one or simply don't like it. You'Re going to tie your hair in a bun and try to volumize it as much as possible by fluffing it around. You can make it as high or as low as you want it. Then you can place the under cap on top and tuck in all the hair in the back of the cap. You can also secure this step with a pin. If you want to close the bun now, I'm just styling the head job again to show you what it looks like for this style. You want to play around with the bun by gently pushing your hair around until it doesn't look as pointy anymore, just because there is no volumizing scrunchies, so you really got to play around with the volume in the back until it's really even and that's pretty much It I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial and found it really helpful and I'll see you guys. The next one bye

Aminata Kiné Daff: The hijab without the volumizing scrunchie looks so much more elegant to me

Alexa the Canadian: interesting idea to tuck the back of the cap into the bun! I'll try it with and without a scrunchie :)

Roksar Iqbal: I was literally struggling with my hijab bun this morning

Happiest us: Asalamualaikum. Hope you are doing well. I have herad from somewhere in fact read in some book that doing high bun is prohibited in islam. It was compared with hump of camel.

Alyisha Shahzad: the last one was not that extreme so it was my favourite. thank you for the tutorial jasmine!!!!

Risala: Thanks for sharing this. You look beautiful Jasmine ♥️♥️♥️

Taniush: I’m an atheist woman watching this video out of interest and because I want to understand Muslim culture (especially among the younger generation) better. I’ve been learning that there are so many different hijab styles and I’m really fascinated by that. But one thing I’ve noticed is that in the comments of each video girls telling other girls what is allowed and what not and who will go to hell for whatever reason. Why can’t you support each other and accept all the different ways of showing your religiousness or following Muslim guidelines? You guys want non-Muslims to be accepting towards you (rightfully so) but don’t accept diversity among your own sisters. That makes me really sad to see :(

P ZL: Thanks for the vid and tips. I find it funny when you said fluff up the bun….. girl, no fluffing is needed over here, I’ve got more than enough for a FULL bun! Hahahah Also, do you always use double open ended under covers? All of mine only open at one end…. I also prefer the longer caps as they provide more to work with. <3

Ezarhia J MUA: My goodness your website has such beautiful selections.

Jojo T: Love it! Can you please do a video on under caps! The ones I ordered always seem to pull up and never stay in place :(

daisy collins: thank you so much for making this video it helped me a lot

hafsa: omg... i always put my underscarf behind my ear also love this tutorial!!

M: So many negative comments.... very disappointing to see such negativity but just know that your real subscribers appreciate the modesty and fashion tips. You have an excellent eye for colors and fabrics mA

Olivia Ruper: Simply beautiful ♥️♥️

*Sara*: This is one of the best things to have an afro hair is that we do not need scrunchie volume stuff because our hair becomes big naturally!

Valerie Gomez Taha: Pretty nude colors! Definitely need to try more styles instant hijabs are lifesavers as well! Haha

Gi A: I used to have my hair in a bun but I always get a headache throughout the day. I’ve recently just started to put my hair in the undercap without using an elastic band, and it’s so comfortable now.

xFallenStarXOXO: I’m wearing a hijab for the first time today for the purpose of a funeral on my Muslim side of the family and this helped a lot!!!!! Thank you❤️

Azra Sail: Asalamulaykum humps should not be made under the hijab, keep your hair in a lower bun as not to raise it.. May Allah guide us all Ameen

Belqees Slama: Hi Jasmine! I have a question :p this method clearly makes hijab non breathable for hair which would surely damage it! isn't the hair supposed to breathe at least a little bit ? How do you take care of your hair when it's not breathing all day long? I'd appreciate your help because I really like the layering method to keep things secured but my dr says I should let my hair breathe :(

Khadija Hassan: Love it, thank you

Tranquility: You can also use a volumizer, also called shaper. Wrapunzel.com has them and they are very good quality.

XxAkiko_ChanxX Akiko: Im not muslims but for me the hijab its beautiful!❤ this video will be so util for my counsis (she want to be muslim/hijab girl)

Umar Kallon: I really want my girlfriend to do itmashalla it’s beautiful

Zahraa Al Hasany: I wish we could find underscarves that are silk on the part that touch your hair so that it protects your hair but cotton on the outside so your scarf doesn't slip around on the silk if ygm??? can someone invent this pls

_𝚊𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚝𝚒𝚌_: Ma sha Allah

Zaraku Raku: Finally i get the secret of beautiful hijab bun haha

Zeba Baqtiyar: Actual video starts at 5:36 Just wanna save your time

Khalida Khlaid: There is no right or wrong when you do your hijab. Just do it the way that suits you and makes you feel comfortable. It has to be decent of course. I disagree to the initial image of this video.

