Hair Care 101 : How To Take Care Of Hair After Straightening

Hi, my name is taiko, I'm a celebrity hair makeup and fashion stylist today we're at the fabulous B su salon and day spa here in New York City, and I'm going to show you how to take care of your hair after straightening. First thing you want to do in taking care of your hair after straightening is start off with a flat or dim in style brush. What we're going to do is we're going to wrap the hair in a circular motion using the head itself as a roller. So you just want to wrap it around once you get to about here, you're, going to take a flat hair clip and clip the end into the base of the hair, and you might need another an additional flat clip once you have it up in this circular Motion you're going to spray it with a little bit of hairspray. Basically, what this is going to do is help keep the hair straighter longer. If you go to bed, you could put a scarf over your head to keep it for the next morning or you could just keep it out like this. If you're going to go to an event later in the evening, it will keep the hair straight without having any bins. So at the time that you take it down, you just basically want to hold it at its base. Remove the first clip on the side, keep holding it, remove the last clip and then you're going to brush it back down into the desired style, and this is how you take care of your hair after straightening