Hamtha Noordeen: Honestly, I don't think your bun isn't as bad to the point to be called a "camel hump" You have my full support But I think u should try ur best to follow the sunnah

Hanu Mama Kanal: This actually depends a lot on the shape of the head ✅✅✅✅ if thebun is even needed or not and in this case of your friend she has a very beautiful and big and round head and she would really not need any buns at all personally I find all of this on her head is simply too much for her I would just recommend doing two braids at the side and wearing a hijab without any bun whatsoever. However there are girls who have a little bit more flat heads like me for example so when I tie a bun on my head that’s when my head starts looking like a normal oval so it’s not too much however if I add a scrunchie that it’s just too much and it looks huge and everybody in general should have a mirror on the side so that you can check how you look like from a profile because many people when they look at themselves at the front it’s OK but then when you see yourself from the side it’s horrible so just don’t over react with this volume because it’s not beautiful it looks huge and it just doesn’t look natural because nobody has a head like that

Doudi Loud: Tu mérites un cortège de câlins ❤❤❤❤❤

Lucy Hosein: She looks so pretty with hijab

stupid intellect: In regards to the 'camel hump' argument, I think the way this sister has it isn't that bad, and Allah knows best. What I do think we're missing in the famous hadeeth of 'the two who won't enter paradise' is the whole immodest dress. This, in my opinion is a more important topic. Now, I have to be honest with the hope and intention that Allah guides us all, me included as I'm far from perfect. But please sisters take good advise when it's given. Far too many of us are displaying our bodies in a way that is far from the modest dress that muslimahs should be donning. What I mean, leggings and a dress, abayas that clinch at the waist, hijabs that DON'T cover the busum, high heels (it's the way it makes women walk that is immodest) and tons of make up. Now we all like to look nice, no doubt, but this is the strive for Allah's pleasure, doing things that pleases HIM, not us. Also, care about yourselves a little, don't incur the anger of Allah if you're dressing like this whilst fully aware of this hadeeth.

alina Delem: please do a talk video for beginner hijabis.. such as differences in rectangle / square etc cus its new to us aha !

Español Aux: Please sister as much as possible we teach the right way... As per Sunnah ☺️

Tandra: How fluffy hijab bun

Thal Blankson: Salam Alakuim. Love this vlog.

camila: Salam Aleykoum, I just want to say that we can’t put makeup in front other people and that we can’t have a bun under the hijab, we have to get braid

Sana Mirza: Assalamu'alaikum.. could you please share the link from where i can buy this underscarfs and that scrunchie as i am new to start wearing hijab. please guide me

jehan dab: Can you please do tutorials for hijabs without an under scarf ? I have surgery scar on my scalp and it gets irritated when I wear the under scarf so I stopped wearing it. However I got bored from wearing one style all the time ( because I don’t know what hijab styles I could do with no under scarf )

Grunge Wolf: May everyone be blessed

Muqaddas Oripova: God bless you Jasmine. Love wearing scarfs

THARA MARREF: Really I need this video thanks Jasmine ❤

Viktoria Gembuh: The video begins 5:38

Rabia Anvarova: Masha Allah

Madiha Rehman: Hi Jasmine, did u pin the scarf from under the chin or just drape the scarf over the head without fastening with a pin?

Nafisa Umurova: Very beautiful

kxirxa ツ: Thank You for tutorials

Jeonaiko: My hair is so long that it touches my legs, and the bun keeps falling inside the hijab so the scarf always slips back, any tips?

Morogu C: What about short hair , what kind of inner scarf should I use . Thank you .

Fatima Zahra: watched a one good hijab video after such along time

aroundsundown: this kind of undercap never wants to stay on my head. i can only wear ninjas as they don’t slip around. plus ninjas give neck coverage if my hijab blows in the wind. also i can create lots of volume with just my hair so no need for such big scrunchies. otherwise it looks way too big.

Osuolale Olaide: I would like to get them underscarves cos they appear nice under hijab.

Inter Inter: Masha Allah

Sneaky Peaky: I’m fine as long as my hair isn’t being shown. The style you’re talking about looks decent but my hair is thicker long and shinier so I guess I don’t need one lol. I LOVE COVERING MY HAIR A LOT

Hijabs And You: MASHAALLAH....

miza roslan: Beautiful

Nora Mitchel: Nice thanks

Sara Meloua: Hii, so i wear glasses and i really find you hijab style beautiful and i wanted to know how to style it with glasses. Love your videos

mohamed ali: ManshaAllah ❤❤❤

Abdulahi Ahmed: Masha allah beautiful

N N: Thank you❤️

PinkLilyGarden: Hey Jasmine, my foundation keeps separating. İ've tried too faced like you did but found it too cakey. İ have combination skin. What should İ do?
